Hotel Lancaster in Paris

My third stay at the Lancaster, and I think that in itself speaks about my satisfaction with this exceptional hotel! it has all the elements every one needs: excellent Location, spotless cleanliness, attention to details, attentive and kind stuff that makes you feel like family, large rooms and comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. It’s your home in Paris with luxury hotel flavors.

SPECTACULAR! The location is great, convenient, easy access in and out, but the best and most special is the service. Everyone is so attentive, helpful, joyful and kind. The cleaning service is impeccable, the room service fast, the breakfast is amazing and honestly they just seem very happy. I would stay here the next time and all the times I visit Paris! From the moment I arrived at this stunning hotel on champs Elysees , I knew I was in for something special. Nestled in one of Paris’s most charming neighborhoods, this property didn’t just meet expectations — it exceeded them in every possible way.

The hospitality was, quite simply, outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable guest experience. From the front desk team who welcomed me with smiles and seamless check-in, to the concierge their care and thoughtfulness made me feel like a valued guest, not just a visitor.

The rooms were a perfect blend of Parisian elegance and history. Thoughtful touches — like plush bedding, ambient lighting, and carefully curated amenities — elevated the stay to pure luxury. I especially appreciated the daily turndown service and the handwritten welcome note, which added a personal and heartfelt touch.

Breakfast each morning was a delight: flaky croissants, fresh fruits, and artisanal cheeses served in a bright, sunlit space that made every morning feel indulgent. The attention to detail was evident in every corner — from the seasonal floral arrangements in the lobby to the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel.

It wasn’t just a stay — it was an experience, and one I will cherish long after I’ve returned home. Without a doubt, I’ll be back.

Really lovely hotel close to the Arc, Metro stations and all the high end shops. The staff are really excellent and super helpful. Breakfast was really great on our first two days but had less options and felt more rushed on the last 2 mornings (Sunday & Monday). Perhaps the Chef was away and there were less staff. It has a nice bar for the evening and great selection of cocktails. They don’t have a Pool but there is the option of a hot tub if you book a Spa service. The gym is on the top floor with lovely views. It’s small but never busy and has what you need. The cleaning service was good also. For its location the rooms where surprising quite from the street noises. Overall an excellent stay in Paris.

We really enjoyed our time here. We were traveling from Canada with our 15mo old which is definitely an experience. Once we landed and got to the hotel the room was ready early, the crib/cot was ready for our little guy and they even had a plushie for him along with baby moisturizers and such.

We had no problem w/ the carriage / pram and the hotel has an elevator. Our little guy enjoyed exploring all over. Just a minute or two to Champs-Élysées and very quiet from road noise.

Breakfasts were great! We didn't any other room service but you can have it to your room or in the main restaurant.

I would say there can be some room noise but not more than we experienced elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend, it's also an AMEX Fine Hotels property so there are perks too if you book through that. We will definitely be back again.

Outstanding service by a fantastic team. Beautiful room, perfect bed and amenities. Super clean! Excellent food and a truly professional front office staff. An absolute jewel in Paris.

Nice hotel in central Paris. Small but cozy hotel. Well decorated and maintained. Staffs are attentive and having service mind. Room is quite small but practical. Please note that if you use laptop, this small dressing table may not have enough space. Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast buffet is very delicious.
