The breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was quite small leading to it being very crowded at times and the staff unable to keep up.
Overall though, we enjoyed our stay, and it was ideal for us visiting the Christmas markets in Strasbourg and Colmar.
The hospitality deserves a full 5 stars — smooth check-in, helpful local tips, and a friendly atmosphere from start to finish. Location is perfect right by the station, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the vibe is cozy yet modern.
