We stayed on the 6th floor, with a lovely view and truly attentive service throughout. The team was wonderful, the room spotless, and the room service absolutely delicious.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While most of my previous reviews have been positive, I regret to say that my experience at the Radisson Blu was far from satisfactory.
Our challenges began even before our arrival. We had planned an engagement holiday in France, with a stay in Nice following our time in Paris. Due to a protest, our train to Nice was delayed, requiring us to postpone our Radisson Blu reservation by one day and extend our stay by an additional day. We attempted to contact the hotel two days prior to our scheduled arrival through both the Booking application and directly, but we only received a response while we were already on the train to Nice. At that point, we were unsure if we even had a room.
Upon arrival, despite the prior communication, our changed reservation was not in your system, and it took a considerable amount of time for the staff to resolve the issue. We were offered a complimentary bottle of champagne for the inconvenience, which we never received.
The room itself was spacious but lacked cleanliness. The sofa and chairs were dirty, and the bedding appeared grayish. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant. The floors were very dirty, and the placement of soap, extra toilet paper, and towel racks was poorly conceived. Furthermore, there was mold at the joint of the wall and the shower floor, as well as on the shower door.
For the price, I was extremely disappointed. Our hotel in Paris, the Pullman Eiffel Tower, was similarly priced and sized, and our experience there was exceptional.
I do want to commend your staff, who were good and courteous despite the issues we encountered.
For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.
Service: I ordered milk tea on the day of check-in, but I didn’t finish it and left it in the room and went out for an afternoon. When I came back at night, I found that the hotel service staff had entered the room and thrown away the milk tea?
