I would stay at Intercontinental Marseille over and over again. The hotel had really beautiful views of Marseille, the rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom was also large, and the balcony just made my trip so much more amazing. I also enjoyed the breakfast service, particularly the freshly cooked eggs, pastries, and crepes. All the elements of my stay, from the service offered by the front...
Great room (clean) and the terrace offers a great view of the city. The sauna and swimming pool were so relaxing and I was the only one using them. Would definitely stay here again if I come back. Valets were great but front desks seemed impatient.
What an amazing hotel. The views are so good and the staff so nice. The rooms are always clean and dust free, they clean immediately when you leave the room. Their food is also great. Just a great hotel.
Just got back from my first trip to Marseille and fell in love with this hotel. All the staff are so nice! Especially Jacob at front desk/concierge/management. He is the best! Everyone went above and beyond. I was originally there for two nights and then had to attend a wedding in Oppedette so I left and then decided to change my plans and return to Marseille for three more nights and stay at the Intercontinental...
I stayed here with my kids and dog for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The staff go above and beyond. The accessible room was spotless and beds are comfortable. As a Platinum member, we felt very well cared for. They do have plugs and will charge your electric car for you. The food was great at both restaurants, as well as the drinks. My teens wanted the pizza bar every night...
Iconic building and remarkable location. The terrace is the heart of the hotel, with good music and food. Nice rooms with view from the balcony over the harbour. The default internet was not fast enough for video calls.

Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products. The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance. A special mention goes to Benjamin...
We stayed here for 3 nights. I cannot fault the hotel, it was clean, quirky/unusual and located in a convenient location. We ordered room service one night, then ate at local restaurants for the other 2 nights. The food was tasty, no complaints, the soft drink prices were a little excessive, but it is expected in this type of hotel. My only disappointment was that the pool was salted water, I had...
I had an amazing experience at Nhow Hotel ! The Spa was great and and the relaxing massage by Sarah M. felt like caresses from heaven . Thank you so much for your professionality and for your kindness 🙏🏻
We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town...
One of the coolest hotels I‘ve stayed. It combines the elegant Mediterranean vibes with stylish decor and a friendly atmosphere. Spa is NOT included (which I found to be quite bizarre), but it was great too. One hour is around 15€. There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. I highly recommend getting a room facing the seafront, the views are stunning....
Wonderful hotel. We loved watching the waves crash against the rocks below us, watching the sun set over the sea, and listening to the ocean all night. The on-site restaurant was delicious. We ate dinner and breakfast there. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking and jogging on the coastal sidewalk overlooking the sea. The Welcome Desk staff was very helpful...

The Hotel staff are well trained on hospitality aspects of their job, they were professional, patient and kind to me. If I ever visit Marseille again, I would definitely seek accommodation at Golden Tulip!
The room is beautiful and big (executive suite) but the sofà was dirty so we have asked for an additional bed sheet to put on. Some people of the staff don't speak english. The room service (dinner) is very fast and tasty.
We stayed in the hotel Golden Tulip for 2 nights and we had a splendid time. As we arrived at the hotel on our first night, we had to look for a car park nearby and as luck would have it, there was one directly located across the hotel. We soon found out, that you get a discount, when you show your hotel card to the car park attendants. After our car was safely parked, we entered the lobby of the hotel...
Convenient location, friendly staff, neat and clean, buffet breakfast - something for every pallet, great view of the sea (from the even numbered rooms I assume)
A great place to stay... new..energetic staff really friendly..faciities spot on. Cannot recommend the Golden Tulip highly enough
Thank you for each smile. What a great staff. I was like having trouble with my luggage because the cord of my cape was like stuck in the wheels and they helped me out. Even carried it to my room. Then I was like having trouble with the door and she even came to show how it worked with the lights and etc. Great price quality. Wish I was still there

Wonderful location. Very clean. Great staff. The food in the restaurant was very good, as was the view across the Old Port its terrace.
This hotel is just OK. It doesn't meet the expectations of a Novotel. I have stayed in many around the world and this was not even close to the others. I was upgraded to an "Executive Room" due to my loyalty status but overall it felt like a cheap Vegas motel to me. The room smelled, AC barely got cold, minimal old worn out everything, the hallways were in disrepair, underwhelming pool area, etc. The...
Very good Lunch at Mid-Day at the restaurant Magaté, food is perfect, with great fish and amazing Desert ( millefeuille ), with great service from Alessandra and Christophe. We will come back
Hotel is generally good although undergoing quite extensive renovations causing the hotel to resemble more a building site… the bed in the room is incredibly uncomfortable too providing little support and a poor nights sleep. Breakfast was ok but expensive for wha ‘tis offered
Hotel is old. Disgusting moldy/black grout in shower. Hotel seemed empty barely saw any other guests but we were told there were no better rooms for us. Check in and check out was fine. Front desk team is friendly. We didn’t take the breakfast as it ends at 9:30 and that is a bit early for us so I can’t comment on that. The restaurant seemed nice/nice views although we didn’t eat there. Short walk...
The location is Stella. It’s connected to the Sofitel but cheaper and has all the use of their falsities. Room was plain but completely adequate, with as spacious bathroom. Wonderful views from the restaurant

