A small minus there is not enough towel in the room only one per person. Suggestion would be great to have a face towel
Check-in was quick and efficient; staff handled our arrival professionally. The room was clean, functional, and comfortable for a short city stay. Bedding was excellent and the layout made good use of the space
The breakfast offered a excellent selection of hot and cold items, fresh pastry, cheese, orange juice, and got us out the door each morning
For a two-night stay it felt like good value given the location and level of service. Good choice for travelers who want a clean, well-located hotel with friendly service for short stays
The floor is a bit dirty, but everything else is good, and the sound insulation is good
We stayed at Ibis Marseille Centre Euroméd for two nights in November

Can't imagine how awesome it would be during summer months with the patio and pool overlooking the Mediterranean. Parking was a little confusing as far as getting to the ramp from within
Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations
There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. I highly recommend getting a room facing the seafront, the views are stunning. My rooms was spacious and had great facilities
A special mention goes to Benjamin, whose attentive and professional service made our stay even better. He provided valuable tips for exploring the city efficiently
The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products. The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance
Thank you for a wonderful stay; we hope to return soon! Valeria

Very nice place. Location facilities and staff all great
Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay
The room smelled, AC barely got cold, minimal old worn out everything, the hallways were in disrepair, underwhelming pool area, etc. The bathroom and shower were clean and ok
I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all
We had a great stay and would like to thank Nassima, the housekeeper, for her excellent service. She took great care of the room and made sure the minibar was perfectly restocked

Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful
We had lunch in the restaurant and our server, Martin, was excellent and gave us a few good recommendations for places to go around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Fabulous entry room ready early. Fabulous bar and restaurant! Room beyond amazing. Customer service supportive and attentive on all levels
Crucially a user freirndly lux hotel would highly recommend and would be my only choice agsin🥂
For example, breakfasts are not only inadequate, but almost inedible, watery scrambled eggs, a bucket of greasy partially bacon, empty baskets of pastries that ran out every morning for three days, getting a cup of coffee every morning was a challenge, and so on
We have stayed at another 5* Hotel in town and would go back to that Hotel, since it was half the price, but with newer rooms. We have travelled with a baby and needed USBC charging outlets and dimmed lights etc

Then I was like having trouble with the door and she even came to show how it worked with the lights and etc
Breakfast was amazing as well. Good selection of food, not just croissants. I ordered gin tonic and it was 9 euros. The barman put so much alcohol which was amazing when you compare it to Turkey
However, the reception was the slowest reception I have ever seen. The hotel was crowded I get that. But they have 1 or 2 people working and you have to wait in line for almost 20 minutes
We were checking out early morning at 5 am and we are requesting if we can have some breakfast to take away, the lady and staff at reception desk was willing to help us with the bag full of food to take away
Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Swimming pool is attached to an outdoor area to fan and relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again
Excellent location close to the biggest mall in the city. Breakfast buffet has many choices including bacon, eggs, good charcuterie, fruits and other foods along with different coffee options

The Radisson Blu Marseille Vieux Port is very well-suited for travellers who prioritise location, want harbour views, and appreciate modern, comfortable hotel amenities
• Check amenity availability: If the rooftop pool is important to you, check that it’s open during your dates (seasonality or maintenance can affect)
💡 Practical tips • Book a harbour view room if your budget allows—it makes a meaningful difference in experience. • Request a quieter room (ask for one away from street/port-facing if noise is a concern)
• Check condition on arrival: Since some rooms vary in condition, if you notice defects, report immediately and ask for a resolution
• Use the location to your advantage: The Vieux Port façade puts you within walking distance of cafés, boat trips, museums, and public transport

Recomend this very good room with all services needed. Silent and confortable but with a super central location in front of train station/direct acess to Airport. Super nice greeting at the desk!
The staff in the lobby were extremely helpful with anything we needed or wanted and were much appreciated. Slightly on the pricey side, but definitely would look at staying here again if I come back to Marseilles!
We were surprised with an upgrade to a prestige suite when we checked in! Massive room which we loved, just wish it came with a safe. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning
Also paid a bit extra for breakfast in the morning and it was a nice assortment of food. One morning there was nobody there, the next it was crammed full of people
At a very convenient location right next to the train station and about a 20 minute walk from Old Port with plenty of food and stores in between
We loved our stay at the Alex Hotel last week. It's in a perfect location for getting around the city

