Our stay at the spa hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The spa area was spacious, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We enjoyed the convenience of the location—just a 10-minute drive to the city center. Parking at the hotel was easy and hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it for a family retreat!"

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was possible to adjust the hitting temperature. The service was good. It is far enough from the city centre, away from the hustle, but still perfectly connected to it via tram. I recommend this hotel.

When it comes to the hotel all went well, polite staff, modern, clean and quite rooms. However the wellness services have dropped massively with 1- the massage offered being one of the worst ever, a waste of time and money (and it came at a high price >€100 per person). 2- the pool was relatively cold vs what one might expect to find at a wellness center.
A shame as the hotel’s wellness used to be quite good pre-covid.

The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, our experience was slightly marred by the unusually long wait for our meal, which prevented us from using the spa, though the warm service somewhat compensated for the delay.

Great hotel with a wonderful spa. The location is a bit far from a center for such a price but the friendly staff compensates for that. I would just have liked if the staff had reusable mugs in the rooms and informed us about massages.

I think this hotel is unprofessional. The hotel was generally average like many other places, but the spa was ok. The problem with the hotel is that they charged 100 EUR as a kind of "guarantee", which none of my previous 20-30 hotels did. And the worst part is that they don't automatically release it. Furthermore, when they charge you and you checkout, they don't just amend the money from the guarantee, no they charge the credit AGAIN! The locked the guarantee of 100 EUR on August 1st. I checked out and left the hotel on August 3rd. Then they did absolutely nothing - I think they would have kept the 100 EUR "gurantee" if I hadn't checked my credit card account. After SEVERAL DAYS I demanded and claimed my 100 EUR back, as they did absolutely nothing and I had long left the hotel. They claimed it would take 3-6 days to release the claim. My bank said it always take 7 days. The end result is that the 100 EUR gurantee they charged on August the 1st was eventually released and available on my account again ON AUGUST 17TH 2021!!! 16 DAYS - MORE THAN 2 WEEKS - AND I BET THEY HAD KEPT THE MONEY, IF I HADN'T COMPLAINED... It's unacceptable behaviour, furthermore NONE OF THE PREVIOUS 20-30 (OR MORE) HOTELS I'VE STAYED AT DOES THIS, hence the lowest ranking.

We had an awesome time at the Hotel. The best breakfast ever, a very nice room, clean and nothing missing inside, very nice wellness/sauna options and a great pool to swim and play for for our children....maybe a litte cold, could be a few degrees warmer. The tram is very close and only 10 min with the tram to the city. Over all a very great place to stay for a visit in Strasbourg.

The hotel is nice and well located. Rooms are clean and tidy.
The spa is good, but I think the pool water could be warmer.
Only one negative thing, the cleaning lady entered into my room while I was sleeping. I didn't had the not disturb on the door, but I was checking out that day. This communication should be improved.
