Hôtel Horset Opéra, Best Western Premier Collection

My wife and I were extremely pleased that we selected this hotel for our stay in Paris over the New Year holiday. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many of the sights of Paris. The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were awesome. Sandra, the hotel receptionist was very polite, friendly and helpful. Fernando, the bell hop/breakfast waiter, was equally polite, friendly and helpful. Isabella, the concierge, was incredible. Not only was she polite and friendly, but she was extremely knowledgeable about stores and restaurants in the area and helped us book our New Year’s Eve dinner as well as tickets for some of the local attractions. I highly recommend staying at the L’Horset Opera Hotel. This will be our hotel of choice when we return to visit.

My family and I stayed in December 2021 and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are pretty good sized. The location is excellent - a block away from the Paris opera house and a few blocks from the Louvre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

I recently had the pleasure of two separate stays at L'Horset Opera Hotel. On both visits I was very pleased with my rooms and the level of service and cleanliness provided. I find the hotel to be conveniently located and within walking distance to major museums and attractions, premier shopping and many superb restaurants. Throughout my stay, the ENTIRE front desk staff was VERY helpful and efficient and assisted me with obtaining a French Health Pass (Pass Sanitaire), purchasing tickets to major museums, making travel arrangements to the airport, providing recommendations to several excellent restaurants nearby and even posting a parcel on my behalf. I had a wonderful trip and L'Horset Opera Hotel helped make it so. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Paris and am looking forward to my next visit!

I had a great stay. The staff were uber friendly and helpful! Rooms and facilities are nicely maintained and cleaned even the place is a bit dated but yet aged beautifully.

The hotel has a very good location - walking distance from the most important metro and bus lines and also plenty of restaurants/cafes/boulangerie nearby. The personnel was very kind and professional - they allowed us to check-in earlier (sent an e-mail in advance) and the room was very clean and looked just like in the photos on the hotel's website.

Overall good experience with kind staff, thw hotel has a really nice vibe. But overall the experience was no better than a cheaper 3 star Best Western in the next street we stayed in for our previous trip.

What we missed from a 4 star hotel:
Bathrobes in the room
Bedlinen was torn
Duvet was old and not fluffy (quoting my wife ;))

A nice place to stay.very central. Good rooms. Staff and Sevice very good. Staff out to help you and take care. Good breakfast.Enjoyed my stay.

The staff were polite, the room was clean, and we received great service for an issue that arose near the end of our trip. We enjoyed the tea and coffee included in our room, and the breakfast was convenient and delicious. This hotel also happens to be in a perfect place to enjoy many of the major attractions in Paris.

Lovely room, quiet street, nice view. Breakfast was alright but staff had to rush around and there was limited seating

Surprisingly very comfortable bed. Location is awesome. Close to the Louvre, and is just next to beautiful breakfast places.

Negatives are:
- AC was not working for 2 days (was still given a fan which made things better a little)
- Hotel room overlooked by some apartment kitchen. If you open the window, you’ll get absolutely no privacy.
- No complimentary water bottles. I had to pay something like €30 on checkout for 6 water bottles I had during my 4 night stay.
- Shocking food quality. I had the chicken with mashroom sauce and it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Just avoid the restaurant/room service.
