Good location. Bed was very comfortable.
Very good service and the location is good
Clean and large comfortable room, thankful that they allowed an earlier check in.
The room is generally neat and tidy!
The space is enoufh for two of us!
Beds are comfortable!
However, the lobby is a bit too smelly! It is a mix of smell of perfume and toilets, which make me feel disgusting! Other than that, everything is fine!
I came here with my mother. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable and the scenery was great. There was a snow-capped mountain opposite. We arrived in the middle of the night. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good!
It is very close to the city, there are many restaurants nearby, it is clean, and the room is not too small. I will choose NH hotel again

Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products.
The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance.
A special mention goes to Benjamin...
We stayed here for 3 nights. I cannot fault the hotel, it was clean, quirky/unusual and located in a convenient location.
We ordered room service one night, then ate at local restaurants for the other 2 nights. The food was tasty, no complaints, the soft drink prices were a little excessive, but it is expected in this type of hotel.
My only disappointment was that the pool was salted water, I had...
I had an amazing experience at Nhow Hotel ! The Spa was great and and the relaxing massage by Sarah M. felt like caresses from heaven . Thank you so much for your professionality and for your kindness 🙏🏻
We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town...
The room type booked on Trip does not exist in the hotel. After requesting a change of room because I had booked a sea view and the given room did not have a sea view, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina.
The breakfast is very good: lots of choice and good quality products
One of the coolest hotels I‘ve stayed. It combines the elegant Mediterranean vibes with stylish decor and a friendly atmosphere. Spa is NOT included (which I found to be quite bizarre), but it was great too. One hour is around 15€. There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. I highly recommend getting a room facing the seafront, the views are stunning....

Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Food we ordered was very good, from a limited menu, but competition from local restaurants is fierce, so understandable.
Room comfortable but dated and some areas of Hotel need updating. Hotel is close to wooded area, so terrace and pool areas open to wild life.
Lovely staff, but the whole hotel looks and feels unloved and is desperately in need of a refurb. The location is really good. A 5 minute bus ride from the Vieux Port. The rooms are really nice. Funnily enough my stay at the Sofitel next door also showed me another unloved hotel, and needing a major refurb.
I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all. Rooms are basic. You’re paying for the location, proximity to a bar & restaurant with a great view, and wonderful service.
The hotel is located in a great zone which easy facilitate the access to the most of the city's attractions. The staff is very nice and helpfull, overall I don't remember when I found a hotel with the entire staff we interacted being so nice. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to pay a deposit of 700 euros per room for the entire stay. I booked two rooms, and I found very annoyng...
We had a great stay and would like to thank Nassima, the housekeeper, for her excellent service. She took great care of the room and made sure the minibar was perfectly restocked. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Thank you, Nassima!
Excellent and delicious food , from start to finish served in a very friendly and professional way by Fleur ,assisted by Anna and supervised by the very smiley Alessandra. Tomas helped us choose the most delicious starter ever ( chipirons with the aioli. )
We will come back here for sure 😀😃

A fantastic hotel! Safe and comfortable! Perfectly located on the main street, within walking distance of the train station. The other side stretches out to the harbor. I have to say, this city is incredibly lively and diverse.

Rooms are quite small, but they are clean. We really appreciate friendly and helpful staff. Only downside we noted was that hotel is located in very loud street.
Very bad area around the hotel
The location is very convenient. The hotel has access control, which is relatively safe. Free luggage storage. There are not many simple cafes around. Breakfast was added, which was very amazing. The staff are very polite
Cozy hotel, services and welcome on point. Room assigned: great disappointment due to the infernal noise. Disproportionate furniture in this otherwise charming little room. Well-kept common areas, tasteful decorative painting. Impeccable cleanliness

The room was amazing. Clean and great view. Breakfast was amazing as well. Good selection of food, not just croissants. I had a bar experience too. Which was good. Good hotel in the Vieux Port. Most of the staff at this hotel are helpful. The room was a good size. My only complaint was the breakfast! everything was dry, stale and cold. The coffee even came out of the machine freezing cold. I wouldn’t pay extra for the breakfast. The hotel has a gym and bar area which I enjoyed. I would say this hotel is just ok.
Great view from the window , and there are 2-3 really useful mini mart or supermarket downstairs , will be staying here again .
The hotel reception was quick, impersonal and offered zero “tourist” tips, things to do etc. I even had to ask if I could take a map of the city with things to do and see from the counter as it wasn’t offered. The room is a standard, small European room. It was cool and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very usable and clean. Black out curtains provided complete darkness, but even on the eighth...
Thanks to the front desk lady for arranging the room. The view is very good. You can see the Notre-Dame de la Garde Cathedral. It is very close to the Old Port of Marseille and the environment is beautiful. I will choose here next time.
I had a great stay at Hôtel Mercure Centre Vieux-Port in Marseille. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The place is great. I stayed for four nights with my husband. The staff were cordial and welcoming. Breakfast offered almost everything you could think of. Really nice business and tourist hotel in fabulous location in the heart of (safe) Marseilles. Exceptional service with very good facilities. The concierge recommendations were fabulous. We had a disappointing stay.
This hotel has a thing going for being eco-friendly, which is a good thing. But when I am paying this price on holiday, I am not sacrificing comfort for simply being eco. We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children).
Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly.
No noise disturbance.
However, the room cleaning remains unsatisfactory (lots of dust behind the sofa and in the corners).
Very well received, family trip 2 adults and 2 children
Perfect hotel for me and my family, very nice staff especially Dalila and also the breakfast lady (the Parisian)
It is said that the reservation includes lunch or dinner, but I am really disappointed with the ingredients. Other facilities and rooms are ok.
Very friendly staff.

The location is very good. It is next to the subway entrance. The room is clean. I didn't find any disposable slippers. You can prepare them yourself. The front desk can help contact the airport.
[+] Good location, close to the metro. Delicious breakfast - amazing. Quiet rooms, despite the location on a main street. [-] Expensive on-site parking.
A very cost-effective hotel, located on Prado Avenue in the south of Marseille, which is a relatively safe place in Marseille (although there are still sirens at night), which is more reassuring than the city and the northern area.
The hotel facilities are OK. For people who come to Marseille for a short trip, whether to the city or to hike on the Cote d'Azur in the south, this hotel can be considered

Small suite with kitchen, comfortable bed. Clean when arriving but we didn’t get it cleaned the next days. Close to different options of transportation
Overall feeling is pretty good
We arrived very late it was clean and air conditioned
To be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. The pictures we seen online are totally different lol.
The location is not prime if you are focused on the DuPont/port area. we picked it for having parking garage, balcony, extra room and a small pleasant courtyard. It was a good choice for those reasons. There is a street market 2 blocks away, multiple grocery stores as well are close by.
