Room was so good, clean, quiet and beautiful, the bed was amazing, staff was so kind and helpful at all times. The location is great, walking distance for almost everything. Breakfast was also great.

Since being in Paris this trip, we've been warmly welcomed by the staff here and pleasantly accommodated by the staff here too. They speak good English and they are professional in what they do, it's about a 25 minute stroll to the Louvre and several other landmarks here. It's very quiet here, a short distance away from the hustle of the traffic and crowds, yet a stone's throw into it all. We feel lucky to have stayed here, considering the area is popular with tourists. We are basically surrounded by restaurants and landmarks within easy walking distance. It has to be a 10/10 from us.

Hotel Etats-Unis Opera is a nice boutique hotel in a central location, yet not noisy. It is within walking distance to the Louvre, Lafayette shopping district, a few train stations that take you to the main tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. There are also plenty of bakeries and restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. The triple room is spacious by European standards. We were almost scared off to skip Paris due to the bed bug pandemic. But this hotel proves its cleanliness and whatever precautionary measures they might have taken to fend off the bugs. The front desk staff are nice, welcoming and helpful. They are really willing to answer your questions on transport, making recommendations.
This is a hotel we will be considering to book when next time in Paris.

Stayed here in November during the 2023 bed bug scare of Paris. We were nervous but this hotel was spotless. We checked every corner of the room, every piece of furniture, under the sheets and around the mattress and everything was spotless. Service was great, they cleaned the room everyday and refilled the water which was free. The AC worked fine. Was not too noisy at night time. Room was spacious for my wife and myself. The location is excellent with many good food options nearby, especially a lot of really good Japanese food places within a few minutes walking distance. Easy to get to many tourist destinations by walking or taking the nearby metro. Great shopping is just a few streets away. Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent. Fantastic location (very central but down a quiet side road), great breakfast with large variety. Comfortable and clean room. Very friendly and warm night receptionist - look out for Hera the hilarious little French bulldog! I would definitely return and recommend - felt like a home from home. Merci!

The location of the hotel was very central and walkable to almost every where! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. Service was great and we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Perfect Paris Hotel in the Opera District. The Hotel is situated on a quiet street, steps from Avenue de l’ Opera. As well, it is easy walking distance to many of Paris’ major attractions and the Opera Metro. The Hotel has a quaint and friendly atmosphere. I stayed in a single room. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, nice linens and pillows. The bathroom was also spacious and included L’Occitane products. What I first noticed when I walked into the room was, how sparkling clean it was. I would recommend the breakfast. Delicious hot and cold choices and the best Croissants. This was my second stay at this Hotel. Highly recommend it. Excellent value for the Euro.

Amazing hotel with great service. The people at the front desk were very accommodating, spoke very good English, and went above and beyond. We accidentally left something in our room, and the front desk clerk actually ran after us to make sure we got It. On check out day they stored our bags for nearly 4 hours after we were supposed to leave and were vere gracious about it.
The Buckingham bar attached to the hotel also makes some amazing drinks, the 'godfather' drink was one of the best neat Whisky me and my partner have ever had and the vibe was very old-school sophisticated.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel, so beautiful and quaint! The front desk staff, more specifically the asian lady was so pleasant and friendly! I got to the hotel too early so they held my bag for no extra cost. When I arrived back at the hotel later that day, they informed me they upgraded me to a top floor room and even put my bag in my room for me! This hotel is super close to tons of shopping and restaurants! I highly highly recommend!!

NO Service! Just checked in tonight and found the bathtub is clogged. A person came to our room, checked, and said it is fixed. I tested after the person left, the water is still coming down really really really slow.
I called the front desk again, nobody answered the phone for about 5 minutes, so I went downstairs to find the person, HE IS SITTING NEXT TO THE PHONE! I told him the problem has not been fixed yet, and tried to see if there is any other options. He give me three options:
1. He can make a note for us and let the maintenance people come to fix it by tomorrow morning. ( no shower tonight?)
2. We can stand in the accumulated water for shower (so disgusting!)
3. We can checked out and find other hotel!
Excuse me?! We paid 700/night (thanks Obits for the wonderful price) and get a room not ready to use and you want to kick us out in the middle night? He said he tried to call his manager with no response, that’s all he can do!
My husband asked him if he has any tools, maybe he can fix it by himself. Then this guy suddenly realized there is a tool he can try. Finally, our problem is solved, but the experience almost make me go crazy.
Hotel owner——-please train your staff how to deal with this kind of situation. Your hotel working process is totally wrong!
