nice with dogs but food other breakfast is bad… city is dangerous
We stayed here in early May as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations from Sunday to Monday. The room was lovely with a separate dressing section n fabulous bathroom. My only complaint was that the air-conditioning was not working properly. It was quite hot in Marseille that weekend n the hotel was not able to reduce the temperature of the rooms. As I am of a certain age, I struggle with my...
Just wrapped up an incredible stay at the InterContinental Marseille - Hotel Dieu, and I'm still in awe of its stunning architecture! The hotel's prime location, right next to the historic Old Port, made exploring Marseille an absolute breeze. Dining was a highlight – don't miss dinner at Brasserie Les Fenêtres; the food was exceptional. And seriously, breakfast with that view? Unforgettable! While...
The concierge staff were extremly helpful. I thought the location was great as the harbor and restaurants are nearby. The rooms were also very nice with a view across the harbor. I had a rental car available and used the hotel as a base to travel around the south of France. Would I go back? Absolutely.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, especially the view room with balcony, the higher price is worth it. The breakfast is rich and it feels comfortable to eat on the large terrace. In short, except for the price, there is nothing wrong with it.
Great location and beautiful property. Rooms are beautiful. In general the staff are great, but given the brand, I'm not certain the service levels delivered, rise to Intercontintental standards, especially having stayed in other properties, as well as hotel class across different competitors and holding elite status with the hotel.

Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products. The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance. A special mention goes to Benjamin...
We stayed here for 3 nights. I cannot fault the hotel, it was clean, quirky/unusual and located in a convenient location. We ordered room service one night, then ate at local restaurants for the other 2 nights. The food was tasty, no complaints, the soft drink prices were a little excessive, but it is expected in this type of hotel. My only disappointment was that the pool was salted water, I had...
I had an amazing experience at Nhow Hotel ! The Spa was great and and the relaxing massage by Sarah M. felt like caresses from heaven . Thank you so much for your professionality and for your kindness 🙏🏻
We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town...
The room type booked on Trip does not exist in the hotel. After requesting a change of room because I had booked a sea view and the given room did not have a sea view, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina. The breakfast is very good: lots of choice and good quality products
One of the coolest hotels I‘ve stayed. It combines the elegant Mediterranean vibes with stylish decor and a friendly atmosphere. Spa is NOT included (which I found to be quite bizarre), but it was great too. One hour is around 15€. There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. I highly recommend getting a room facing the seafront, the views are stunning....

Wonderful location. Very clean. Great staff. The food in the restaurant was very good, as was the view across the Old Port its terrace.
This hotel is just OK. It doesn't meet the expectations of a Novotel. I have stayed in many around the world and this was not even close to the others. I was upgraded to an "Executive Room" due to my loyalty status but overall it felt like a cheap Vegas motel to me. The room smelled, AC barely got cold, minimal old worn out everything, the hallways were in disrepair, underwhelming pool area, etc. The...
Very good Lunch at Mid-Day at the restaurant Magaté, food is perfect, with great fish and amazing Desert ( millefeuille ), with great service from Alessandra and Christophe. We will come back
Hotel is generally good although undergoing quite extensive renovations causing the hotel to resemble more a building site… the bed in the room is incredibly uncomfortable too providing little support and a poor nights sleep. Breakfast was ok but expensive for wha ‘tis offered
Hotel is old. Disgusting moldy/black grout in shower. Hotel seemed empty barely saw any other guests but we were told there were no better rooms for us. Check in and check out was fine. Front desk team is friendly. We didn’t take the breakfast as it ends at 9:30 and that is a bit early for us so I can’t comment on that. The restaurant seemed nice/nice views although we didn’t eat there. Short walk...

Conveniently located vis-a-vis Gare Charles Michel, the Alex has tiny but modern and comfortable rooms with balcony. Beds could have better mattresses, though. Staff is polite and professional. The surroundings are not ideal for dining, this is a Maghreb neighborhood where you will find few women on the street at night. However, a Metro station is right in front of the hotel.
Very nice. Good breakfast (only wish they had some vegetables and fruits). Clean and nicely designed
Very clean and nicely appointed hotel conveniently located next to the Gare St Charles. Nice, simple rooms, new and clean with great sound proof windows and AC. very clean. simple. very good location . Nice decoration . Maybe more refresh air just before the customers arriving .... good place and good price .
The Alex Hotel was a great stop for a quick overnight stay in Marseille. It is so convienent to the train station (literally across the street). The staff were very warm and accommodating to us after a long day of travel. American travelers may find the rooms a bit tight but it was comfortable, clean, and cozy.
We loved our stay at this clean and convenient boutique hotel. Staff was helpful and the continental breakfast was just what we needed before we left for our flight. We liked the modern design and location near the train station.

The staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Have you ever stayed in a hotel where everything *seems* like it should be perfect, but isn’t quite? This is one of those. The reception staff are welcoming, the hotel is modern and clean, and the bed is comfy. However some very simple things let the hotel down: 1. I had lunch in their restaurant where the staff were mostly very junior and overwhelmed. They seemed to spend their time arguing amongst...
Clear and fairly large rooms with a good amount of space for working. Good service and location. Can't complain. I'd give it 5 stars but the price was still fairly high and there was some general wear and tear visible in the room.
Everything was in excellent, recently renovated condition. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is very central and walkable. Shower had excellent pressure and bathroom was up to U.S. comfort and privacy standards. TV service was very good.
Too expensive, and especially the breakfast is clearly overpriced. Very warm room (air con not enabled below 23 degrees Celsius). Good WiFi, clean room and very friendly staff.

The floor is a bit dirty, but everything else is good, and the sound insulation is good
As a budget hotel, the environment is OK, the facilities are a bit old, the service is not good, they call you to check out before the check-out time, and after you check out and take your belongings away, you have to take a taxi back to the hotel room to get your things, and it seems that the room has not been cleaned.
The location is very convenient. There is a tram downstairs. It is not very far from the train station. The surrounding is also very safe. The hotel is very clean and cleaned every day. Some facilities are updated. It is very cost-effective during the peak tourist season👍🏻👍🏻
Perfect, clean and very pretty hotel, very friendly staff
The main thing is that the hotel is in a good location, in the city center, and the front desk service is very good. I used to stay in the Ibis next to the train station for convenience, but that one is much worse than this one. I will stay here again next time I come.
The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. A bit disappointed as the only one water dispenser was out of order and we need to ask the staff at the bar to take water instead.

The hotel rooms are nice and airy, the reception staff is friendly. The hotel offers private parking nearby (43 eur for 2 nights) which is surely not cheap but public parking is hard to come by. The location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, in the downtown area, but the waiter is a bit sloppy in cleaning the room. Our rooftop terrace had bird droppings on the floor that were not swept clean, and the lounge chairs were also quite dirty, so we couldn't lie down. On the last day, no one came to clean the room. Ctrip contacted the front desk and they said they would come between...
This is the second time, and I'm still having the same shower problems. There's no pressure, so much so that only the hand shower can be used.
The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the boat ticket booth at the old port. Other than that, it is very average. The breakfast pick-up area is in a small kitchen. The waiter tells you to choose a seat first, and then take the plate on the seat to pick up the food. Even so, the kitchen is crowded and there are few food choices. I hope the room has warm air conditioning at night, but I was...
The hotel is next to the old pier, and the apartment is on the street 300 meters away. You need a card to enter and exit the main door. The old house is OK, but the color is darker. The service is good. After the negotiation, they actually provided two extra quilts. Ctrip's direct contact did not work well. It may be because of the agency relationship of b00King, and the store does not take it seriously...

I would rate the hotel with 4 stars. For me as an architect it definitely deserves 5 stars. It’s such an exceptional experience to get to stay there for two nights. Would recommend a lot to visit the roof and experience the space by hanging out there. But as for the hotel experience, it is a three star hotel, so don’t expect a lot just because it’s famous. I think they really wanted to keep as much...
Amazing place - what a privilege to be able to stay in one of Le Corbusier's finest buildings. I am not a Le Corbusier fanboy (although I do like him), but the whole place really is stunning. I found myself just looking around and smiling at how clever the whole place is. The room itself isn't luxury but they are constrained as to what they can do as this is how Le Corbusier designed the building!...
We stayed at this hotel because we love the building. We had deluxe double room with sea view. The room and the bathroom are very big. The price is high for what you get in terms of the room (old and dated) but the building and the access to the roof are wonderful. It was great to feel like you live in the building and to come to it multiple times, in the morning, in the night... Pro tip: Do not take...
Very basic by modern standards but informative to the architectural history. Nice and helpful staff.
At first, Everyone should keep in mind when you stay here that this is historical place from 1952. so some points maybe unusual compared with our current experience for hotel. Especially noise. Your noise is easily to across a wall even you always care to minimize noise because of aged floor and doors(at least my room was). You need time consideration when you do something in room. but if it's possible...

I have already reviewed it, and I would like to add a little comment. The two rooms were not arranged together, which is a little inconvenient.

I stayed there spontaneously, good rooms , nice place but the bathroom need some renovation or better cleaning may be good parking for a fair price of 8 euro per night nice garden and a shopping center right at the other side of the street
Nice and comfortable place, hotel, swimming pool and restaurant.
I was expecting more from Ibis brand, in terms of accommodation condition. Roomwas quite small, towels were worn out. Otherwise, personnel was nice and helpful, food in their restaurant was tasty
My friend and I were treated so well here at the hotel . Nothing was any trouble staff were amazing particularly Matisse . We will definitely be back
There are few options in this area and I guess this probably the best one. Location wise is good if you have a car.
