Do not stay there in summer, no aircon

No air con, not near any tourist attractions and 5 of us Squashed in a single room and we were given a Fan for the heat. Asked for a second fan which we were told we would get-never did! No place to store anything so we had to use the small 2 desk provided and our luggage’s were stored under the beds and desk.
Staff minus 1 were all helpful. This place does have 24hr concierge.
Not worth the price as we spent a lot of money on Ubering from hotel to tourist places coz it’s quite far.

Staff were helpful and the location is very convenient. Very close to Alesia Metro Station and 10 minute walk to RER Denfert-Rochereau station.
Unless you want a hot meal, skip the €10 breakfast. Rooms could also do with a bit more TLC.

Absolutely horrible, do not stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we discovered bedbugs in the bed linens. We went downstairs to speak to the front desk manager. Before we raised an issue, he was polite and helpful. However, after we told him of the issue, he became increasingly hostile. He offered a room change to another room, but at that point we did not feel comfortable, knowing that if one room has bedbugs, the others most likely also have bedbugs. He absolutely refused to give us a refund, even with photo and video evidence of the room being unclean and unfit to live in. Stay here only if you're comfortable bringing home some new pets.

Overall this place is good but the rooms are tiny! For the price, the hotel is worth it since there is a convenience store nearby and you can buy whatever you need there. There is also a 24-hour check-in desk and the staff is extremely helpful. There are a good number of amenities near the hotel that can be of some help to you.

The hotel is at a good location. It is very close to Alesia metro station but it is a bit far from Paris center. It's close to Montparnasse, where you can see the Eiffel tower and the whole city from 203m observation site. The breakfast is expensive in the hotel and you can buy very fresh and cheap croissants just opposite to the hotel. The hotel is relatively old and not super clean but the price is very good. So in general, is it a nice place for a short stay.

Location is very convenient, it is close to the metro and opposite to a Carrefour. Room is clean and small with cute decorations. However the owner of the hotel only appears friendly but is actually not open and helpful. They refused to rent any equipment that are not available in the room. Due to the low room rate, it is Ok for short time budget stay.

Friendly staff, but the hotel is completely outdated. It looks like the last renovations were done 20 years ago. Also the towels were very old and should be thrown in the garbage. The shower curtain was dirty. I don't recommend going here.

Loved the friendly staff. The owner was so kind to indicate places do visit and to chat with me and my friend. Unusual behavior in France ... I do recommend it!

The hotel is very old. It is noisy, expect to be woken up by the first customer taking a shower in the morning. Although it was warm in the rooms, it was impossible to shut down the heating. Shampoo and soap won't be replaced, even if you stay for 5 nights. When I asked for extra soap and shampoo, I had to negotiate with the person at the reception. He finally agreed to give me one extra sample of soap, which was already used!!! Breakfast is awful and expensive, there are nice places around to not waste your money.
