Lovely stay, great location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Short walk to the Croissette and rue d'Antibes. If you have a big car, park in an outside parking garage.
This must have been our 6th stay here in the past 25 years and our standards must have changed as we thought it a bit dated. Rooms are small, but light, great working aircon. We didn't like the carpet as I have allergies and believe it used to be wooden floors. Anyway, we had a nice stay but not sure if we will be back again.

Breakfast of poor quality and variety.
Impersonal and unfriendly service.
We had a reservation for one night, we arrived late and they charged us the amount in advance and made an additional 100 euros withholding in case we consumed something.
The next day, a member of staff went to check if we had consumed before returning the 100 euros.
We received demeaning treatment.

I stayed just for one night because I was going to another country. After visiting, I decided to return here later for longer. The room was very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The yard is wonderful

A very nice small hotel, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel is nicely decorated and has a lovely garden in the front. Room was also nicely decorated and kept clean. Location is outside the immediate city district, thus quieter and can have the beautiful garden. Clkse enough to walk to the restaurants, shopping and beach. If I ever visit Cannes again, could stay in this hotel again.

This place has fantastic location, minutes away from the main street but still hidden enough not to be bothered by commotion. Room was nice and clean and Sam at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. She was super helpful about any question we had and her personality made our French journey experience unforgettable.
The only reason I give it 4.5 stars is because we had ground level room and windows and terrace were facing the street.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights with bed and breakfast included. The hotel is very well situated in Cannes, and you aren't far away from places like the beach and the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room design was very modern with good air-conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well every night! All of the staff were very accommodating, and the lady who oversaw the breakfast was very friendly and approachable. The breakfast was excellent, and this is not an overstatement. You can also relax at their mini bar, or in the well landscaped garden. The hotel furniture is also comfortable and modern. We would have appreciated a couple of drawers in our room for underwear as there aren't any; but this is a minor issue. Other than this small issue, make sure if you want to book their 'private beach' in Cannes, you need to reserve beforehand. We thought it had been done but it wasn't. I think there was a miscommunication, and again this didn't spoil our stay. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel, and we would visit again in the future!

We booked a room at the hotel 01/10 and have tried to reach the hotel by email twice about the reseravtion of the depositum. Got an answer first time about cancelling the reseravtion, second time .......nothing. And the depositum is still reservated/hold by the hotel. There is a month since we have been there.
The room was clean, but not much variation in breakfast. So I would not recommend this hotel, is more a 3 star hotel, still too expensive because they wont cancel the depositum. People - be aware!!!
