The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking and jogging on the coastal sidewalk overlooking the sea. The Welcome Desk staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating
Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations
I cannot fault the hotel, it was clean, quirky/unusual and located in a convenient location. We ordered room service one night, then ate at local restaurants for the other 2 nights
Can't imagine how awesome it would be during summer months with the patio and pool overlooking the Mediterranean. Parking was a little confusing as far as getting to the ramp from within
A special mention goes to Benjamin, whose attentive and professional service made our stay even better. He provided valuable tips for exploring the city efficiently
The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa

Excellent location, one of the best hotels in Marseille. Suitable for travel and business trips
Convenient location, friendly staff, neat and clean, buffet breakfast - something for every pallet, great view of the sea (from the even numbered rooms I assume)
The room is relatively small, but very distinctive, with a very Spanish balcony. The front desk is very kind and enthusiastic
Superb stay, I would return. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff
Hotel at the top level of design and prestige to be redone
Everything was perfect as usual

Wonderful location. Very clean. Great staff. The food in the restaurant was very good, as was the view across the Old Port its terrace.
You drive down a side alley then go down a narrow hole in the ground, stop at a metal door (which ominously opens). Then into a confined lot for micro cars (SUVs must occupy 2 spots)
The room smelled, AC barely got cold, minimal old worn out everything, the hallways were in disrepair, underwhelming pool area, etc. The bathroom and shower were clean and ok
I think for the same price any other hotel around must be better. There's no way to drive up and check in as you would a normal hotel
It doesn't meet the expectations of a Novotel. I have stayed in many around the world and this was not even close to the others
I was upgraded to an "Executive Room" due to my loyalty status but overall it felt like a cheap Vegas motel to me

Really well decorated, modern rooms and very friendly staff. Good location to get to anything. I had read reviews about feeling unsafe but it is on a road that is full of people so felt perfectly safe walking around.
A fantastic hotel! Safe and comfortable! Perfectly located on the main street, within walking distance of the train station. The other side stretches out to the harbor
The location is very convenient. The hotel has access control, which is relatively safe. There are not many simple cafes around. Breakfast was added, which was very amazing
Rooms are quite small, but they are clean. We really appreciate friendly and helpful staff. Only downside we noted was that hotel is located in very loud street.
Great location five minutes walk from the old harbour area, restaurants of all kinds around. Compact rooms but no coffee machine at least in the classic rooms
Service is good, staff are always helpful. Good location; tram stop literally in front of the entrance, close to the port, the area behind the building it just seems a little bit sketchy. For breakfast, nothing special.

It is conveniently located and there are many delicious foods nearby
Good location. Bed was very comfortable.
Very good service and the location is good
The room is generally neat and tidy! The space is enoufh for two of us! Beds are comfortable! However, the lobby is a bit too smelly! It is a mix of smell of perfume and toilets, which make me feel disgusting! Other than that, everything is fine!
Although I didn’t meet the manager Triana upon check in, her influence was clear throughout my stay 🥰 Upon arrival, I was delighted to find personalized gifts in my room, a thoughtful touch that made me feel incredibly welcome
The hotel’s beautifully appointed rooms, modern amenities, and prime location are exceptional, but it’s the warm and attentive service that truly stands out

Close to the station and to the metro, internal car park, nice staff, that answered all my questions about how to visit the city . Very satisfied
I stayed here in September 2024. This hotel is extremely convenient to the train station and metro subway - just across the street. Emilie at the desk checked me in and was lovely and very friendly
The room had a nice view of Marseille, the sea, and Basilica. I was given a top floor room by the elevator. The room was clean, furnishings were decent, but I felt like the carpet was due for a change
Skip the breakfast - this is one spot that they can control and improve. The staff was friendly, but there was little selection and it was just not appetizing
So location is a double-edged sword - great for transit, no too great for environment. If you just sit around a hotel on vacation, then this isn't for you
I'd stay here again, especially if I have an early morning train to catch. You can't beat this location for that

The location is very convenient. It is not very far from the train station. The surrounding is also very safe. The hotel is very clean and cleaned every day. It is very cost-effective during the peak tourist season👍🏻👍🏻
Great location with amazing helpful staff. Everything was so great. When ever we need it help staff was always helpful and happy to help. Hotel in walking distance to shopping centre and so many local rest.
Good location. Right next to a tram stop and close to the old port and the mall of Les Terrasses du Port. Great service. Good value for money.

