The staff are the only good thing about this hotel. It is in and industrial estate next to an airport. Planes literally flyin rught above your head. The rooms are very dated and tired. The mosquitoes here are something else. Altogether a horrible stay. I would never have believed Mercure would have their name above this hotel.

We are currently staying at this hotel and I must say that Jerome , Gloria served us at 6am and were very helpfull . Would highly recommend this hotel only for the service provided by them .

This is at best a 3 star hotel. Restaurant closed. Room was ok sized but redecorated quite poorly. Bed was quite uncomfortable. We called ahead to get them.to.put us in a room away from runway (yes hotel overlooks airport) but they didn't. We were too tired to change it was pretty frustrating. Don't bother getting the paid parking there is free parking all around. It's a very remote location on an industrial park.

I have never received such a bad service from the reception worker ( on 15/09 at 05:00) we have ordered in advance a taxi to the airport at 5:15 .
And to our surprise when we went down to the reception to get our taxi it was not ther! so we nicely asked the guy at the reception to call the taxi station to check where is our taxi and he didn’t agree!!! Although I was explaining to him that we have a flight to catch he still didn’t wanted to do the effort to call the taxi station!!!
As the taxi was already 15m late and we didn’t had any information if he was on the way or not we ended up by calling our self another taxi station that I have found on Google in ordered to not miss our flight as the receptionist didn’t want to help us at al!!!!

It is located in an industrial area near an airport. As it is a little out of the way of the main Cannes center, it is likely more used for business meetings than for tourists. Getting to Cannes will require taxis or Ubers.
Nevertheless, there is a decent swimming pool and the beach can be reached by foot within 10 minutes.

Industrial area, position is good for business and not for tourism. My last room was outside the hotel with a corridor used by other guests and always illuminated, so it was not very comfortable for me (like american motel-style). In general, it is ok.

3 Stars, not more. Luckily, we stayed only a couple of nights. Not recommended for longer stays. The hotel is located next to the airport in an industrial area (close to DHL). The beach can't be reached by foot and the traffic noise from helicopters and planes can be pretty disturbing. The worst part, however, was room 120,which smelled disgustingly. The toilet seems broken. You can't turn on the AC because it makes the smell better. We changed rooms the next morning. Still, shocking that a so called 4-star hotel provides such rooms. This should not serve a accommodation until it is renovated. We will most likely not return.

Very basic hotel supporting a business location. Rooms are very basic. Low standard of fixtures and fittings. Food is fair but at hotel prices. Can easily eat out at a better restaurant for that price. Bar is basic and limited choice.