A very comfortable room with a geat veiw on the Vieux Port fo Marseille. Overall amenities and service in line with the 5 stars category of the place. Excellent breakfast served in the roof restaurant with view
The service at Les Trois Forts was superb, the food was amazing, the wine was perfect and the view exceeded expectations! Our waiter was delightful and made the evening very enjoyable and relaxing- we thoroughly enjoyed the wine he recommended
The hotel is well positioned in Marseille with amazing views over the city, especially from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room well equipped and a very comfortable bed
Loved the location and proximity to activities in the Old Port. Staff were great, very helpful, accommodating in every way possible. They helped arrange transport when needed
The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport. Overall, a solid experience and good value for money
The towels are probably the best hotel towels ever! Humongous bathtub,! The view at breakfast is amazing and the selections at breakfast were really good. I wanted to treat myself to breakfast on my terrace

I liked the location of the hotel, although the hotel is located practically at the train station, there was no noise. It is convenient to explore neighboring towns being 3 minutes walk from the railway tracks
Within walking distance are the Longchamp Palace with free museums and the city center. Cleaning was daily, the room is a bit small, I missed a kettle and at least a small refrigerator
Soundproofing is good, we did not hear the neighbors, the people working at the reception are responsive, thank you for the hospitality
Excellent location, just beside the station. Really friendly staff and the room was very clean and functional.
The room was super clean and the hotel is just next to the main station.

It is said that the reservation includes lunch or dinner, but I am really disappointed with the ingredients. Other facilities and rooms are ok.
Kind and helpful staff. Only taxi or car access to city centre (20 mins drive). Rich breakfast, good cuisine. Bar in the eve available.
Perfect hotel for me and my family, very nice staff especially Dalila and also the breakfast lady (the Parisian)
Very nice place and good price too. Free parking and nice buffet food

Staff was very good, very helpful. Special mention to Sébastien in the restaurant (good food) and Stan at the bar (good drinks) friendly, professional !
10 minutes walking distance from Metro and Bus. With Metro 4 stops away from St. Charles Train station where you can ride train to Paris or Spain. Also one easy transfer away from city center, tourist attraction
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was conveniences and well place. I would strongly recommend for business traveler and tourist
This is not full 5 stars hotel with all amenities but it was not price to be that either. I was very happy to stay in that place
It is not perfect but considering the price, it is worthwhile and strongly recommend to stay here. Breakfast was also good.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's near the orange velodrome

When I raised the issue, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that a change was not possible. Aside from that, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped as a studio with a kitchenette for cooking
I stayed there in August for two days. The hotel is new and clean, centrally located and the staff is very friendly.
However, it lacked a coffee machine or a water boiler, which would have been appreciated. The location is quite far from the city center, which may not be ideal for everyone
A great little apartment - quiet some distance from the centre but walkable. City tax not as advertised by trip.com and charged an additional 9 euros (almost).
The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had reserved a room with one large bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two separate beds
The room is fine but the surround area seems quite empty. Not easy to find a restaurant nearby

Hotel is close to the port on a quiet street with no shops, restaurants, people))) very small swimming pool and not good service there (at spa zone)
The hotel is spectacular, boasting an excellent location. The service is outstanding, with staff who are both professional and friendly. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully designed
My friends who iwas away with treated me to this hidden gem of a place. If you like rum or cocktails you have to experience this amazing place. I was blown away by the whole experience
The service is very good. The room is also very nice. It is relatively large and quiet. The location is the best

Very awkward when you arrive but there is nowhere to sit but on the floor on the towel. That’s just a few main points, there are more
The hotel is truly worthy of its 5* rating. The location can’t be beat —sitting on the edge of the Mediterranean and tucked behind the Main Street it is hidden from view and protected from any traffic
When we got the vintage port wine from 1968 the dinner climbed on to the top 3 dinner experience of my life
The rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff were terrific
The view of the sea was restricted and the room was facing the main gates, the hotel wall, the alley with motorbikes driving past and bins being collected
When we asked for another highchair the breakfast waiter simply said that was the only one they had. On the last day we have decided to spent the morning by the pool

