Hotel was very modern but no wash cloths were provided nor available. The king size bed had 2 twin sized comforters instead of one king size one. TV reception was very limited. Check in (at the bar) was very fast and friendly. The restaurant food was very good, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel is advertised as having a shuttle to airport, but in fact they connect you with an "uber" style ride. Did I mention that the location was incredibly convenient to CDG airport in Paris.

Just generally kind of gross. Check in at a bar, dirty hallway, silverfish bugs in the room. We were only there from 12am-8am between flights, and it wasn’t great. The also had trouble checking us in and out and blamed it on our ******* booking. Tried to charge us ~40 euros more than our prepaid booking in addition to the tourism fee. It was ultimately resolved, but they kept trying to blame us and get us to pay.

Because the transportation was absolutely impossible and cost us 2 hours and 30 Euros to get 2.3 miles the rest was tainted from exhaustion and frustration. The link for how to get from the airport to the hotel needs to list ALL pertinent information such as the required pick up sited for Uber. We did not receive a link as promised so offered our location which was in the recommended area but didn't have any information telling us we needed to go to Terminal 2 B Parking garage. I was traveling with 2 handicapped people without the info needed.

The service is very good. I feel very comfortable staying here. The location is also convenient. I will stay here again next time. This hotel can be reached by taking the airport bus for 2.15 euros and 3 stops. It is very convenient to get off at the door.

Please ask the front desk to call a taxi. Although it is a regular taxi, the meter is obviously adjusted and is twice the normal meter.

So warm and lovely concept hotel. People are so kind. I came for exhibition; so the hotel location is too close to airport and exhibition area. Breakfast is good.

Great staffs & friendly. It's always been an amazing experience staying in Penta Hotel & all Penta chains. They have great amenities & good food too. Clean room & fully sanitized. You will never regret to stay in this hotel. Love it.
