nice with dogs but food other breakfast is bad… city is dangerous
We stayed here in early May as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations from Sunday to Monday. The room was lovely with a separate dressing section n fabulous bathroom. My only complaint was that the air-conditioning was not working properly. It was quite hot in Marseille that weekend n the hotel was not able to reduce the temperature of the rooms. As I am of a certain age, I struggle with my...
Just wrapped up an incredible stay at the InterContinental Marseille - Hotel Dieu, and I'm still in awe of its stunning architecture! The hotel's prime location, right next to the historic Old Port, made exploring Marseille an absolute breeze. Dining was a highlight – don't miss dinner at Brasserie Les Fenêtres; the food was exceptional. And seriously, breakfast with that view? Unforgettable! While...
The concierge staff were extremly helpful. I thought the location was great as the harbor and restaurants are nearby. The rooms were also very nice with a view across the harbor. I had a rental car available and used the hotel as a base to travel around the south of France. Would I go back? Absolutely.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, especially the view room with balcony, the higher price is worth it. The breakfast is rich and it feels comfortable to eat on the large terrace. In short, except for the price, there is nothing wrong with it.
Great location and beautiful property. Rooms are beautiful. In general the staff are great, but given the brand, I'm not certain the service levels delivered, rise to Intercontintental standards, especially having stayed in other properties, as well as hotel class across different competitors and holding elite status with the hotel.

Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products. The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance. A special mention goes to Benjamin...
We stayed here for 3 nights. I cannot fault the hotel, it was clean, quirky/unusual and located in a convenient location. We ordered room service one night, then ate at local restaurants for the other 2 nights. The food was tasty, no complaints, the soft drink prices were a little excessive, but it is expected in this type of hotel. My only disappointment was that the pool was salted water, I had...
I had an amazing experience at Nhow Hotel ! The Spa was great and and the relaxing massage by Sarah M. felt like caresses from heaven . Thank you so much for your professionality and for your kindness 🙏🏻
We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town...
The room type booked on Trip does not exist in the hotel. After requesting a change of room because I had booked a sea view and the given room did not have a sea view, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina. The breakfast is very good: lots of choice and good quality products
One of the coolest hotels I‘ve stayed. It combines the elegant Mediterranean vibes with stylish decor and a friendly atmosphere. Spa is NOT included (which I found to be quite bizarre), but it was great too. One hour is around 15€. There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. I highly recommend getting a room facing the seafront, the views are stunning....

Lovely staff, but the whole hotel looks and feels unloved and is desperately in need of a refurb. The location is really good. A 5 minute bus ride from the Vieux Port. The rooms are really nice. Funnily enough my stay at the Sofitel next door also showed me another unloved hotel, and needing a major refurb.
Wonderful location. Very clean. Great staff. The food in the restaurant was very good, as was the view across the Old Port its terrace.
This hotel is just OK. It doesn't meet the expectations of a Novotel. I have stayed in many around the world and this was not even close to the others. I was upgraded to an "Executive Room" due to my loyalty status but overall it felt like a cheap Vegas motel to me. The room smelled, AC barely got cold, minimal old worn out everything, the hallways were in disrepair, underwhelming pool area, etc. The...

Very good Lunch at Mid-Day at the restaurant Magaté, food is perfect, with great fish and amazing Desert ( millefeuille ), with great service from Alessandra and Christophe. We will come back
Hotel is generally good although undergoing quite extensive renovations causing the hotel to resemble more a building site… the bed in the room is incredibly uncomfortable too providing little support and a poor nights sleep. Breakfast was ok but expensive for wha ‘tis offered

Great location next to marseilles station. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Nice little hotel within walking distance of Saint-Charles station
I would not recommend staying at the Alex hotel if you are looking for a “boutique” hotel experience. The staff were fine, but service was never amazing they never referred to us as sir or madam, nor made us feel very welcomed, whilst continually forgetting us the day after. The location is rather busy and not a very pleasant area, it would be better to stay in Vieux Port for convenience. We paid for...
We stayed at ALEX for 3 nights and had a great time :) The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful, we were able to spontaneously book breakfast (which had a bit of a limited selection for breakfast lovers, but wasn't bad) and a massage in the spa (which was excellent!)
Very nice hotel, next to the train station, about 10-15min from port.Helpful and friendly staff, amazing breakfast!
We chose the location because it is close to train station.  The hotel definitely serves the purpose.  Room is clean.  Staffs are friendly and helpful.  The breakfast is good and worth it’s value.

