I stayed here in September 2024. This hotel is extremely convenient to the train station and metro subway - just across the street. Emilie at the desk checked me in and was lovely and very friendly. The room had a nice view of Marseille, the sea, and Basilica. I was given a top floor room by the elevator. The room was clean, furnishings were decent, but I felt like the carpet was due for a change....

Great hotel. We arrived at 3 pm and the front desk manager was very friendly. Recognised my platinum status and offered late check-out which we took. The parking is easy and not too expensive. The room was great and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good 👍. For an inclusive breakfast it was the best in a while. Overall I cannot share any bad experience and will book the HIX in Marseille again

Completely OK, but no more. Noisy AC and quite a bit noise from the street with window closed (maybe to be expected from centre Marseille though). Very simple breakfast. Fine for a single day stay.

As a budget hotel, the environment is OK, the facilities are a bit old, the service is not good, they call you to check out before the check-out time, and after you check out and take your belongings away, you have to take a taxi back to the hotel room to get your things, and it seems that the room has not been cleaned.

The main thing is that the hotel is in a good location, in the city center, and the front desk service is very good. I used to stay in the Ibis next to the train station for convenience, but that one is much worse than this one. I will stay here again next time I come.

The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. A bit disappointed as the only one water dispenser was out of order and we need to ask the staff at the bar to take water instead.

The slamming of doors is infernal. In the evening or morning, you can't expect to be quiet. Also, overall, it's expensive for the size of the rooms. The staff is excellent.

The room is simpler than the average ibis. There is no sofa or wardrobe, only a movable table and a small chair. It is located in the city and has easy access to the port. Parking costs 15 euros which is quite cheap. However, parking is an elevator-type way to enter the parking lot, so be very careful when driving.

The location is very good, next to Marseille Cathedral. Not far from the cathedral is the old town, the Euro-Mediterranean Museum and the old port, which are all within walking distance. The subway and bus are very convenient to the train station and other attractions. The room is clean and tidy, without any odor, the bath water is also good, and the breakfast is simple without vegetables.

Very noisy all night long. Only a few people in the hotel but they make us stay in nearby rooms so there's noise.

I stayed at Le Drip's for only two days with my daughter during a (very) short trip to France. The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was perfect - spacious and cool, with great decor. I would definitely recommend a meal in the restaurant too, the food was delicious and the setting was lovely.

For a 3 star hotel, overall average, very small room with very little soundproofing, shower overlooking a very dirty roof with opposite view so no ventilation through the windows, you must not be claustrophobic, do not take a room if it is on the 1st floor

First of all if using BOLT/UBER to get here, use the lication as 59 Rue des Dominicaines, OTHERWISE Hotel Massilia will give you a wrong kication and you will get charged extra by the driver. Very conveniently located for Gare St Charles, about a five minute walk. 24 hour reception, so ideal for my late arrival. Decent room (with kettle and coffee/green tea) and a comfortable bed. Functional bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but not sure it was worth €10.50.

Great value for money with easy access to the best touristic areas of Marseille (the Old Port, the historic town, the best churches, ..), but granting walking distance to the museum, the shopping area, etc). Nicely decorated quiet rooms, comfortable beds, well located, kind staff. Stayed here for one night with my daughter during a quick trip to Marseille. Special mention for bagage check which kept our stuff safe and sound while we went the next day, at no extra charge.

Amazing restaurant with magnificent sunset views. The bouillabaisse is very traditional and tasted splendid. The fish was really fresh and the croutons with aioli so good! Service was good and they came to top up my dish with hot soup three times. A fantastic experience.

The restaurant is nice, service was partially very good and partially not according to the price level. We had starters and second course (bouillabaisse) which was far too much and also for the kids. The desk staff were most welcoming, friendly, and helpful which set a very comfortable tone for our two night stay. As we were very tired upon arrival, we chose to eat dinner in the main section of the hotel complex and we’re very happy we did as the food was delicious.

At first, Everyone should keep in mind when you stay here that this is historical place from 1952. so some points maybe unusual compared with our current experience for hotel. Especially noise.