Clean hotel, breakfast needs to be improved in terms of quantity and variety. Small pool.
They were short staff due to covid but always tried to help which is expected from a hotel ! The minuses are sometimes less smiling (given the circumstances not a big deal) however credit card numbers are written on a Notebook which to me is a first in any hotels I have been and probably not really secured
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is away from the large gatherings of people. We preferred to be a walk away from all the action. It’s minutes walk away from the action so it was perfect.
Perhaps a good software or payment processing solution website would have stored this securely for the clients. Other than that it was great! Breakfast and rooms were clean and nice
Top hotel, service, location, quality of breakfast, cosmetics, welcome, decor. Everything very good.

Always happy to go back to Mama Marseille. Very warm welcome Cleanliness is spot on, not a finger print in sight in the bedroom. Good sleep in a confortable bed
Excellent breakfast, and on that subject, congratulations to Mama for keeping the high standard of quality and variety of breakfast
Thank you for accommodating such a big group! We booked the Mama Shelter for a celebration and the whole group enjoyed the meal, the cocktails and the atmosphere! We couldn’t thank the team at Mama shelter enough for their hospitality and kindness!
Trendy design,, need a short walk from metro station
Very good hotel and great location - enjoyed our stay and will be back
I must say I never had anything to say because it was always easy, available and welcoming (even though I sometimes showed up at 5 am 😂, front desk opened all night long) but tonight, my room was on the 6th floor and I was bothered by a noise all night long

Very Nice hotel located in an industrial neighborhood. Rooms are clean and decent size. Pool is smaller than on the promo pictures. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pool and Hammam much better than expected (not many hotels at this price offer it). Again, if you have reasonable expectations, you will be positively surprised!
Apart from that the Pool room has only two loungers. They were always blocked by somebody else. I have never seen anyone actually using them because someone always blocks them and removes their towels when leaving
It’s close to public transportation, and Carrefour and ethnic restaurants were on the same street out the door. You can even walk to the Old Port through Le Panier neighborhood
Everything worked in our upgraded deluxe room. We felt safe, valued, and satisfied. We are glad that we found this jewel of a hotel in Marseille as budget travelers
I recommend this hotel. It is nice and well located for easy walking to tourist activities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and a highlight.

We booked this hotel last minute for a Friday night. We booked an Old Port view room and we were elated to find that the hotel receptionist upgraded us to a Suite (#702) with a terrace!
We arrived early and were advised the room was not yet ready because they were upgrading us to a suite. The room was fantastic with a 2nd level loft bedroom and an expansive balcony overlooking the Vieux Port
WOW!! We were so happy with the room and it's beautiful views! This was by far our most memorable hotel in our tour of Italy, France, Monaco and Spain. The bar was beautiful with lovely views of the Old Port
Great location right in Vieux Port which is close to all the attractions. About 10 mins walk to Fort St Jean and the Little Petite Train that takes us to Notre Dame de la Garde
Hotel is good, great location. However, staffs were not very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and bar were close for renovation so we can’t comment about it

Nice and spacious newly refurbished rooms, great breakfast and pool areas
We went there for a couples getaway and it was great but during our time at the hotel there was a big conference and they we're hosting over two hundred people so I guess it is a cool place for a MICe
Splendid location, right by the sea side, close to the restaurant and the beaches. Marseilles made easy especially if you don't have a car. Very nice rooms and view, highly recommended =)
Restaurant gastronomique avec des mets de qualité (et en quantité, assez rare pour le souligner), comportant un personnel des plus sympathiques et un cadre très luxueux

I was expecting more from Ibis brand, in terms of accommodation condition. Roomwas quite small, towels were worn out. Otherwise, personnel was nice and helpful, food in their restaurant was tasty
My friend and I were treated so well here at the hotel . Nothing was any trouble staff were amazing particularly Matisse . We will definitely be back
I stayed there spontaneously, good rooms , nice place but the bathroom need some renovation or better cleaning may be good parking for a fair price of 8 euro per night nice garden and a shopping center right at the other side of the street
There are few options in this area and I guess this probably the best one. Location wise is good if you have a car.
