Staff is friendly and helpful, the lobby and breakfast area atmosphere are calm and clean.
Breakfast is nothing fancy but does the job (toasts, eggs, fruits, etc). I’d say it’s a bit pricey if you don’t get with the room already.
Pool area is good and well cleaned, could use some improvement around but is ok.
Rooms are a bit small but comfy. Had no problem with the ac and the shower is fabulous!!! Toilet is separate - but really small. They have rituals amenities 🫶🏻 they also offer slippers and robes.
The locations is good with Carrefour just a few meters away and plenty of restaurants nearby. In general, the hotel is quiet and tidy, didn’t have any problems with noise or anything else.
I’d recommend the hotel.
Service at breakfast is great. Greeter is helpful, smiley and does a great job.
Reception staff are another matter. I've had 2 encounters with reception. Checking in and experienced bad attitude, almost an argument. Checking out, stood around waiting because the desk wasn't staffed. Instead the staff were in the office, could see that I was waiting, but customers seem to be a hinderance. But it is Paris and it's par for the course , forget customer service.
We asked foe extra pillows, they were delivered, pillow in one hand, pillow cases in the other. Not usual to have yo make ones own bed ehen staying in a 4 star hotel.
We spent a long time choosing a hotel, and finally settled on this one.
We were very pleased.
Two tiers of underground parking, costs only 30 euros per day.

Hammam for adults.
Neat rooms and very friendly staff.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a large selection of delicious snacks.
The request for a deposit of 200 euros was a little unexpected, but they were returned to the card on the day of departure, within a few hours.
