Strasbourg, 31 Rue des Serruriers 🧭 Map
Great location, lovely hotel, friendly staff.
Hotel situated in the beautiful old town. Check in was quick and the reception desk staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Room was very quiet overnight and a good sleep was had.
The hotel is centrally located, with modern, spacious rooms. The first room we were offered had a broken air conditioner, replaced by a very noisy air conditioner. After we complained, they changed our room to one that met 4-star standards.
We stayed here over Christmas Eve and day during our trip to Strasbourg. It's in an ideal location and walkable to all the sites. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful during our stay. The hotel itself was well appointed and very clean. The only negative I experienced was that I could feel the springs in the firm mattress but I was still able to get a good rest. I would recommend Hotel...
Perfectly located 4 star hotel at the center of Strasbourg. Close to everything and everywhere that a tourist would like to go. I would like to thank especially Massimo for his proactive approach when we had a small issue with our room.At Christmas time, they were serving Gluhwine at the reception which was highly appreciated in the cold days. The rooms are good, spacious and newly decorated. The breakfast...
The room is nice and well-equipped. The toilet and bath are separate, which is good. Behind the hotel is the Strasbourg Cathedral, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The hotel service is also very good.

Excellent hotel — clean, not far from the city center, with parking available (for a fee). I recommend it!
Everything was more than adequate for a hotel at this price point. But when we are attended to with exceptional care, I like to recognize good service. The breakfast server was Marcella and she made sure we knew all the wonderful local elements on the breakfast buffet, from the exceptional yogurt to the bread originating from the 1600s to the various cheeses and tomato relish. She was lovely and very...
Wonderful Stay at Hotel D Strasbourg!
We had a fantastic one-night stay at Hotel D in Strasbourg. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Thomas at the front desk for his excellent restaurant recommendation and helpful tips on exploring the city!
Our executive room on the top floor was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel would surely stay again. The rooms are a small but everything is set out properly so it doesn’t matter. Fabulous shower and loved the heated towel rail.
Very friendly welcome from helpful staff.
Small sauna was brilliant. Loved it 😊
The only main failing was that we could not get another pillow and only had one each. Ask when you arrive is my tip!
Really clean everywhere.

Great little hotel. Rooms are very spacious. There are two things that I didn't like.
1. Beds were too hard. Didn't enjoy them.
2. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower/sink which was very strange - and didn't enjoy it.
Everything else great!
Boutique hotel with parking. Friendly staff. No air conditioning was allowed as September wasn't deemed hot enough. But window allowed ventilation. Unusual to have a separate toilet and bathroom. Fantastic shower

Comfort Hotel Strasbourg Montagne Verte
Strasbourg, 14, Rue des Corroyeurs 🧭 Map
A very nice and accessible hotel in Alsace (Strasbourg). The sign shows 2 star rating, but more of a 3 start. Not fancy and the rooms aren't huge, but a super clean, and very well managed hotel! Staff was very friendly (and spoke several languages including English) The Continental Breakfast is definitely worth the cost. Nice sitting area. Easy 5 minute walk to the tram stop to access the City...
The room was freshly renovated and looks great. We were greeted by very nice staff who also spoke some German and gave us some good advice on what to visit. We enjoy free parking which is perfect since the tram is just a quick 5 minute walk from here. Overall the hotel and the room look very clean and looked after. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that is not that expensive...
The Hotel is decent . The location is very convenient since it’s very close to tram station(5minutes walk). Breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful , kind and eager to help you . Rooms are clean but very small . That is the only negative about the hotel .
We spent 3 nights here. It's a short walk from the bus/tram stop, about 20 minutes from the train station. We went to Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets when the price for accommodations can be higher. This one was more affordable & a bit spartan.
While, as in some other reviews, the rooms are a little “tight” we found the room comfortable. Any request, such as early checkin or extra towels, was happily accommodated. It is the staff that made this trip a 10+; they truly were exceptional ! Would go back in a heartbeat ! Was a 15 minute walk to Petite France along the River and was nice to come back and escape the Christmas Market crowds.
Great place for a stop over! We stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of September on our journey back through France to the UK. Easy to reach off the motorway, lots of secure parking, with a barrier & code access. Our room was lovely. Bathroom clean and great shower. Kettle & coffee/tea in the room. No fan in the room, if it had been hot we would say that would be a great addition but we opened...

Room was inexpensive considering the location near the train station and quiet neighborhood, and with adequate cafe and supermarket. Room was very nice and large for 4 pax
Front counter was also very polite. I Especially liked the water dispenser which also dispensed sparkling water.
The location was a but further away from the city, but staff were really helpful with other things.
I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was perfect at all times.
The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean, with a super comfortable bed that guaranteed a restful night's sleep.
I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
Little bit far from the the town center but the hotel is pretty good with a fair price
The room was colorful, cute, and clean.
The gift postcards and wooden ornaments were nice.
There were no slippers or pajamas, so you will need to bring your own. There is no refrigerator, so be careful, but if it's not frozen, just leaving it by the window was fine.
There was also a water server, which was helpful.
The staff were very helpful and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel in a lovely city.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Dragon, the reception staff who greeted us were very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. The bed was very comfy & we were glad of the air con due to us visiting while there was a heatwave. No...
Great location. Good price. Comfy rooms. If you have a car, get a parking permit from the hotel. Very limited space. Awesome choice.
Quiet hotel, very convinient for city downtown and nice areas, the rooms are a bit small. In general our staying was really good
Great hotel and convenient location to visit Strasbourg. Only 5 minutes walking distance to Petite France and 10 minutes to the cathedral.

