Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Excellent location close to the biggest mall in the city. Breakfast buffet has many choices including bacon, eggs, good charcuterie, fruits and other foods along with different coffee options. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Swimming pool is attached to an outdoor area to fan and relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a disappointing stay. This hotel has a thing going for being eco-friendly, which is a good thing. But when I am paying this price on holiday, I am not sacrificing comfort for simply being eco. We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children). Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly. No noise disturbance.
