All the elements of my stay, from the service offered by the front-desk to using the fitness centre regularly was 5-star! this would probably be my best stay at an Intercontinental to date
nice with dogs but food other breakfast is bad… city is dangerous
Thank you to the team for making my stay extra special. If I ever come back to Marseille, I definitely know where I’ll be staying again!
My only complaint was that the air-conditioning was not working properly. It was quite hot in Marseille that weekend n the hotel was not able to reduce the temperature of the rooms
The concierge staff were extremly helpful. I thought the location was great as the harbor and restaurants are nearby. The rooms were also very nice with a view across the harbor
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, especially the view room with balcony, the higher price is worth it. The breakfast is rich and it feels comfortable to eat on the large terrace

Can't imagine how awesome it would be during summer months with the patio and pool overlooking the Mediterranean. Parking was a little confusing as far as getting to the ramp from within
Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations
There is a pool accessible to guests (for free this time), but it’s not heated obviously. I highly recommend getting a room facing the seafront, the views are stunning. My rooms was spacious and had great facilities
A special mention goes to Benjamin, whose attentive and professional service made our stay even better. He provided valuable tips for exploring the city efficiently
The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products. The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance
Thank you for a wonderful stay; we hope to return soon! Valeria

This gave an overall impression of neglect.   While our room was spacious and comfortable, the linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement. It would greatly improve the experience if these were renewed
Up market hotel. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor relaxation area.
The hotel is located in the old town, the location is very convenient, the attractions are basically within walking distance, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby
Excellent location, one of the best hotels in Marseille. Suitable for travel and business trips
Superb stay, I would return. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff

Very nice place. Location facilities and staff all great
Wonderful location. Very clean. Great staff. The food in the restaurant was very good, as was the view across the Old Port its terrace.
The room smelled, AC barely got cold, minimal old worn out everything, the hallways were in disrepair, underwhelming pool area, etc. The bathroom and shower were clean and ok
It doesn't meet the expectations of a Novotel. I have stayed in many around the world and this was not even close to the others
Very good Lunch at Mid-Day at the restaurant Magaté, food is perfect, with great fish and amazing Desert ( millefeuille ), with great service from Alessandra and Christophe. We will come back
Hotel is generally good although undergoing quite extensive renovations causing the hotel to resemble more a building site… the bed in the room is incredibly uncomfortable too providing little support and a poor nights sleep

The location is very convenient. It is not very far from the train station. The surrounding is also very safe. The hotel is very clean and cleaned every day. It is very cost-effective during the peak tourist season👍🏻👍🏻
As a budget hotel, the environment is OK, the facilities are a bit old, the service is not good, they call you to check out before the check-out time, and after you check out and take your belongings away, you have to take a taxi back to the hotel room to get your things, and it seems that the room has not been cleaned
Great location with amazing helpful staff. Everything was so great. When ever we need it help staff was always helpful and happy to help. Hotel in walking distance to shopping centre and so many local rest.
The room is average in size and relatively clean. The surrounding area is a bit remote and a bit far from the port, but breakfast and dinner are included, especially dinner, which is super cost-effective
The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. A bit disappointed as the only one water dispenser was out of order and we need to ask the staff at the bar to take water instead.
I used to stay in the Ibis next to the train station for convenience, but that one is much worse than this one. I will stay here again next time I come

At 7/8 o'clock, someone reluctantly came to change the garbage bag and give towels. The actual condition of the terrace floor and lounge chairs is shown in the pictures
After repeatedly telling me that there were no towels to use at night, the temperature was over 30 degrees, and the garbage was not cleaned up and it smelled
The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the boat ticket booth at the old port. Other than that, it is very average. The breakfast pick-up area is in a small kitchen
Ctrip contacted the front desk and they said they would come between 3-5 pm, but no one came after waiting for a long time, wasting a lot of my time
This is the second time, and I'm still having the same shower problems. There's no pressure, so much so that only the hand shower can be used.
Then they told me that no one would come today, so I had to clean up by myself

