Novotel Gare De Lyon

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the room was great. However, it would have been nice to receive refreshing water upon arrival. The quality of the sofa bed mattress was quite inadequate, which could be improved. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we enjoyed. Although I expected the waiters to be a bit more cheerful, it didn’t affect our comfort. Thank you!

Hotel is great! Staff is friendly and helpful! Room was clean. Hotel is suitable for families with a baby, they provide baby-bed and have changing table in common restroom. Location is a bit noisy and busy, but in the hotel you feel nice and room is quiet. Also location is very convenient if you travel through Gare de Lyon.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great since we needed to get a train at the Gare de Lyon early the next morning. It is a matter of feet away from the train station. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room and facility were clean and the room was very comfortable. There are things to do in the station from restaurants to shopping, and there are additional shops and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. This met our needs. Wish we could have stayed there longer. We would recommend this to anyone needing to be close to the station.

Hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had tons of choice! We never had time to use the pool , but next time! Staff where all lovely! Smooth check in and check out! Great location...lots of restaurants, wine bars and Bakery's in the area. Metro is right there but we didn't use it. We walked or used the Bolt app. Then my husband left his wallet behind...I called hotel and they located it straight away. We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic family rooms! Excellent location. Great breakfast and a nice pool. Shame not more choices for evening meal (particularly for veggies and children) but many other options within a few minutes.

I am still staying at this hotel and truly enjoying my stay. The staff is very professional, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is very diverse. The pool is incredibly clean, and you can use it until 11 PM. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

A very pleasant stay and experience here. Courteous staff and clean well appointed rooms. Laundry service was prompt and presentation was awesome. Only gripe for me is the morning buffet spread. Not much options for non beef pork eaters and same spread all 3 days

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. There is nothing to complain about at all. Staffs were friendly. Check-in was easy and fast. Location is excellent as the train station is a 5 minutes was and good choices of outside cafes and convenient stores. Breakfast was a sumptuous spread with variety of choices, however we were not able to enjoy all that was offered as we had to rush for our train to Zurich. If we had the time, we would relax and enjoy the meal. The cafe where the breakfast was served was spacious and had a good relaxing view. Our Executive triple room was nice, clean, spacious, good amenities, bathroom was clean. On my next trip to Paris, I will stay here again. I pay credit to one of the staff, Ms Yen, who carried out her duties efficiently, professionally and spoke very well. She was helpful during our check-in and assisting with information on transportation to go around Paris. I would strongly recommend this hotel to the next guest seeking accommodation.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location from the airport and to the Gare de Lyon, and it did not disappoint! The pool and luggage hold service were highlights. Not used to the small room size, being from North America, but it was more than adequate for two adults, a fold out for our five year old, and a travel crib for our one year old, as well as three carry on cases, three backpacks and a stroller.
