Very good customer service. They even took care of our luggages while we were enjoying the last day in Paris after we checked out from hotel.
The best part was that we were able to borrow bicycles from hotel to wander around the town (Not just during the stay but also after the check out).
I will certainly come and stay at this hotel again if I get to visit Paris in the future….

Exquisite little hotel at Denfert-Rocherau in a wonderful, quiet, tranquil neighbourhood. What a pleasant discovery the maket and shops in Rue Daguerre. Well-connected by bus, metro and RER to all the sights and especially good for Orly Airport. Paris at its best.

We booked 4 rooms for a group and all of us were disappointed. We were put in the annex hotel which is in need of repair. There was no elevator as advertised, nor was there AC. None of our group enjoyed their room. All 4 rooms had refrigerators which did not work (when we asked the front desk, they shrugged their shoulders and said the repair man was on vacation). The lights in the hallway in our room were removed (very dangerous when we came home after dark one night and had no lights - thank goodness for cellphone flashlights). The room was in disrepair overall - the floor was warped. The room did not feel clean. My wife got several bites on her legs during our stay. The price is great - but they pull a bait and switch when they send you to the annex. The rooms were nothing like the website. I would not stay here or recommend it to anyone, even for the great price.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious.
The hotel also has a good location with lots of good restaurants nearby.
We especially like the free rental bikes offered by the hotel; the bikes were well-maintained and comfortable to ride with.

Perfect place, clean good staff who are only too helpful. Breakfast is simple but perfect, slightly noisy at night time from people in the street (with window open) and doors on the stairs closing but not hotels fault!!

The idea of being an ecological hotel is good but still I would expect a clean room and a bit of refurbishment over the last 20 years. Nevertheless the location is good close to rue Daguerre and staff was very friendly.