This hotel is reasonable for its price. The people working at reception are really good and helpful. The WiFi speed is good there's TV too
My room was facing Stade Velodrome and I could get its beautiful lightened view in the night from my window. It is well accessible by metro and bus, both during day and night
Right next to the palais des congrès, perfect placement. The bed was comfy and the sound isolation is really efficient. The rooms really need to be freshened up though.

It included a microwave, though no other cooking facilities. We ended up using the microwave to cook noodles for breakfast since we had an early train to catch and no time for the hotel's breakfast
Reasonably priced accommodations located close to to large shopping centers with plenty of eateries to choose from. Public transportation easily accessible with a tram stop directly in front of the hotel.
My initial impression of Marseille as a city was quite negative. We faced two rejections from car services right outside the train station, and the streets seemed chaotic
However, a pleasant surprise awaited us at the hotel: the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which immediately made us feel welcome. The room itself was incredibly spacious, even featuring a small extra bed
Another nice surprise was the hotel's gym. While I don't plan on returning to Marseille, I would still highly recommend this hotel
The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service was excellent; the front desk staff was very helpful and arranged a taxi for me when I checked out at 9:15 AM. Much appreciated!

Excellent location which decent rooms. Breakfast is weirdly expensive though.
The location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, in the downtown area, but the waiter is a bit sloppy in cleaning the room
The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the boat ticket booth at the old port. Other than that, it is very average. The breakfast pick-up area is in a small kitchen
But the front desk clearly wrote that the temperature that day was 12 degrees at night. The sound insulation on the first floor is poor. I spent the money for a sea view room to live in a noisy room with street view
The waiter tells you to choose a seat first, and then take the plate on the seat to pick up the food. Even so, the kitchen is crowded and there are few food choices
I hope the room has warm air conditioning at night, but I was told that the hotel currently only has cooling, and I can move to other hotels if I feel cold

Good hotel. Central location. Comfortable room. Good value for money.
Perfect location with parking space for €15 per night
The room is simpler than the average ibis. There is no sofa or wardrobe, only a movable table and a small chair. It is located in the city and has easy access to the port. Parking costs 15 euros which is quite cheap
Everything went well, welcome, perfect
The staff are awesome and the location could not be better, really a great bargain for the price
The slamming of doors is infernal. In the evening or morning, you can't expect to be quiet. Also, overall, it's expensive for the size of the rooms. The staff is excellent.

Akim at the restaurant was so helpful when I didn’t have a plug converter
This hotel has an absolutely amazing breakfast, it was included with the price we paid for our three nights of stay but one can pay ten euros per person per day for it
Amazing start to the day with great breakfast Comfortable bed Everything very clean Location 5 mins from airport-bus and 10 mins from Harbour Breakfast excellent
there was also organic milk, all local organic jams/spreads and a very nice espresso or coffee machine you can get hot chocolate and Cafe au Lait! You can make your own hard/medium/soft boiled egg! The service was great, the man at the front desk was very helpful and introduced me to places in the Marseille region that I can visit nearby
Good hotel in a great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent room.
Very high quality breakfast buffet with regional organic products, the lady at breakfast is very attentive and friendly, she is a gem and clearly deserves 5 stars in customer service, just like the young lady at my check-in

The only problem that its excellent location means that you cannot enter a taxi or uber to the downtown area and you will have to walk at least two streets to get a taxi. I wish they had a safe box in the room
The hotel has a good cost, service, location, it is clean, a very good breakfast, super friendly staff, the Styles line is already a guarantee for me
Great location, great breakfast
Well located, well refurbished and still improving. Very good value!
The hotel is relatively old, but overall it is clean and the guy at the front desk is funny. The elevator is broken and cannot be used, and the spiral staircase is fascinating
Warm, professional staff, very good breakfast buffet, but advertised elevator was out of service.