The location of the hotel is excellent since you avoid the traffic of the city centre, but it is not far away from it. There is a secure, open parking. There is no height limitation which was a concern for us
Thus, as I said, its location is perfect and the parking is excellent!! Room was clean and was cleaned every day. At least, our specific room could be a bit larger. Nothing fancy, but it had all the basics
Its price though was too high, for what was offered. Overall, we had a very nice experience and we will book again in our next visit to Marseille (hopefully we will get a larger room this time)
Good hotel for the price. Night manager was very kind and helped us for automatic check-in as we arrived almost at midnight. Parking available at this place, wifi is well conection.
There are also many and quality choices to go out for food, with a large range of prices, within a walking distance
Good price and quality comprises, easy check in. We went there for only few hours of sleep before a family reunion. Its calm and clean and offers decent breakfast

Even if we only stayed for two nights, there were room cleaning service, unlike other hotels. The breakfast was basic but satisfying. The parking was spacious and safe. Everything ran smoothly during our stay there
We arrived at reception open hours and we checked in with a very welcoming and well mannered gentleman. The room was small so as the bathroom but all spaces were modern and crystal clean
Really I am very satisfied by the service in this hotel I fell very happy to stay in this hotel
Small room but really fair price, the staff is very kind and the whole structure is very clean. The bus stop is on the opposite side of the entrance but is easily reachable.
hotel rather close to the harbour / yard. No restautrants in the close area. Simpel hotel rather high price for room for this kind of hotel
The place is nice, clean and good service. Location isn't good, it is far from the center and a bit scary going there by public transportation.

It is a bit of a walk to the Vieux Port and Le Panier but its convenient metro, train and airport shuttle connections make up for this. Didn´t try the breakfast for 14 euros
Very clean and nicely appointed hotel conveniently located next to the Gare St Charles. Nice, simple rooms, new and clean with great sound proof windows and AC
very clean. simple. very good location . Nice decoration . Maybe more refresh air just before the customers arriving .... good place and good price .
In spite of being on a noisy street, the room was very quiet and comfortable. Spacious bathroom with amenities
Very nice. Good breakfast (only wish they had some vegetables and fruits). Clean and nicely designed
Didn´t find any good boulangeries in the immediate area which was my only small disappointment

The room was perfect - spacious and cool, with great decor. I would definitely recommend a meal in the restaurant too, the food was delicious and the setting was lovely
I stayed at Le Drip's for only two days with my daughter during a (very) short trip to France. The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable
Amazing hotel. Great rooms, Very kind service Great design Great location, not far from the center but also in the green environment Fair prices
Amazing hotel! Lovely staff, clean and relaxing and with a wonderful street art aesthetic! We loved spending 6 nights here as a family
Great location, clean and spacious room and great staff. Very nice stay

I loved this place the view is great it nice and calm it is in a good location not far from the centre and very safe.
Friendly staff! Free parking, simple but functional room. Offers what you expect from a budget hotel.
Friendly staffs, clean hotel perfect for an overnight stay.

Amazing place - what a privilege to be able to stay in one of Le Corbusier's finest buildings. I am not a Le Corbusier fanboy (although I do like him), but the whole place really is stunning
The room itself isn't luxury but they are constrained as to what they can do as this is how Le Corbusier designed the building! It was very comfortable and the owners are fantastic
I found myself just looking around and smiling at how clever the whole place is
I think they really wanted to keep as much original pieces as they could, and that’s why the functionality is not at its best… Anyway, the overall experience was very good
We stayed at this hotel because we love the building. We had deluxe double room with sea view. The room and the bathroom are very big
The price is high for what you get in terms of the room (old and dated) but the building and the access to the roof are wonderful

Pleasant stay and awesome view !! Positives: Very cordial, thoughtful and super helpful staff :) Awesome view right from your bedroom- you can see the sunrise and sunset right from the bed, well connected by bus, close proximity to a small beach, lot of restaurants near by
Awesome little hotel run by a family. Interior is quite quirky but very charming. Bedrooms offer a stunning view over the sea and islands. The owners is very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend it.
Extremely happy with the stay! As it was my birthday trip and the owner couldnt help organise anything special for us they provided us with airport transfer at the their own cost which was sweet ;)
Negative: bathroom is old style and just enough for a quick shower, bathtub is too small for an adult. having a lift could be helpful if you have senior people travelling with you
Be prepared for more of a b&b atmosphere and a quaint older hotel. Lovely family runs the whole thing. It's a decent walk from the old port, but quite a bit cheaper
Lovely views, though the shutters can be loud on a windy day. It's an experience to stay here, especially for us North Americans accustom to big commercial hotels

