This hotel doesn’t even provide the very basic facility in the room. First and foremost there is no refrigerator in the room, they have one in the reception office which everyone can use and it is almost full. so if you travel in summer , you need to consider this. Second the bathroom was smelling like sewer 🕳️. I emailed the hotel earlier and asked them to give me a quiet and clean room. They emailed me back and said we accommodated your request. But When we arrived we found that they assigned us a room next to the elevator. All noises around till morning people got in and out of the elevator with luggages in mid night and we couldn’t sleep. They don’t provide even water and they sell water for 0.5 Eu, I wish I read these reviews before booking. This hotel has very good reviews on Booking. com The Booking. Com reviews for this hotel is very good which is misleading. If I could give this hotel zero star I would. terrible experience!

Perfect for a short stay. Great value for money!
Very practical location right on Metro 4 line.
Friendly staff and clean room and public areas.
Very quiet room in the back courtyard.
Great memory foam pillows.
Bathroom was quite small and a few minor reparations were needed.

The apartment is very well located, it was in very good condition, the only thing is that the sheets are cleaned more thoroughly

A good hotel, we slept three nights in a double room. I recommend it, we did not take breakfast as there is a boulagerie 2 minutes walk away among the best reviewed in Paris, with quality and prices certainly better than the Hotel. Clean, it has a free luggage storage service that we used on the last day. The only problem, let's say, is the distance from the center as every day you had to take 1 or 2 metro for about 20 or 30 minutes depending on the distance, but as far as I'm concerned compared to the prices of other better located hotels it was much more convenient so, I recommend it.

Great for the price, however area isn’t particularly safe, so make sure you travel in groups. Staff are kind, bedrooms aren’t very clean though, even when the cleaners come you don’t even notice much of a difference with the cleanliness of the room.

We had a very pleasant stay and the staff was truly friendly. It is not my favorite area in Paris but the service and the rooms are definitely worth it. The room was really comfortable and there's no sound whatsoever from the exterior, perfect for some nice rest. The metro stop is just a few steps away so it's very easy to get there and to go to the city center, also just a few stops from Gare du Nord. Montmartre is 20 min away on foot which is also very handy. Recommend it.

This hotel has got good value/performance ratio. It is located right next to a subway stop, so you can get pretty much anywhere in the centre in about 30 minutes.

What I didn't like were electrical devices not mounted properly to the wall (lights in general) and also the absolute impossibility to open the window in the room. There's a lock on the window, so you just can't do anything. In such a small room the air is not exactly fresh in the morning and you need to change it.
Breakfasts are OK, not much variety, but presented food is fresh.

We stayed in Paris for 5 days and were very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms are a bit smaller, but everything is fine and functional. Our room overlooked the central garden, which was very quiet and peaceful. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel. Every day, they changed our towels and made the bed.
Breakfast costs €12 per person. It's a small buffet. The downside is that there are no fried eggs, only cold boiled eggs. You can have coffee from the machine and juice, which is fresh orange juice. For this price in Paris, the breakfast is okay.

Generally good, just 1 min to metro i liked it, the reception was super friendly and helpful, I had an health issue and they appeared very nice and friendly about it
