ibis Bercy Village

The bathroom door didn't close. I didn't just not lock, but it couldnt even close. I told this to reception and they said they would have a look but they never did.
It wasn't very clean, there were mystery stains on the loo and under the sink. the faucet was loose.
We had our dog with us and booked late checkout but the cleaning lady didn't know about that, so I think the communication with the housekeeping staff isn't great. and our key cards stopped working.
The furniture seemed a bit random, there was no bedside table for one side of the bed.
the hotel prides itself on being green, but instead of providing glasses or cups for the toothbrush they provide paper cups.
when booking i couldn't actually add the dog to the booking.
