Crowne Plaza - Nice - Grand Arenas, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel Nice, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the accommodation and the exceptional service. The room was spacious, featuring a large king-size bed that provided a comfortable and restful sleep.

Special mention must go to Pauline, whose service went above and beyond her responsibilities. With the Tour de France in town and most hotels fully booked, I was in a bind after my flight was canceled. Pauline worked tirelessly to find me a room, showcasing her dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction. Her efforts made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I am incredibly grateful for her help.

Overall, my stay at the Crowne Plaza was fantastic, and Pauline's exemplary service was a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent accommodation and outstanding service.

after traveling around France for 10 days, this place hit the spot to end our trip. nice size room, cold a/c, and great breakfast. very comfortable bed was the cherry on top.

Nice 4 stars hotel near Nice airport T1.
Price for a room one night is close to 200 EUR.
A bit steep but normal near an airport.
The rooms are well equipped and cosy, the bed is super comfy.
I also recommend the restaurant. The food is good and not very expensive.

Very nice hotel, clean, new and polite staff. The location is not the best if you visit Nice but compared to other hotels in the city, it is worth driving for like 15 w20minutes to downtown. Would definitely visit again

AMAZING front desk TEAM for all their assistance and really appreciate for all you do to make my day VERY SPECIAL. I have been staying here some times for the last 3 years and the service from all departments at this location is always APPRECIATED. Great location overall and rooms are always clean 👏 and 🍽 food at the Balm restaurant is AMAZING 👌 GREAT service and definitely will come back.

In a word: flawless! While I maintain elite status with Marriott, this hotel fit the bill for location and comfort for a late night arrival in Nice. From the moment I checked in, every employee (including the General Manager) went above and beyond all expectations. I will definitely return on my next next trip to Nice. A great location if you're exploring coted'azur and not only for airport access. The tram to the city is right there in 2 minutes. So is the train to Monacco/Cannes/Antibes and other town along the coast. Considering that it's great value for money and the property is very new.