Disappointed, it has changed a lot
Everything was perfect as usual
The staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The breakfast itself was also enjoyable with a good selection of options.   However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway leading to the rooms was not vacuumed for several days, and a used cotton pad remained there for three days before being removed. This...

Good location. Bed was very comfortable.
Very good service and the location is good
Clean and large comfortable room, thankful that they allowed an earlier check in.
The room is generally neat and tidy! The space is enoufh for two of us! Beds are comfortable! However, the lobby is a bit too smelly! It is a mix of smell of perfume and toilets, which make me feel disgusting! Other than that, everything is fine!
I came here with my mother. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable and the scenery was great. There was a snow-capped mountain opposite. We arrived in the middle of the night. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good!
It is very close to the city, there are many restaurants nearby, it is clean, and the room is not too small. I will choose NH hotel again

Good location. Right next to a tram stop and close to the old port and the mall of Les Terrasses du Port. Great service. Good value for money.
The floor is a bit dirty, but everything else is good, and the sound insulation is good
As a budget hotel, the environment is OK, the facilities are a bit old, the service is not good, they call you to check out before the check-out time, and after you check out and take your belongings away, you have to take a taxi back to the hotel room to get your things, and it seems that the room has not been cleaned.
The location is very convenient. There is a tram downstairs. It is not very far from the train station. The surrounding is also very safe. The hotel is very clean and cleaned every day. Some facilities are updated. It is very cost-effective during the peak tourist season👍🏻👍🏻
The main thing is that the hotel is in a good location, in the city center, and the front desk service is very good. I used to stay in the Ibis next to the train station for convenience, but that one is much worse than this one. I will stay here again next time I come.
The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. A bit disappointed as the only one water dispenser was out of order and we need to ask the staff at the bar to take water instead.

My initial impression of Marseille as a city was quite negative. We faced two rejections from car services right outside the train station, and the streets seemed chaotic. However, a pleasant surprise awaited us at the hotel: the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which immediately made us feel welcome. The room itself was incredibly spacious, even featuring a small extra bed. It included a microwave...
I had a good sleep in the clean room. It was the worth more than the price.
We booked the hotel as a supreme suite for three people. It actually could have slept three people, but I would not describe it as a suite neither a supreme. It consisted of one room with a double bed and a single bed separated by a movable curtain. The air conditioning was also very weak, even when set to very cold, and we couldn't sleep well.
Clean and spacious. Nice coffee bar. Safe neighbourhood.
BELLE HOTEL ET BELLE VILE MERCI POUR TOUS ET BONNE VACANCES .
The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service was excellent; the front desk staff was very helpful and arranged a taxi for me when I checked out at 9:15 AM. Much appreciated!

The location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, in the downtown area, but the waiter is a bit sloppy in cleaning the room. Our rooftop terrace had bird droppings on the floor that were not swept clean, and the lounge chairs were also quite dirty, so we couldn't lie down. On the last day, no one came to clean the room. Ctrip contacted the front desk and they said they would come between...
This is the second time, and I'm still having the same shower problems. There's no pressure, so much so that only the hand shower can be used.
The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the boat ticket booth at the old port. Other than that, it is very average. The breakfast pick-up area is in a small kitchen. The waiter tells you to choose a seat first, and then take the plate on the seat to pick up the food. Even so, the kitchen is crowded and there are few food choices. I hope the room has warm air conditioning at night, but I was...
The hotel is next to the old pier, and the apartment is on the street 300 meters away. You need a card to enter and exit the main door. The old house is OK, but the color is darker. The service is good. After the negotiation, they actually provided two extra quilts. Ctrip's direct contact did not work well. It may be because of the agency relationship of b00King, and the store does not take it seriously...
I booked a studio, and it was spacious and clean. It was also conveniently located near a shopping area.
The room is on the pedestrian street, five minutes away from the front desk. You don't need to go to the front desk when you check out. Just put the room card on the big table. It's very user-friendly! The room is large and has a terrace where you can make tea, coffee and breakfast. WiFi is very convenient. The tableware and kitchenware are complete. It is suitable for long-term stays. The bedding...

Amazing hotel! Lovely staff, clean and relaxing and with a wonderful street art aesthetic! We loved spending 6 nights here as a family
Amazing hotel. Great rooms, Very kind service Great design Great location, not far from the center but also in the green environment Fair prices
Very nice small hotel with friendly staff. Good price/ quality
I stayed at Le Drip's for only two days with my daughter during a (very) short trip to France. The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was perfect - spacious and cool, with great decor. I would definitely recommend a meal in the restaurant too, the food was delicious and the setting was lovely.
Supermarket across the street, breakfast in the morning's, rooms are nice, not really any English TV channels.

