The concierge staff were extremly helpful. I thought the location was great as the harbor and restaurants are nearby. The rooms were also very nice with a view across the harbor. I had a rental car available and used the hotel as a base to travel around the south of France. Would I go back? Absolutely.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, especially the view room with balcony, the higher price is worth it. The breakfast is rich and it feels comfortable to eat on the large terrace. In short, except for the price, there is nothing wrong with it.

The room type booked on Trip does not exist in the hotel. After requesting a change of room because I had booked a sea view and the given room did not have a sea view, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina. The breakfast is very good: lots of choice and good quality products

One of the coolest hotels I‘ve stayed. It combines the elegant Mediterranean vibes with stylish decor and a friendly atmosphere. Spa is NOT included (which I found to be quite bizarre), but it was great too. One hour is around 15€. There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. Clear and fairly large rooms with a good amount of space for working. Good service and location. Can't complain. I'd give it 5 stars but the price was still fairly high and there was some general wear and tear visible in the room.

Everything was in excellent, recently renovated condition. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is very central and walkable. I stayed here in September 2024. This hotel is extremely convenient to the train station and metro subway - just across the street. Emilie at the desk checked me in and was lovely and very friendly. Great hotel. We arrived at 3 pm and the front desk manager was very friendly. Recognised my platinum status and offered late check-out which we took. The parking is easy and not too expensive. Very pleasant hotel located close to the old port. We reserved a room with a view of Notre Dame de la Garde from a spacious terrace. The breakfast area was bright and spacious, but the coffee machines didn't seem to be functioning well. There's a restaurant located in the hotel, but there are also numerous restaurants and other amenities within walking distance.

As a budget hotel, the environment is OK, the facilities are a bit old, the service is not good, they call you to check out before the check-out time, and after you check out and take your belongings away, you have to take a taxi back to the hotel room to get your things, and it seems that the room has not been cleaned.

Perfect, clean and very pretty hotel, very friendly staff

The main thing is that the hotel is in a good location, in the city center, and the front desk service is very good. I used to stay in the Ibis next to the train station for convenience, but that one is much worse than this one. I will stay here again next time I come.

The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. A bit disappointed as the only one water dispenser was out of order and we need to ask the staff at the bar to take water instead.

Right next to the palais des congrès, perfect placement. The bed was comfy and the sound isolation is really efficient. The rooms really need to be freshened up though.

This hotel is reasonable for its price. The people working at reception are really good and helpful. The hotel rooms are spacious. The WiFi speed is good there's TV too. My room was facing Stade Velodrome and I could get its beautiful lightened view in the night from my window. It is well accessible by metro and bus, both during day and night.

The room is simpler than the average ibis. There is no sofa or wardrobe, only a movable table and a small chair. It is located in the city and has easy access to the port. Parking costs 15 euros which is quite cheap. However, parking is an elevator-type way to enter the parking lot, so be very careful when driving.

Good for a hostel. Right across the street from the train station. The area isn't the best, but once you get away from the train station it isn't too bad. Nicely decorated quiet rooms, comfortable beds, well located, kind staff. Stayed here for one night with my daughter during a quick trip to Marseille. Special mention for bagage check which kept our stuff safe and sound while we went the next day, at no extra charge.
