Doesn’t have a fridge in the room and many of the rooms have air conditioning and hot water issues.
The service from the staff is great, even though the manager is always unavailable or elusive.
The position of the hotel is very good, close to 2 metro stations and surrounded by a multitude of restaurants and cafes.
The price keeps on fluctuating wildly (changing from day to day), reminding stock market exchange.

What we Liked · Location is great, property let us check-in after midnight. Cozy interior was interesting.
What we Disliked · Breakfast was quite poor (no warm options or vegetables) and bathroom was very small.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Rooms were adequately cleaned when requested, reception staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Hotel was nice to look at and located very conveniently for access to metro and routes on foot. Bar staff super friendly and go extra mile– wish I got their names so I could give specific compliments.

Nice lobby, welcoming and helpful staff, very comfortable room, although the shower stall is really tiny. Good restaurant with outdoor seating. Location is also great!

Seriously, for the price you pay you get absolutely zero service en zero room facilities. You literally get only one single towel for each person and no hand towels for example.
Also the shower cabinet must have been the smallest i have ever used in any hotel.
And of course don’t expect any friendly helpful staff.

Convenient location right near the station and some really nice restaurants across the street. If you stay here catching the train everywhere across Paris is easy.
Rooms and bathrooms were tiny but clean and modern.
Bathroom doesn’t have an opening window and the pipes were a bit smelly so it was hard to air out (but not a deal breaker).

Enjoyed a 3 night stay. Good location close to 2 metro stations. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby, as well as delightful market. Rooms reasonable and good wifi. Check in and out was efficient and friendly.

Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely, helpful staff. Would love more than a bath towel. No hand towels or face cloths provided.

My recent stay at ibis Paris Bastille Opéra 11ème was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas.
However, the hotel’s amenities were quite basic, lacking the extra comforts one might expect from a hotel in such a prime location. Additionally, I found the staff to be less helpful than anticipated, which somewhat affected the overall quality of my stay.
On one of the day, my room didn't receive any services. Bed wasn't made and no towels etc. I went to reception just to ask for clean towels and toilet paper (i didn't complaint) but there were no excuses presented and they didn't offer to bring it in the room for me. As I was going out the hotel, they told me to ask again when I came back.
In the room there is no safe box, you will need to go to reception to use one on the back. There is no kettle or coffee machine. There is a vending machine but you will need coins as the card won't work. And for store your luggage when you leave, you will need to use coins and pay from 2€ to 4€ depending on size.
Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s cleanliness and location are its strong points, making it a suitable option for those seeking a no-frills accommodation in the heart of Paris.

I am here now and it is a very attractive hotel in a great location. The rooms are super clean, the bar and restaurant are both great. The staff here are terrific! So incredibly helpful with directions to anywhere in paris and always greeting you with smiles. I do not speak French, but all of them speak English well, which I was grateful for. Many metro stations and restaurants/bars close by. I would absolutely stay here again.
