Right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops downtown. There is no full time staff here and the check in consist of grabbing an envelope with your name on it that has your room key. There is a restaurant Nextdoor though that can help you with anything for the hotel.. AC and room were good

We stayed at the room #4 for 3 nights in May. This room had that lovely small balcony that is visible on the main picture of the hotel. One of the big plus of this hotel is that it’s located near the Orangerie park as we like starting our day from the morning walk through a park to catch the morning vibe of the nature. The room was modern, clean and I have absolutely no comment there. As we traveled with our baby, having a quiet place was particularly important, so I appreciated the room being soundproof. The only matter that was a bit of an inconvenient about the room was that it was accessed from the outside and therefore we had to dress and undress the baby on the way to the restaurant every morning. Super nice centrally located hotel with super attentive staff. We stayed in the standard room which is small for two big suitcases. Our bikes were stored in a separate storage.

Location was perfect. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic; they were not only friendly and helpful but also always enthusiastic to share some recommendations, hear about our day, or just simply interact with us.

Hotel Tandem is at good location. There are 2 to 3 mins walk to the station. Some rooms are faced to train station. A Carrefour supermarket near the hotel. Some restaurants around the hotel.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is close to the train station. Although it is along the street, it is not noisy at all and very quiet. The hotel decoration is very unique, the room is very clean, and we can park our bicycles in the room. The waiter is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. I would have stayed a few more days if I had known earlier

The hotel is 100 meters away from the train station, just across the road. The cleanliness is OK, it has a sense of design, and the mattress is comfortable, but the elevator is very small, and can only take one person and one luggage at a time. I don't like the iron coffee table, and the bedside table is also iron. There is only a picture outside the window.

The accommodation is simple, but the rooms are large, clean, and functionally equipped. You'll receive a friendly welcome at reception. The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

It takes about 10 minutes from the train station to the hotel, and about 10 minutes from the hotel to Petite France. The hotel is generally clean, the room is larger than usual, some lights in the room are broken, there is a kitchen, the exhaust fan is very old, the toilet paper is not of good quality, but luggage can be stored

This was the third or fourth aparthotel of this chain during the vacation. Only here they asked for a deposit. But the disgusting breakfast was something else! They stacked dirty dishes on two tables right in the restaurant. It was shocking!

Although it's a little far from the station, it's within walking distance and the front desk is used to dealing with tourists and was very helpful. The room has a simple kitchen and is equipped with cooking utensils such as frying pans and plates, so you can cook your own meals. I thought it was a good place overall, and reasonably priced.

The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. We had two birthdays within the stay, the hotel could have given some compliments - would have built guests' loyalty.

Had a very nice stay here. Staff was super helpful (recommended good restaurants and helped us book). Lovely room and decor—very warm (got sick of other cold “modern” minimalist hotels). Nice walk to the city and parking was fairly easy. Lovely bath tub :)

The hotel's location is very good and transportation is very easy. It's clear that the hotel is old. They need to renovate it a bit more.

Stopped for 1 night, very clean and comfortable place, recently renovated. Hospitable reception. Good location if you have to take transport to another place. Had a walk 10min to Cathedrale. Has a view towards the building of Gare Centrale. Recommend if you have to stay close to city center.

Located next to Bus and railway station with a variety of restaurants/ food joints close by, a very nice place to be in.

Great upgrade to newly refurbished room. Clean, modern king size bed with lots of space in the room. . Great shower with lots of hot water. Lovely view of the station and the square. Ideal location for catching the train or access to the island. Helpful staff and satisfying breakfast. Wonderful stay

Good location close to the main station, walkable to main area of town. Friendly staff, with the exception of the cleaning lady who entered my room without knocking while I was getting ready and not yet dressed ... Room was a good size, comfortable bed but overall the hotel needed some updates and tlc.