I am writing to highly recommend Triana Cotelo for their exceptional service as a guest relations personnel at the NH Collection Hotel in France/Marseille. Although my interactions with Triana were entirely online, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the assistance I received. From the very first contact, Triana demonstrated a high level of professionalism and warmth. They promptly responded...
I recently stayed at NH Collection Marseille, and it was an unforgettable experience. Although I didn’t meet the manager Triana upon check in, her influence was clear throughout my stay 🥰 Upon arrival, I was delighted to find personalized gifts in my room, a thoughtful touch that made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel’s beautifully appointed rooms, modern amenities, and prime location are exceptional...
Have you ever stayed in a hotel where everything *seems* like it should be perfect, but isn’t quite? This is one of those. The reception staff are welcoming, the hotel is modern and clean, and the bed is comfy. However some very simple things let the hotel down: 1. I had lunch in their restaurant where the staff were mostly very junior and overwhelmed. They seemed to spend their time arguing amongst...
Clear and fairly large rooms with a good amount of space for working. Good service and location. Can't complain. I'd give it 5 stars but the price was still fairly high and there was some general wear and tear visible in the room.
Everything was in excellent, recently renovated condition. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is very central and walkable. Shower had excellent pressure and bathroom was up to U.S. comfort and privacy standards. TV service was very good.
Too expensive, and especially the breakfast is clearly overpriced. Very warm room (air con not enabled below 23 degrees Celsius). Good WiFi, clean room and very friendly staff.

I stayed here in September 2024. This hotel is extremely convenient to the train station and metro subway - just across the street. Emilie at the desk checked me in and was lovely and very friendly. The room had a nice view of Marseille, the sea, and Basilica. I was given a top floor room by the elevator. The room was clean, furnishings were decent, but I felt like the carpet was due for a change....
Great hotel. We arrived at 3 pm and the front desk manager was very friendly. Recognised my platinum status and offered late check-out which we took. The parking is easy and not too expensive. The room was great and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good 👍. For an inclusive breakfast it was the best in a while. Overall I cannot share any bad experience and will book the HIX in Marseille again
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Marseille - Saint Charles for a week in August 2012 and had a very pleasant experience. Completely OK, but no more. Noisy AC and quite a bit noise from the street with window closed (maybe to be expected from centre Marseille though). Very simple breakfast. Fine for a single day stay.
A perfect location to travel by train ! Good breakfast, kind staff and great room noise system- you don’t hear anything in the room !
Location is superb, directly opposite of the train station. There are rooms facing a courtyard but still at night there is a lot of noise. Staff at reception is super friendly! Breakfast has a wide variety of cereals, bread (with Nutella), eggs, fruits…

Great hotel especially due to the nice and service oriented staff. They did everything to make the stay as confortable and worry free as possible.
Great location five minutes walk from the old harbour area, restaurants of all kinds around. Shopping close by. Compact rooms but no coffee machine at least in the classic rooms. Clean and modern. Access to hotel by key card only which is great as Marseille does have an issue with crime and vagrants. Good value for money. Ask for a quiet room and they will try to put you in a higher room.
A well priced and centrally located hotel immediately in front of the tram stop and a short walk to the Metro and Vieux-Port area and all its attractions. Central location, you can feel « the vibe » of the City when you step out of the hotel. Luckily the double ou triple windows in the room are working really great ! Loved our Privilege room - totally recommend, very nice decoration and the bathtub is comfy. Very surprised to see the loyalty program ad in the toilet 😁
Very pleasant hotel located close to the old port. We reserved a room with a view of Notre Dame de la Garde from a spacious terrace. The breakfast area was bright and spacious, but the coffee machines didn't seem to be functioning well. There's a restaurant located in the hotel, but there are also numerous restaurants and other amenities within walking distance.
Staff very friendly and welcoming, especially 0200 in the morning after our flight was delayed. Room was fabulous, and the area very quiet - we were on the first floor. Location is perfect port and transport links.

Right next to the palais des congrès, perfect placement. The bed was comfy and the sound isolation is really efficient. The rooms really need to be freshened up though.
This hotel is reasonable for its price. The people working at reception are really good and helpful. The hotel rooms are spacious. The WiFi speed is good there's TV too. My room was facing Stade Velodrome and I could get its beautiful lightened view in the night from my window. It is well accessible by metro and bus, both during day and night.

The staff were super I was concerned about the damp smell in the room but it aired out. Wonderful help over a forgotten passport.
The hotel rooms are nice and airy, the reception staff is friendly. The hotel offers private parking nearby (43 eur for 2 nights) which is surely not cheap but public parking is hard to come by. Unfortunately, in the room, the bed linen is placed on top of what seemed like a plastic bedsheet - due to this, our sleep was extremely uncomfortable. Excellent hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable. The room is very comfortable and spacious. We took the executive suite which was truly top notch. We will definitely be back. And thanks to the girls at the reception who made us feel very welcome. See you soon

This is a rating for the new Hotel Maisons du Monde which has opened three weeks ago. The service and staff were extremely nice and professional. This hotel is ideally located in the Old Port and is well worth a visit. Excellent renovation, impeccable professional welcome. Luxurious decor. Quality service, especially at breakfast. In short, a great future in Marseille.
The hotel is ideally located in Marseille. Additionally, the decoration is simply beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Finally, we were very welcomed, all the staff were pleasant and friendly towards us.
It was good. The room was spacious & clean and the bathroom as well. I had few problems with the room card, always needed few minutes until the door responded and get opened!
