Very nice hotel, good size rooms and close to centre. The night staff is amazing and very friendly. During the day a grumpy old dude...so better wait for some service in the evening 🤣 parking across the streets but despite booking.com telling otherwise it is not included. Parking cost 15 euro for a day.

We could not stand up in the room and shower properly due to an extremely low ceiling on the top floor. Beware of these rooms if you would have a problem bending sideways while showering. The air conditioning did not work also.
A first for us was when we called them to book a room after seeing the price on a popular hotel booking site. To do them a favour we called to book direct with them instead so they would not have to pay a hefty commission. We were given the price that was cheaper than the website which included city tax. This worked for both us and the hotel and we have done this with many hotels around the world who are grateful we booked direct. Upon check out they tried to charge as the same amount we could have paid on the booking website. They tried to rip us off and get the best of both worlds.

The hotel is well located downtown. The room are basic and pretty small but it's OK if you want to spend most of the time out in Strasbourg. The receptionist in night time has been very nice and helpful!