I would rate the hotel with 4 stars. For me as an architect it definitely deserves 5 stars. It’s such an exceptional experience to get to stay there for two nights. Would recommend a lot to visit the roof and experience the space by hanging out there. But as for the hotel experience, it is a three star hotel, so don’t expect a lot just because it’s famous. I think they really wanted to keep as much...
Amazing place - what a privilege to be able to stay in one of Le Corbusier's finest buildings. I am not a Le Corbusier fanboy (although I do like him), but the whole place really is stunning. I found myself just looking around and smiling at how clever the whole place is. The room itself isn't luxury but they are constrained as to what they can do as this is how Le Corbusier designed the building!...
We stayed at this hotel because we love the building. We had deluxe double room with sea view. The room and the bathroom are very big. The price is high for what you get in terms of the room (old and dated) but the building and the access to the roof are wonderful. It was great to feel like you live in the building and to come to it multiple times, in the morning, in the night... Pro tip: Do not take...
Very basic by modern standards but informative to the architectural history. Nice and helpful staff.
At first, Everyone should keep in mind when you stay here that this is historical place from 1952. so some points maybe unusual compared with our current experience for hotel. Especially noise. Your noise is easily to across a wall even you always care to minimize noise because of aged floor and doors(at least my room was). You need time consideration when you do something in room. but if it's possible...

Top hotel, service, location, quality of breakfast, cosmetics, welcome, decor. Everything very good.
Clean hotel, breakfast needs to be improved in terms of quantity and variety. Small pool.
Very nice hotel well located to enjoy all the activities of the port.
top hotel, structures, cleanliness, location. The only downside of this hotel was the welcome we received from “Samuel”, an obnoxious and contemptuous receptionist who showed condescension. Having a problem with my pelvis, I needed a room with a shower, which I specified and which was written on my reservation confirmation, this dear gentleman then kindly asked me for €180 to obtain the room initially...

Hotel is close to the port on a quiet street with no shops, restaurants, people))) very small swimming pool and not good service there (at spa zone)
Quiet hotel with great location just up from port. Spacious rooms and friendly staff
The service is very good. The room is also very nice. It is relatively large and quiet. The location is the best
A cozy small hotel. There are relatively few employees, and sometimes they can't keep up with the service and hygiene of public areas. There are few types of breakfast. But it has a local environment and landscape.
Very good hotel, top location, quality staff and service
Marseille most secret bar. My friends who iwas away with treated me to this hidden gem of a place . If you like rum or cocktails you have to experience this amazing place . I was blown away by the whole experience. Just search and give it a go you will not be disappointed.

The location is good. The accommodation is a bit old and basic.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location and the room had everything we need.
The price is a bit expensive. Parking is not cheap either.
There are many strange people in the nearby environment. You must be careful when going back at night. The room has a peculiar smell, which may be the smell of the air conditioner, but the service is very good and it is close to the station.
They are very average, near the old port, the public security is very poor at night and dare not go out! On the left hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is a relief station where homeless people and street wanderers gather!
There is a parking lot next to it.

Very simple hotel at the heart of old port. we have no facial tissue provided in the room. when we arrived, they are doing renovations outside our room`s corridor. i have not been informed and shocked to see the floor has been ripped off and dust is everywhere.
The hotel is located near the old port and is in a great location. The hotel also has air conditioning, which was very helpful during this hot season.
Facilities: Furniture is old and damaged. Walls are stained and yellow. Hygiene: The pictures are different from the real thing. Even if you stay for 5 days, there is no cleaning. If you have to book this room, it is recommended to leave after staying for a single day. Environment: The pictures are different from the real thing. From the elevator to the room, it is like walking in a maze. Don't try...
Excellent location the receptionists were really helpful Room as described very functional but prefect for our stay within 10 mins walk you have so many amazing things to see and do
Great location with friendly staff and very comprehensive amenities. Having two sinks - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom - was very convenient. However, the hotel doesn’t actually have on-site laundry service for guests, and the toilet seat and toilet paper holder both fell off by the second night. Our room was also never made up in the three nights we stayed there. But for this price, I...
Great location, walkingdistancefrom everything. Breakfast was included, but nothing to wow about. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the price I've paid. The only one complaint i have is luggage storage time. You can't collect your luggage between 12pm and 3pm, which is very inconvenient. What is the point of closing the storage if the staff there anyway. Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star.
