Good location. Bed was very comfortable.
Very good service and the location is good
Clean and large comfortable room, thankful that they allowed an earlier check in.
The room is generally neat and tidy!
The space is enoufh for two of us!
Beds are comfortable!
However, the lobby is a bit too smelly! It is a mix of smell of perfume and toilets, which make me feel disgusting! Other than that, everything is fine!
I came here with my mother. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable and the scenery was great. There was a snow-capped mountain opposite. We arrived in the middle of the night. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good!
It is very close to the city, there are many restaurants nearby, it is clean, and the room is not too small. I will choose NH hotel again

We stayed at Ibis Marseille Centre Euroméd for two nights in November. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from Marseielle St Charles, near les Docks Village and 10 minutes walk to Les Terrasses du Port in a quiet part of Marseille. Check-in was quick and efficient; staff handled our arrival professionally. The room was clean, functional, and comfortable for a short city stay. Bedding was excellent...
Three stars because of breakfast both food and attitude of breakfast personnel.
Helpful staff in the reception.
Nice room.
Very good location.
Breakfast both food and restaurant staff of very low quality. I have never seen personnel which collects cutlery from jars with products at 9:58 if breakfast ends at 10:00. Lack of food between 9:00 and 10:00. From 9:00 they do not add any missing products....
Clean room, comfy bed and located close to a tram stop. There are some charging ports in the lobby and places to sit.
I waited one night around 8pm at the restaurant. I asked the lady at the bar if I could sit and she said yes someone would come to me. I waited and waited, but no one came, so I left.
The reception staff were friendly.
Good location, limited facilities but it is what you expect from a ibis. Parking is 22.50 pound per day. Customer service is not personable and not hospitable. Stayed in a holiday inn in Geneva who shared a map and told us about the city pass.
Beds are good and for what you pay, it's reasonable, in a fairly expensive city.
Good location. Right next to a tram stop and close to the old port and the mall of Les Terrasses du Port. Great service. Good value for money.
The floor is a bit dirty, but everything else is good, and the sound insulation is good

Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products.
The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance.
A special mention goes to Benjamin...
We stayed here for 3 nights. I cannot fault the hotel, it was clean, quirky/unusual and located in a convenient location.
We ordered room service one night, then ate at local restaurants for the other 2 nights. The food was tasty, no complaints, the soft drink prices were a little excessive, but it is expected in this type of hotel.
My only disappointment was that the pool was salted water, I had...
I had an amazing experience at Nhow Hotel ! The Spa was great and and the relaxing massage by Sarah M. felt like caresses from heaven . Thank you so much for your professionality and for your kindness 🙏🏻
We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town...
The room type booked on Trip does not exist in the hotel. After requesting a change of room because I had booked a sea view and the given room did not have a sea view, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina.
The breakfast is very good: lots of choice and good quality products
One of the coolest hotels I‘ve stayed. It combines the elegant Mediterranean vibes with stylish decor and a friendly atmosphere. Spa is NOT included (which I found to be quite bizarre), but it was great too. One hour is around 15€. There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. I highly recommend getting a room facing the seafront, the views are stunning....

Good location, rooms were clean also it cleans every day if you want, has air conditioning and Japanese toilet which is really good, breakfast was included and it was pleasant.
Marseille is terrible city, homeless and weird people around, the city smells like garbage I won’t recommend to come at all, but it is critique to the management of the city.
In the center of Marseille, one Japanese style hotel well located. Breakfast included. Easy to the St Charles station and the cruise pier of Marseille. Recommend.
The breakfast choices were limited to just breads no option for eggs/omelets or anything else like home fries.
The Hotel in General is fantastic! the reception were super nice and we asked for early check in, which they gave us, they were also really helpful, they kept our luggage and they helped us with explaining that transportation which we needed to go to the airport. The Rooms are great, comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom with a Japanese toilet, there is AC and a kettle with some coffee. The location...
It was located in a rather bad area, many homeless and noisy even after mid night. The lobby has a security to stand by, so you could imagine why they need to hire one. It was far away from metro stations, it was close to the train station if you need to travel further. Police patrolling cars were seen in the area every day during the five-day stay. The washroom in the room has no fan, it smells. The...
Good value for money. Clean rooms and very good amenities at this price point (kettle, fridge etc.) lt's convenient for the main train station, but it's not in a very nice area. The road between the hotel and the Porte D'aix is one of the most unpleasant and dirty I've seen in Europe with rubbish everywhere. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but if you want a nice location, this isn't it.

Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Food we ordered was very good, from a limited menu, but competition from local restaurants is fierce, so understandable.
Room comfortable but dated and some areas of Hotel need updating. Hotel is close to wooded area, so terrace and pool areas open to wild life.
Lovely staff, but the whole hotel looks and feels unloved and is desperately in need of a refurb. The location is really good. A 5 minute bus ride from the Vieux Port. The rooms are really nice. Funnily enough my stay at the Sofitel next door also showed me another unloved hotel, and needing a major refurb.
I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all. Rooms are basic. You’re paying for the location, proximity to a bar & restaurant with a great view, and wonderful service.
The hotel is located in a great zone which easy facilitate the access to the most of the city's attractions. The staff is very nice and helpfull, overall I don't remember when I found a hotel with the entire staff we interacted being so nice. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to pay a deposit of 700 euros per room for the entire stay. I booked two rooms, and I found very annoyng...
We had a great stay and would like to thank Nassima, the housekeeper, for her excellent service. She took great care of the room and made sure the minibar was perfectly restocked. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Thank you, Nassima!
Excellent and delicious food , from start to finish served in a very friendly and professional way by Fleur ,assisted by Anna and supervised by the very smiley Alessandra. Tomas helped us choose the most delicious starter ever ( chipirons with the aioli. )

A fantastic hotel! Safe and comfortable! Perfectly located on the main street, within walking distance of the train station. The other side stretches out to the harbor. I have to say, this city is incredibly lively and diverse.

Rooms are quite small, but they are clean. We really appreciate friendly and helpful staff. Only downside we noted was that hotel is located in very loud street.
Very bad area around the hotel
The location is very convenient. The hotel has access control, which is relatively safe. Free luggage storage. There are not many simple cafes around. Breakfast was added, which was very amazing. The staff are very polite
Cozy hotel, services and welcome on point. Room assigned: great disappointment due to the infernal noise. Disproportionate furniture in this otherwise charming little room. Well-kept common areas, tasteful decorative painting. Impeccable cleanliness

Unfortunately cleanliness was not up to 5 stars Intercontinental hotel. Indeed one massive cockroach next to the lift and Christmas tree in the lobby which was a bit of a bad surprise after the check-in. Then after getting the room I found hairs in the shower.
The view and location are good.
Our first time at an Intercontinental was good, but that’s it. For a 5* Hotel (which we booked plenty around the world), the Hotel definitely could use a renovation of the rooms.
Especially the Junior Suite is still very dark, minimal furnished and at the price point a little disappointing. We have stayed at another 5* Hotel in town and would go back to that Hotel, since it was half the price, but...
Stayed for my 70th birthday. Fabulous entry room ready early. Stunning FOH service. Fabulous bar and restaurant! Room beyond amazing.
Customer service supportive and attentive on all levels.

Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the restaurant and our server, Martin, was excellent and gave us a few good recommendations for places to go around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
We enjoyed a very nice room with a large beautiful balcony with a fabulous view. The hotel is impressive, yet it fails on many levels for a 5-Star facility. For example, breakfasts are not only inadequate, but almost inedible, watery scrambled eggs, a bucket of greasy partially bacon, empty baskets of pastries that ran out every morning for three days, getting a cup of coffee every morning was a challenge...

Good hotel in the Vieux Port. Most of the staff at this hotel are helpful. The room was a good size. My only complaint was the breakfast! everything was dry, stale and cold. The coffee even came out of the machine freezing cold. I wouldn’t pay extra for the breakfast. The hotel has a gym and bar area which I enjoyed. I would say this hotel is just ok.
Great view from the window , and there are 2-3 really useful mini mart or supermarket downstairs , will be staying here again .
The hotel reception was quick, impersonal and offered zero “tourist” tips, things to do etc. I even had to ask if I could take a map of the city with things to do and see from the counter as it wasn’t offered. This hotel has a thing going for being eco-friendly, which is a good thing. But when I am paying this price on holiday, I am not sacrificing comfort for simply being eco.