Great location—just a 3–5 minute walk from the train station and an easy walk into the historic center. Perfect base for exploring the Christmas markets. Excellent value for being this close to Old Town. My room was small but ideal for a solo stay: clean, comfortable bed, great hot shower pressure, and a window that opened to the street. Nice pub attached and a really good breakfast spread. I would...
The hotel has a good location, close to the train station and city center, which was very convenient. The staff was polite and helpful. However, the room was quite small and could use some renovation. Breakfast was decent but a bit limited in variety. Overall, it was fine for a short stay but not exceptional.
It was a nice little historical building and room. It was close to most places. The room could use a few more amenities, such as disposable slippers and a mini-fridge.
Second floor room: small, noisy, very soft bed. I do not recommend it, at least not during the renovations.
The room is very small and the suitcase can only be placed on the bed. The bathroom is spotlessly clean. There is a wardrobe and a table, but the space is a bit cramped. I only stayed for one night, so it is okay for one person. However, I think the price is a bit expensive. It would be more reasonable if it is around 400.
Stayed in a double room and the room exceeded my expectations - clean room, A/C, hardwood floor, bathroom is a bit small, but has everything you need and seems recently renovated. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the location is excellent - 5mins from the train station and close to the main tourist attractions. If I visit Strasbourg again, I would definitely come back and...

The hotel is very central and is very unique.
The rooms are very spacious and we had a good view of the station.
Staff are very friendly and their breakfast ia nice aswell
The room was so small for the price we paid! Bathroom was also tiny and water pressure was so low. When I asked if they gave us the right room they insisted but I felt it was not the room I booked . Location was good opp the central station.
Very good location and clean room.
From the review of others, I was quite worried that the shower of the bathroom would be separated from the rest part of the bathroom only by a curtain, not even reaching the floor, making the floods all over. I was also worried about the water temperature of the shower. Luckily, non of my worries happened, since we were assigned a room facing the street. The water pressure of the shower was low as...
Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay!
Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!
Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing. After we finished with the christmas markets we just sat in the hotels dinning area and enjoyed complementary hot cider and snacks/treats until we were ready to turn in for the night.

Great stay at Ibis Strasbourg Petite France! Perfectly located in the heart of Petite France, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value and highly recommended for exploring Strasbourg!
Everything good!
Very quite, good location, lovely service.
Good location -5 to 10 minutes from station
The room is abit dark and small for standard room but the customer service is good.
They will provide small welcome gift for every booking
Overall, the hotel met expectations. It's a budget option, but everything is clean and tidy. It's close to the train station. The only downside is that my windows overlooked a street with a tram. It's also noisy on that street until late at night. With the windows closed, the noise is practically nonexistent, but you can hear the tram. Next time I'm in Strasbourg, I'll stay here again.
Good location. convenience to travel due to proximity to metro and train stations.
Good for a night stay.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The front desk is very good, there is a supermarket next to it, and it is very close to the scenic spots of Petite France and convenient to go to churches, etc. It is relatively quiet at night and the windows are well soundproofed.

Nice hotel located in a cool environment
Only two observations:

- maybe it should be a little better promoted ... it*s a question...

The hotel is excellent. The location is good. Walking distance from the station. The center is within walking distance. The staff is friendly. They explain everything. The window opened. The bed is comfortable.
This hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and city center, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. A great choice for both convenience and comfort.
It was very nice and close to the train station and the old town. Very nice front desk service as well!
Here is a clear and precise comment that you can leave:
The location of the hotel is very good, but the rooms are old and quite small. This may be a point to consider for those looking for more comfort.
The hotel offers a garage for €30 per night, but I strongly advise against it for people with a large car: we had a lot of trouble getting through the garage door.
Finally, breakfast was not included...
It was conveniently located a 2-minute walk from the station, and I was so happy to be able to spend Christmas here.
The location is quite good. You can see the church spire and the train station from the window. It is very convenient to walk to the train station in a few minutes, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to Petite France.

ibis Styles Strasbourg Centre République
Strasbourg, 6 rue de Bitche 🧭 Map
Located about 10mins walk away from Strasbourg convention centre, and about 30mins walk away from Strasbourg train station. Quality of rooms varied largely - some we're really old while others were newer. Rooms were kept clean, with towels changed everyday. Note that there was no shampoo or soap (other than bar soap for hand wash) provided! There was also no kettle or hairdryer in the rooms.
Do not be scared of the horrid reviews online. While it's not the nicest hostel I have stayed in, it's certainly okay for the price. Our room was clean and the bathroom was okay as well
Despite these negative reviews in the past, I honestly would like to give a five stars (given the value we paid) . The room we had was a great sized superior studio, matching what we expected. There is a clean functional renovated bathroom/ shower, plus a simple kitchenette. Although there is no shower gel provided (I always bring my own anyway) and no fancy bed linens/towels, we had enjoyed our holiday...

