Hotel West End Promenade

We stayed at your hotel from July 28 to August 1, 2024. Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied. There was no hand soap in the bathroom for the entire week. We always had to climb into the bathtub and use the shampoo to wash our hands. I booked the top room with a balcony. The balcony was full of bird droppings and was never cleaned. Additionally, it was impossible to sit on the balcony as birds were flying around and also defecating. This should be mentioned in the room description, indicating that the balcony cannot be used.
On the last day, water started coming from the ceiling or the air conditioning unit. We were promised that the slippery, wet floor would be cleaned. When we returned to the room after dinner, my mother slipped and seriously injured her head and elbow because the floor had not been cleaned. It as promised to us. That night, water again came from the ceiling, the air conditioning unit, and the light. This is unacceptable!
On the evening before our departure on August 31, 2024, I ordered a taxi for August 1. There were three people at the reception. A young man, took note of everything and promised to organize a taxi. The next day, I asked if the taxi had been ordered, and the man at the reception said no. He said it was probably forgotten because the young people at the reception didn't take it seriously.
