Timhotel Opera Madeleine in Paris

Samantha receptionist could’ve been abit more helpful. We had a checkout at 12 and my partner went and asked her if we could get a late checkout. Samantha didn’t even check the booking but just went on and said they’re fully booked.. she came across rude.. wouldn’t come here again

I stayed here for 5 days. The hotel staff had a very bad attitude. They treated me very badly. The room was average. The toilet was very small. The attitude was bad. I don't understand why it was so expensive. The only good thing was that it was close to the subway station and it was convenient for transportation.

The room was very bad, in a corner, and the windows were the same. It was almost the same whether there was a window or not. When I opened it, I was facing a wall. The shower in the bathroom was so small that I couldn't turn around as a girl. There were few types of breakfast and I couldn't eat enough.

I booked here for the last night after returning from France, but it turned out to be a rat **** that ruined the good experience of my trip to France.

This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time, the room was too small, and now I wasn’t able to sleep well.
