Hôtel Hermès

We travelled as a group and we were delighted with The Hermes. Communication in advance of travelling with Margaux was helpful and efficient. We received a warm welcome and were facilitated with leaving luggage on arrival and departure. The staff were so kind and welcoming - on arrival and night staff also. The rooms were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed a great night's rest. The breakfast was excellent - a great selection and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The location is fantastic with side views of the old port from many rooms .. The rooftop terrace is a lovely facility and wonderful for photos of the Old Port and Notre Dame de La Garde. The Hermes offers a great product and excellent value in an unbeatable location.

Great location, friendly personal and clean price/performance rooms. I say "perfect" if it required to explain it with just one word. They gifted us a breakfast due to that we were "honeymoon couple". At nights, there was drink service in the rooftop with nice music and we just enjoy the sea view.

Strongly offer this hotel.

It is a great place to stay in Marseille. It is at the center of everything, in front of the port and just next to le panier. I loved this place. The staff ins amazing and helpful and the views from the terrace just takes your breath away (picture attached from there) Totally recommend!!

Great location, room was small but we knew that from previous reviews, small bit disappointed no view of port,but the roof made up for that, metro very close aswell,plus the hop on off tour bus, would recommend staying in this hotel, staff very friendly

pretty good. but the air conditioner doesn't work very good, so it can get hot in the summer.

The Terrasse is very cool to get a beautiful view of the Vieux Port.

the Portuguese Receptionist (Monica I think) is pretty nice! She gave info about the city and let us leave the baggage there after the checkout in case we wanted to.

Very good central location on the old port, close to the opera and the Canebière. The room is small but the accommodation is very good. Full self breakfast. Pleasant welcome. The little extra: the terrace overlooking the port and ND de la Garde

Very pleasant stay, in a charming hotel, where the staff is just as charming. The location is a real, real plus for discovering Marseille. In addition, the rooftop offers a superb view of the Old Port. The hotel is clean and has good value for money. I recommend !

Perfect address as it is the ideal place - on the Old Port, the friendly staff, nothing to say about the cleanliness, the very comfortable bedding, and the incredible view! I will definitely return there for my next stay in Marseille, and I highly recommend it!
