Absolutely terrible service from staff. Booked as I am a wheelchair user and this hotel is marked as acessible. I contacted them three times prior to our trip to confirm it was accessible. When we arrived the hotel was only accessible by a ramp that had to be put out by staff and could not be used independently. The reception could not be accessed due to steps. The “accessible” room was too small to fit a standard sized wheelchair and the bathroom had no grab rails, wheel in shower and could not even be accessed by a wheelchair as it was too narrow. Staff are very very rude and arrogant would not recommend to anyone of any limited mobility!!

They swapped out our room on the second day of our 3-night stay without informing us! When we tried to unlock the door on the second day, the card didn’t work. We told the concierge, but he acted like we were bothering him. After he did something with the card, we were able to unlock the door, but there were two strangers on the bed! We all screamed! We went back to the concierge to figure out what was going on, but he refused to explain or even apologize. Instead, he just led us to a new room, which was smaller, noisier, and smelled bad! We were so exhausted that we just accepted it, but we’ll never come back again.

The Home Latin apartments are located right in the middle of the Latin Quarter in Paris. All the cute boutique restaurants and cafes are 1-5 minutes walking. Several metro stations also available that can take you anywhere in Paris and beyond. The location couldn’t be any better. The area is very safe. The Notre Dame is less than 10 mins on foot from here. The rooms themselves are very small and do not have Air conditioning. That means during the hot days of summer it gets quite warm in the room. You do get fans that move air which is helpful. We happened to catch one of the hottest days of the season on our arrival. However, the views from the room balcony are pure Paris. The basic needs are all met so we were happy in the end.

We stayed at the hotel from Tuesday to Saturday and I have to say that some of the reviews here really surprise me. I would start with the receptionist, who was kind and wonderful and willingly explained everything to us and helped us with anything. The hotel was clean and smelled incredibly well right from the reception , we were staying with our daughter, so two adults and one child. The room was clean, and also smelled. Clean towels and made the beds every day. Is there someone monitoring the noise... yes, banging and talking could be heard in the corridors, but that was the same for us. It happened in a luxury ***** hotel. I put earplugs in my ears and it was solved - or I recommend a long walk in the evening and I'll fall asleep right away 😉. The only thing we girls were missing was a big closet, we argued about who would put what where - but that was really the only thing I would give a minus 😃. The breakfast was great, again our children ate better there than in the ***** hotel. Bread, ham, pastries, jams, fresh, coffee - everything was excellent!!!!

The only redeeming aspect of this place is its location. The rooms are old and cramped, with the bathroom facilities showing signs of age and significant wear; the shower is particularly small and difficult to maneuver in. There is virtually no soundproofing, as every noise from the flushing toilet to the slamming doors permeates the space. Additionally, one of the receptionists attempted to coerce me into paying an inflated tourist tax amount in cash directly to him, claiming it was the only option, but I later discovered from another receptionist that I could pay by any means and that the correct amount was half of what was initially stated. This incident severely undermines the trust between customers and service providers. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment altogether.

The room is ok for the price. It s a great location that s why we choose this one. The petit déjeuner is not good at all.

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms look nice and are decent for the prize. The only negative thing is the bathroom that looks fairly old. One night we even had the ceilling in the bathroom leeking. What made the stay acceptable is the location. It is located 5-10 min walking from the Notre Dame on one side and 5-10 min walking from the Pantheon on the other side. Also just 15 min walking from Louvre. Metro stations are also really closed so it's well connected with all the famous Paris sights. Staff is friendly and polite and speaks decent english, but there was a few inconveniences that made them look a bit unprofessional, as they didn't ask for our ID at check in. We could go inside and outside of the luggage storage whenever we wanted as it isn't locked and they didn't check anything, if we even stay at the hotel. Breakfast is 8€ and is isn't quite rich, would recommend rather going to a bakery. Also at the check out they asked us if wr had breakfast which shows that they didn't even take note of it. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay.
