Novotel Suites Cannes Centre

The staff is amazing at the hotel and it is walking distance to everywhere in Cannes. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well as plenty of open area in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Good value overall really, considering how expensive Cannes can be. You're a 10 minute walk to the center, 20 minutes to the beach. Customer service was great, and the executive room was very spacious and clean, with all the extra amenities expected. I was a fan of the reusable water bottles to reduce waste.

Our week-long stay at the Novatel Suites in Cannes was excellent. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Our French wasn't strong, but they all spoke perfect English. They were able to make great recommendations on shopping and eating.

The location is great, in that the hotel is located just a few blocks from shopping, dining, the Casino, the beach, and the marina, and the the train station. It is very walkable for all of these options. There are several small bodegas nearby to get water, snacks, etc., as well as a few pharmacies where we could get our COVID tests just a few blocks away.

The accommodations were exceptional. The decor was clean and modern, with all new modern fixtures and furniture. The room was spotless when checking in, and it was serviced every day during the late-morning while we were out and about. My only knocks on the room was that the provided shower/soap gel dispensers were somewhat difficult to use, and there was no shelf in the shower to place your razor, shampoo, etc.

We opted for the included breakfast. It was well prepared every morning, though we would have liked some variety in the meals (it was always scrambled eggs and sausage with a choice of pastries and cold items).

The downstairs also includes a small bar, which I took advantage of and bought beer and wine almost every day as I waited for my wife to return from work.

We were very happy with our stay, and we highly recommend the hotel.
