Great room (clean) and the terrace offers a great view of the city. The sauna and swimming pool were so relaxing and I was the only one using them. Would definitely stay here again if I come back

Just got back from my first trip to Marseille and fell in love with this hotel. All the staff are so nice! Especially Jacob at front desk/concierge/management. He is the best! Everyone went above and beyond

My teens wanted the pizza bar every night for dinner! For dogs, they provide bowls, a mat, and a food menu! Housekeeping even refilled our dogs water bowl while we were out, it was a really nice gesture

What an amazing hotel. The views are so good and the staff so nice. The rooms are always clean and dust free, they clean immediately when you leave the room. Their food is also great. Just a great hotel.

All the elements of my stay, from the service offered by the front-desk to using the fitness centre regularly was 5-star! this would probably be my best stay at an Intercontinental to date

Can't imagine how awesome it would be during summer months with the patio and pool overlooking the Mediterranean. Parking was a little confusing as far as getting to the ramp from within

My only disappointment was that the pool was salted water, I had not realised this, but it was a nice pool area with attractive grounds around it

The only niggle is that for the price of the breakfast 24/25 Euros?, I was disappointed by the quality of the coffee (especially from a French hotel) - weak, watery, it felt like someone was skimping on the amount of coffee used to make savings

The mini-fridge was stocked with a nice variety of included drinks. The location is great for walking to the attractions surrounding the port. In addition, there is bus and metro access literally across the street

We arrived early and were advised the room was not yet ready because they were upgrading us to a suite. The room was fantastic with a 2nd level loft bedroom and an expansive balcony overlooking the Vieux Port

One afternoon we rented electric bikes from a shop less than a kilometer away and toured the coastline and were surprised to see some to the Olympic events taking place. Overall, a very memorable stay

We had a Vieux - Port room with and fantastic view of the Port, the Bastille Day parade and evening celebrations with fireworks. Helping accommodate restaurant reservation requests with little notice

This is a fantastic hotel in every respect. The location simply could not be better: view on the Ancient Port, all sights nearby, Metro station in front, ATMs and supermarket around the corner

Very Nice hotel located in an industrial neighborhood. Rooms are clean and decent size. Pool is smaller than on the promo pictures. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pool and Hammam much better than expected (not many hotels at this price offer it). Again, if you have reasonable expectations, you will be positively surprised!

It’s close to public transportation, and Carrefour and ethnic restaurants were on the same street out the door. You can even walk to the Old Port through Le Panier neighborhood

We were most impressed with all the staff at this hotel. Everyone wore big smiles and was so eager to offer help and answers. The location can’t be beat given the price

If you want a quiet room, go for room 4 on any floor (it’s towards the back so don’t expect any great views). Yes, rooms are tiny but we knew that before

It took us only a few seconds to realize that this was indeed a four star hotel, because the staff were all dressed-up in elegant suits and dresses and the foyer was ostentatiously decorated

The room, we stayed in the next couple of days, was simply good and clean. There was nothing too elaborate but we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was okay, too

Direct bus to Calanques natura park ( Cassis ) and other places in the city. Not super clean , but great bed and good bedsheets, airconditioned room with fridge. The food in the hotel is overpriced and not worth it

It was our first time Marseille and first time Mama Shelter and neither disappointed! The people working at reception are welcoming, the mixologist at the bar makes great cocktails, there are underground parking options, and the rooms are clean

It is a bit of a walk to the Vieux Port and Le Panier but its convenient metro, train and airport shuttle connections make up for this. Didn´t try the breakfast for 14 euros

Location was great. Safe at nigth. 10 minutes walk to everywhere. Room simple but clean and confortable. Super silent at nigth. Bed was confortable. Bathroom clean. Change towels every day.

The rooms are small but well decorated and extremely quiet. They offer air conditioning, coffe maker and a safe box. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly during my stay. The staff super helpful and friendly

We have very good memories of our time on the C2 in Marseille. Regarding the reception, we were warmly received and very well advised on walks and restaurants. The bedroom is very comfortable, we had a large double bed

Tea, coffee and water are provided free of charge in the room. The spa is quite small but charming. The cocktails at the bar are very tasty. The breakfast buffet is very rich in both savory and sweet (homemade cakes)

There was no road for the occupation, but a palace in the center of Marseille. Luxurious design and very spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillow selection. All kinds of services and good views

10 minutes walking distance from Metro and Bus. With Metro 4 stops away from St. Charles Train station where you can ride train to Paris or Spain. Also one easy transfer away from city center, tourist attraction

The location is Stella. It’s connected to the Sofitel but cheaper and has all the use of their falsities. Room was plain but completely adequate, with as spacious bathroom. Wonderful views from the restaurant

The staff speaks excellent English, and Google Translate makes up for any nuances in communication (I cannot stress how integral that one app has been for us speaking with locals, and they really appreciate when you try to converse in the local language)

This hotel has a lot of charm with friendly staff. The location is within walking distance of the old port. Comfortable bed, lovely shower and a small terrace in our room,;we enjoyed the old word charm of this building

No two rooms are the same, each with its own theme and decor which my new fiancée and I absolutely loved. For 14€ each, a continental breakfast can be ordered in advance, which is served on the patio until 10am

For 10€ per wash load (vs 10€ per shirt in Paris) they will wash, dry and fold your clothes at the temperatures requested. There are mini fridges in every room as well

Every room is equipped with remote-controlled AC that can be dialed down as low as you'd like, has an oscillation feature, sleep timer, and more

All of the staff here - especially Valerie - were an absolute pleasure to be around, and made our stay so welcoming and wonderful