Great location, friendly personal and clean price/performance rooms. I say "perfect" if it required to explain it with just one word. They gifted us a breakfast due to that we were "honeymoon couple"
the Portuguese Receptionist (Monica I think) is pretty nice! She gave info about the city and let us leave the baggage there after the checkout in case we wanted to
but the air conditioner doesn't work very good, so it can get hot in the summer. The Terrasse is very cool to get a beautiful view of the Vieux Port
The staff ins amazing and helpful and the views from the terrace just takes your breath away (picture attached from there) Totally recommend!!
At nights, there was drink service in the rooftop with nice music and we just enjoy the sea view
Perfect place. Service was the best. Very helpful. Marseille Port is a dream.

The gentlemen at the counter even opened our door for us. The room was super clean and when we were leaving the next day we witnessed the woman cleaning a room, she was wiping every surface
During our stay they went above and beyond: they let me use their microwave in their break room, they loaned me a bowl, they let us store our bags there all of the following day, and then we ate our outside food there even though we weren't staying there
Kinda scared at first, because the price was so great. Upon walking into the hotel the smell was amazing, after getting up the stairs you are met with a smile and friendly face
The staff always welcomed us with a smile and was accepting to all
I had a very enjoyable stay in the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The only minor things were the light in the bathroom not working and the ceilings being a bit low in the room
They unfortunately charged us twice, but paid it back - the room were clean and just the only think that I was missing was a hair dryer

Kind and helpful staff. Only taxi or car access to city centre (20 mins drive). Rich breakfast, good cuisine. Bar in the eve available.
Perfect hotel for me and my family, very nice staff especially Dalila and also the breakfast lady (the Parisian)
Very nice place and good price too. Free parking and nice buffet food

10 minutes walking distance from Metro and Bus. With Metro 4 stops away from St. Charles Train station where you can ride train to Paris or Spain. Also one easy transfer away from city center, tourist attraction
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was conveniences and well place. I would strongly recommend for business traveler and tourist
This is not full 5 stars hotel with all amenities but it was not price to be that either. I was very happy to stay in that place
It is not perfect but considering the price, it is worthwhile and strongly recommend to stay here. Breakfast was also good.

Good location. 10 min walk to center. Good pool. Nice room.
A fairly good good hotel that would benefit from some renovation as it feels a bit old. The pool area has potential but isn't as nice as it could have been and the same goes for the breakfast
Nice place right in Centre and in front of port...with good views
Nice hotel. Great breakfast. However, a very chaotic check-in when we arrived late in the evening. Also no car park belonging to hotel. Beds were OK.

Outstanding customer service from the reception desk staff. This hotel is right next to the Orange Velodrome, and a five minute walk from the metro station
After trying the Ibis Budget, which was not accessible for private travelers during the events, I was happy to have found the B&B hotel below the Velodrome that was affordable, comfy and close to the event location
I looked for a comfortable place to stay close to the fair Congress center
Excellent service. Very well located in the city center. Next to the shopping center and in front of the Sporting club. Le Velodrome

Very Nice hotel located in an industrial neighborhood. Rooms are clean and decent size. Pool is smaller than on the promo pictures. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pool and Hammam much better than expected (not many hotels at this price offer it). Again, if you have reasonable expectations, you will be positively surprised!
It’s close to public transportation, and Carrefour and ethnic restaurants were on the same street out the door. You can even walk to the Old Port through Le Panier neighborhood
We were most impressed with all the staff at this hotel. Everyone wore big smiles and was so eager to offer help and answers. The location can’t be beat given the price
Everything worked in our upgraded deluxe room. We felt safe, valued, and satisfied. We are glad that we found this jewel of a hotel in Marseille as budget travelers
If you want a quiet room, go for room 4 on any floor (it’s towards the back so don’t expect any great views). Yes, rooms are tiny but we knew that before
