Close to airport, has shuttle , close to beach and restaurants. Room is pretty, I got a free upgrade to a sea view room, staff is friendly and respectful

Important Safety Warning: DO NOT LOCK THE TOILET DOOR
Pros:
• Great Location: Well-situated for exploring the area.
• Free Shuttle Service: A convenient perk for airport transfers.
• Spacious Rooms: Comfortable and roomy for a relaxing stay.
• Wide Breakfast Selection: Plenty of options to suit different tastes.
• Excellent Service: The staff was attentive and went out of their way to assist us.
Cons:
• Aging Facilities: The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear.
• Poor Window Insulation: Cold air seeped in at night, but the staff promptly provided a portable Honeywell heater, which helped.
Important Safety Warning: DO NOT LOCK THE TOILET DOOR
A serious safety issue occurred when my friend got locked inside the toilet (which is in a separate room from the bathroom). The door wouldn’t open, and we had to call the reception for help. Fortunately, I was in the room with her! Shockingly, the staff mentioned that this had happened before, with a previous guest screaming for help until a neighbor intervened.
After firmly addressing the issue, the hotel assured us that they had ordered a new lock system for the entire property. As an apology, they also offered us a fruit plate and a souvenir, which we appreciated. However, I believe it’s important to highlight this issue for future guests.
Final Verdict:
While the service was excellent, and the hotel handled our concerns well, the safety issue with the toilet lock is something potential guests should be aware of. If insulation and safety are a priority, you might want to wait until the renovations are complete. Otherwise, the service and hospitality were top-notch, making it a decent choice for a stay in Nice.

Hotel is nice but price is bit high if you compare to others in same location.But room size is quite big.

Good for transit stay for 2-3 days and it’s easy to travel to any direction from the hotel by train (railway station is in 10 minutes by walk from the hotel), direct access to the sea which is also nice, in 5 minutes by walk from one of the biggest shopping malls Cap 3000

Short but pleasant stay.
Very Clean. Friendly and supportive staff. Good and rich choices for breakfast. Very good location, close to beach, restaurants and shopping Mall.
Weak points : 1)for such 4* Hotel, I didn't understand why I had to pay for the parking, while a valet service supposed to be offered for free.
2) Bath & Hygiene kit is not provided systematically but you have to ask for it!.

Overall, an older but still nice hotel with a good location convenient to the airport and a beautiful shopping center, CAP 3000.
Front desk staff, shuttle driver and morning staff were pleasantl and very friendly.
Unfortunately, there was no restaurant or bar open the afternoon and evening we stayed and the airport shuttle can't be used for nearby drop offs to the shopping center or open restaurants, even in rain.
While there were a couple of local options open for dinner it would have been nice to enjoy at least a drink at the hotel.
I did receive the usual welcome points but no other recognition as a Platinum IHG member.

My partner and I were in Nice this summer and stayed at this fantastic hotel a stone's throw from the airport.
We saw the fantastic city of Nice with pleasure and in the evening we went to the hotel with the convenience of a taxi and train.
The sea view room was really wonderful: the harmonious colours, the perfect details and the attention to cleanliness magnificent.
The staff was immediately friendly, empathetic with us and met our every need, expecially for Francesco, the general manager who was very professional, dear and with so much desire and enthusiasm that characterised him.
We saw the fantastic city of Nice with pleasure and in the evening we went to the hotel with the convenience of a taxi and train.
The sea view room was really wonderful: the harmonious colours, the perfect details and the attention to cleanliness magnificent.
The staff was immediately friendly, empathetic with us and met our every need, expecially for Francesco, the general manager who was very professional, dear and with so much desire and enthusiasm that characterised him.
