OKKO Hotel
What a lovely surprise. First time we stayed in a OKKO and i loved the environment friendly approche. The room a bright, clean and no noise from the airport. You have all you need in the room. Also the concept of the free self service at the 8thfloor. The staff,Nathalya, Lea et Philippe were super friendly and charming. Definitely coming back. And with the train you are within 15 mins in the old city.

We recently stayed at the OKKO airport hotel in Nice. It was a very good experience. The staff were extremely helpful and kind in every interaction. One person that really stood out was Natalie - when we checked out, she happily kept our luggage for an hour or so. She also encouraged us to still use the lounge/bar area for as long as we wanted. The actual room was very nice and clean and a decent size - by Europe’s standards. The lounge/bar area provides coffee(including cappuccino), tea, juices, snacks, cake/loaf all for no cost. We went up to the lounge one evening to play cards and were welcomed by the staff there. All in all a very good experience.

My stay at Okko was exceptionally satisfying, and I know that whenever I’m in the area again, Okko hotel will be my first choice. The room, the hotel’s thoughtful approach to sustainability, and the overall cleanliness were all impressive. I particularly appreciated the small details — the water dispensers, eco-friendly gym equipment, and high-quality bedding and linens, all designed with the environment in mind.
A big compliment to the reception team for their courteous and professional service, and a special thanks to Julia, who handled my minor concern with discretion and care. That kind of attention to detail makes guests feel valued and eager to return.
The lounge was also a lovely touch, offering well-chosen amenities and a pleasant afternoon tea. The staff member overseeing the kitchen — I believe his name was Farad — was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Okko Hotel Nice! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, and everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. The staff are nice and they were willing to assist you and cater for your need. Thx Emily~

KKO hotel
Nice is a beautiful city but with strange design. Hotel is located far from the center and you need to take a tram for 35 minutes to reach to Jean Medicine street!
There is nothing within 5-10 kilometers around hotel and if by chance you arrive at night, you can’t find any supermarket nearby!
I’m still wondering why no investment of opening supermarkets in Nice!
Hotel is clean but same as other European hotels, facilities are lacking so many items! Reception is on 8th floor, mostly only one person to do everything, noone shows you the room or taking your luggage! No filling water on the next day, noone refilling coffee unless you call them, and no system to show “please do not disturb “, so everyday in the morning the cleaning staff are opening your door without any permission in advance! The only positive thing about hotel is that near to the Airport, but unless all other beaches around the world, you won’t find hotels in front of beach with sea view, that’s why I said nice has strange design!

Lounge was nice in the day. Nothing left in the evening though… Nice itself is cheaper than nearby Monaco and Cannes

Really good option for people who are looking for a hotel near the airport. Commuting to the city centre is convenient using the trams.
