Reviews
But hotel is a MAJOR NO NO. Would never stay again. Very old and rundown .
Very disappointed with the overall state of hotel .Far too expensive for such a bad hotel
I was scared of staying here because of some scary reviews, but nothing bad at all! It was wonderful.
Unfortunately, the metro was being remodeled so I only had access to one direction of the metro, instead of both directions.
The hotel is clean. The breakfast was yummy and they had Nutella, hot chocolate, delicious yogurts, normal chocolate croissants, and they filled my water bottle for free.
The workers are super kind and were always caring for me. They didn't speak Spanish though, only English (for me, who don't speak french). Also they kindly printed my concert ticket for free.
My room was clean, the bathroom spacious, and they respected my "do not disturb" sign the whole week I stayed.
Best part was that it was super close to all of the tours I booked!! Definitely the best location.
The only bad part was the internet. Yes, it works, nice speed. But you have to log in constantly every few hours with your room number and password. So if I fell asleep I wouldn't have internet or messages reaching me in the morning. But well... Just had to log again.
It included extra toilet paper, it had enough towels in the room. The shampoo/body soap was included too.
Also for my last night, noise came out of my neighboring room; there was a couple that kept arguing from time to time. At one point a girl was kicked out of the room in her underwear with her stuff and kept arguing and going in and out of the room, then back in. Not sure if anybody was watching on the hotel's security cameras to see that happening. Too bad there wasn't a phone in the room to report that incident to the reception as I couldn't leave my room then to go down.
