Great location close to the central train station and public transit. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed the on site fitness center. Rooms were a good size as well.

Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us.
It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center.

We stayed in the Origami Hotel during our family trip in Europe. The hotel was very clean, stylish, staff were very friendly and professional. The lady who checked us in was amazing and very helpful. The family room was great option for 5 people.

Clean but small room, very poor breakfast.
The stuff is very polite.
It is near a tram station only 3 stops from the centre of town.
We stayed at the beginning of August with very hot weather and it was very big surprise for us when we found out that there was no fridge in the room in order to have some cold water.
When we asked the reception they told us that it costs 10€/day...
First time I stayed in a hotel room without fridge...

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay.
There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided.

Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient.
I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!

the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area a few mins from the station and a couple of metro stops from the centre of Strasbourg. Quiet clean nicely decorated rooms with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. My husband had a full breakfast and we had the express option (3 pastries and a drink each) and the only suggestion i would make is to allow a family to sit together to enjoy the breakfast. I did have to ask as they wanted to seat us apart.

Good hotel , nicely situated , very friendly staff. Free parking walkable distance, but also very convenient when using P rotonde. With the parking ticket 1-7 persons can use the public transport for a round trip same day €4,70 . Only flaw I found was no minibar in the room (4* hotel), only by paying extra.

The hotel is very nice. We stayed here 3 nights. It’s just 1 stop away from the central station by tram or 22 minutes walk. The location is safe. The hotel is so clean, the room is cozy and the beds were comfy. The staff are super nice, helpful and they spoke many languages. They also store our luggages before the checkin and even after the check out. The prices are good as well. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel 2,5 Km from the city center. There isn't refrigerator in the rooms. They dont accept foods to their refrigeratosrs if it is necessary for someone