Very interesting decor on a theme. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Will come again! Room was a bit small.
We stayed at this hotel for a three day holiday in beautiful Strasbourg. All the necessary amenities and services were close by. The breakfast here is excellent.
Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the railway station, and still within walking distance of the city center. A wonderful hotel in a historic building! It's located right in the heart of all the sights. The view from the window of the Cathedral is a 10 out of 10! Everything you need is there. Relatively clean, but a bit shabby. One downside I'd point out was the housekeeping – the cleaning lady kept forgetting to leave a face towel and once left the door unlocked. Nothing happened, but still.
Excellent location: steps away from the cathedral
The location was great, it was clean, and the room had AC which was great. Service was not consistent. The night front desk who looks middle eastern was great, super helpful and nice. The one with glasses and long hair has opportunity for improvement.
Very nice and clean would go again.
The young lady at reception upgraded me to a first floor room to save me tackling too many stairs.
Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed room. Small modern en suite.
Breakfast is basic but value for money considering the location.
You can't fault the hotel's location. Sited between the river and the Cathedral surrounded by museums and restaurants.
The hotel and the room are very small, the breakfast is simple, but the location is good, close to the river, there is a cruise ship pier, Notre Dame Cathedral is also next to it, and it is a 20-minute walk to the train station.
We stayed in a double room (with twin beds) for 3 nights. Our experience was very good. The employees were very kind and helpful with all the needs that arose. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a beautiful, central location, which is highly convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms have been renovated. The property is excellent for a family stay and I would recommend it for stay.
Residence le Moon are nice serviced apartments, great location as is close to the downtown but away from the crowds. Highly recommended specially the 401 where I stayed because has a small balcony with chair and a table. The AC is there but is not really doing much and in summer this is an issue, but is ok. Not a deal breaker; I would stay here again
Stunning room and excellent location. We stayed in double bedroom suite, with our own private access to garden. It was beautiful.
The floor was not so clean, and there was no room service for the one full day we stayed -maybe because it was the weekend I am not sure.
Overall great stay
Beautiful property, rooms were very nice and quiet. Air-conditioning was difficult to set without any directions. Our rooms remained warm no matter what settings we tried on the controls. Very thankful for the laundry machines in the basement. We were able to refresh all of our clothes at this mid-journey stay in our trip. Enjoyed our walks around Strasbourg to see the sights and even a Saturday night...

The people from the hotel were very friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast had much to offer. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit in Strasbourg.
Overnight Stop
Overnight stop, lovely welcome, superior room very spacious and clean. May get hot in the Summer. Clean bathroom with complimentary goods. Best to have a room away from the lift, which makes a bit of noise. Recommended as a good place to stay. Central location.
Such a nice hotel! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are super comfortable. Haven’t slept that well in hotels in a long time. It’s very close to the city center in a very nice street(egyptian style house next to it). I highly recommend!
Great hotel which is only 10 mins walk from the main sights. Lovely rooms which are well maintained. Great breakfast with a good selection of cereal, pastries etc.
Lastly, very friendly staff with nothing being too much trouble. If back in Strasbourg it will be my first choice of places to stay.

It’s relatively small (5 stories) hotel very close to the train station. Very quiet. There was street noise that quieted down by midnight.
The room size is typical euro size.
Excellent breakfast for 11 euros.
I would definitely stay again when in Strasbourg.
Good easy affordable stay near the train station.
Great if you are travelling in by train as it’s very near the station. Awful lift, took forever to come but better than stairs I suppose. Great location, lots of shops and eateries close by and not far to walk for the main town. We never had breakfast at the hotel but there’s a Macdonald’s close by which was handy for a bit of cheap breakfast
This hotel is directly across the Gare/train station, and within easy walking distance from the old town squares, the Cathedral, and Petite France. Very convenient, location wise. Room was a little crowded/small for a double, but clean and comfortable. Immediately outside the hotel are lots of eateries/dining places. Would definitely stay here again.
Not the nicest property, but affordable and close to the market and downtown.

Very comfortable hotel, with spacious and bright rooms. The front desk lady is very friendly. The surrounding environment is also very quiet. Staying here is very cost-effective and highly recommended
The container-style hotel is very simple and the surrounding environment is average. It is not recommended to book
I stayed at this hotel for one night, and my opinion is quite straightforward: I only recommend it if you have an early flight the next morning. Its only real advantage is its very close proximity to the airport — just a 5-minute train ride, which can be convenient in specific situations.
Aside from that, access is very difficult, especially on foot. The hotel is isolated, with nothing nearby — no...