The location of the hotel is excellent since you avoid the traffic of the city centre, but it is not far away from it. There is a secure, open parking. There is no height limitation which was a concern for us
Thus, as I said, its location is perfect and the parking is excellent!! Room was clean and was cleaned every day. At least, our specific room could be a bit larger. Nothing fancy, but it had all the basics
No criticism to make about the accommodation. However, I won't say the same about the catering. I was sick the next day after eating at the restaurant
Perfectly located hotel right next to the highway Nearby shopping center and bowling alley
Its price though was too high, for what was offered. Overall, we had a very nice experience and we will book again in our next visit to Marseille (hopefully we will get a larger room this time)
Good hotel for the price. Night manager was very kind and helped us for automatic check-in as we arrived almost at midnight. Parking available at this place, wifi is well conection.

As usual, warm welcome and breathtaking view of our lady of the guard "LA BONNE MÈRE" and the cruise port with these huge boats
My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a night. First and foremost, the reception staff we interacted with were exceptional
Very good hotel. Very clean. Very well received. Friendly and polite staff. The rooms are clean as are the bathrooms. As for breakfast, there is plenty of choice. It makes you want to eat.
While the common areas were well-maintained and clean, we did encounter several issues with our room. The key issues are as follows: Cockroach Infestation: Unfortunately, the room was infested with cockroaches
A warm welcome, the staff are friendly and available. The rooms are clean, very well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel with a magnificent sea view... I had a pleasant stay. I'll be back .....
We then tried to use the window lock system that allows the window to remain slightly open for ventilation while preventing anyone from entering, but the lock was broken

Place de la Joliette is a short walk to the cruise terminal; we're 2 minutes from the ferry terminal to catch the shuttle. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is very pleasant
Very convenient location, close to the port, metro and other transport nearby
Excellent location, good hard mattress. Friendly staff.
You can walk to the seaside. It's conveniently located near the station. At night, you can hear people talking from the road in front of the hotel.

First of all if using BOLT/UBER to get here, use the lication as 59 Rue des Dominicaines, OTHERWISE Hotel Massilia will give you a wrong kication and you will get charged extra by the driver
Gorgeous hostel, kept very clean. Good location close to the train station and short walk to the centre of town (harbour and shops) as well as in between attractions such as the Notre Dam and fountain
Very conveniently located for Gare St Charles, about a five minute walk. 24 hour reception, so ideal for my late arrival. Decent room (with kettle and coffee/green tea) and a comfortable bed
Nice location but a bit dangerous at night. The street where it locates is dirty too but the hotel itself is clean.
Very reasonable lodging rate, but for the money I’d consider other places. The surroundings could best be described as sketchy, although an advantage was that it is located near the main train station
A 10 minute walk down the nearby main street (turn L at hotel entrance, walk 50m to main street then turn right and walk maybe 100 meters) gets you to a Turkish-run grill (Sar?? Grill) with a good non-gourmet style of good food

Nicely decorated quiet rooms, comfortable beds, well located, kind staff. Stayed here for one night with my daughter during a quick trip to Marseille
Great hotel, helpful staff especially reception. The staff could not do enough. Good location also and lots to do in the area. Enjoyed our visit and will return. Rooms were clean and airy, so no problems
Very nice staff. Clean room. Wish they replenished coffee everyday in the rooms. Happy there is 24 hour staff and a luggage room. Good location.
Good location easy to get there. Quite old to be 3 *** breakfast a lot better than I thought. Nice front desk attention.
The buffet is small but had very nice things to offer Including two types of fresh-baked croissants, different cheeses, yogurt, cereal, good coffee, juice, and more. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable
Great value for money with easy access to the best touristic areas of Marseille (the Old Port, the historic town, the best churches,. ), but granting walking distance to the museum, the shopping area, etc)

The place is nice, clean and good service. Location isn't good, it is far from the center and a bit scary going there by public transportation.
Even if we only stayed for two nights, there were room cleaning service, unlike other hotels. The breakfast was basic but satisfying. The parking was spacious and safe. Everything ran smoothly during our stay there
We arrived at reception open hours and we checked in with a very welcoming and well mannered gentleman. The room was small so as the bathroom but all spaces were modern and crystal clean
Really I am very satisfied by the service in this hotel I fell very happy to stay in this hotel
Small room but really fair price, the staff is very kind and the whole structure is very clean. The bus stop is on the opposite side of the entrance but is easily reachable.
