The hotel is located right next to the train station and yet very quiet. We arrived in the night via a train and only had to walk 3 mins with our luggage. Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, and the area around it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the fact that the parking spaces that the hotel provides are way too small for hybrids and SUVs. Free street parking in that area is almost impossible to find, and the ’payant’ spaces are outrageously expensive

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Kléber Strasbourg, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service, this flat hotel is a true gem.

The room is comfortable. I like the clothes rack behind the bathroom the most. All the clothes I change can be dried in one night. It's relatively close to the cathedral. We went there twice in one morning. It was so spectacular.

Perfect location within a short walking distance of the central station- while also being a short walking distance from the city centre. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcomed us cordially, we came a bit early but they were able to hold our luggage while we went out for lunch. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The cathedral is a 10-minute walk to the left and Petite France is a 3-minute walk to the right. The French breakfast is average. The room is small and it is understandable that it is an old house in the old city, but it is a bit far-fetched to give it 4 stars.

Awesome service on overall. You can expect responsive staffs and a beautiful place that include cleanliness room. We enjoyed the two nights stay in this hotel. The inconvenient was no nearby restaurant which require at least 350m walks and likely drizzle during winter. A good option to have foods in hotel. If for leisure and away from city, this hotel definitely one of my top choice.

Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage

Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.

The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and professional. After a long day of driving we had a late arrival and were tired. We were met with a genuine smile and the check-in was fast. Excellent customer service.

A good location in between the old town and European Parliament, with both within walking distance. Not a lot of food in the area in the summer, as many places were closed for holidays or closed early/opened late. However, the hotel itself was clean and quiet with standard amenities. OK stay in the centre of Strasbourg. The studio we had felt a bit claustrophobic. The appartments are a bit dated, although the central location is good. How this gets a 4 star category is a bit mysterious - 3 star would be more appropriate. The staff were great however, and somewhat saved the experience overall.

Really nice place with great staff. The swimming pool is really good and is for private bookings (no extra charge except for extra towels) and has a sauna. Perfect for families. Hotel room was ok. Everything was clean but basic. No hot tea or coffee in room. The shower was awful, water spilled all over the bathroom floor. No way to contain it. The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.
