A good hotel, actually. Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. It was really nice, the food could have been better for all inclusive but overall the stay was great.

We had our honeymoon from 20-27.09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free. It was the best decision for a holiday at this hotel.

We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good. The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The holiday was succesful! The lobby is really atmospheric. Mr Giannis is amanzing if you have any questions he will help you for sure even if your english isnt the best. It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable. Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided. Food in the buffet was varied and mostly good. Parking was a challenge for a first day. One of the beaches is not owned by hotel, so they require payment, a bummer!

Amazing property. Staff and front desk were super nice and courteous. One thing I didn’t realize is you’d have to stay there for a minimum 3 nights to dine at one of their fine restaurants. The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I had a sea view room and the morning sunrise was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

Agia Pelagia is a super little resort. Plenty of amazing food and drink, lovely beach, enough activities. Belvedere Village is perfect - lovely room, lovely staff, great location, great pool, felt safe. Professional. Very nice and helpful staff. They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight. It allowed me to take full advantage of the last day. I loved the apartment. It felt like a home away from home.

We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview . We arrived at diana appt in agia pelagia, and then Heleni received us as if we were old friends. The studios give an incredible view at 30m from the sea with a feeling of being alone in the world. I was with my family in Aquarius Hotel in 2019 in Juni. Now is everything different. This year we were in July. Its no more apartaments! Its real Hotel! . For me is more than 3 stars. I was in the Aquarius Hotel 10 days. It was my 3 th. stay in Kreta. This time was the most wonderfull. The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The staff is very helpfull. We arrived quite late, but received such wonderful hospitality. Our room was clean and well maintained, the staff were endlessly helpful and kind to us. The town of Agia Pelagia is very nice, beautiful beach, good selection of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the hotel. Wow, I can’t rate this hotel high enough! I don’t know if 10 stars could justify how could this place was. Although I was travelling alone, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating, the boys recommended me places to see and go to. The rooms are like in the picture, modern with comfortable new beds and modern 3-piece bathroom, with walk in shower. The hotel was clean and our room was ready even when we arrived early. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The views were amazing and the distance to the beach was perfect(no more than a 10 minute walk).
