A good hotel, actually. Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. We had our honeymoon from 20-27.09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free. It was the best decision for a holiday at this hotel.

The holiday was succesful! The lobby is really atmospheric. Mr Giannis is amanzing if you have any questions he will help you for sure even if your english isnt the best. It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable. Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided. Food in the buffet was varied and mostly good. Parking was a challenge for a first day. One of the beaches is not owned by hotel, so they require payment, a bummer!

We had a great few days here with family. Such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing views. All inclusive food was great, a good variety that changed daily. Amazing property. Staff and front desk were super nice and courteous. One thing I didn’t realize is you’d have to stay there for a minimum 3 nights to dine at one of their fine restaurants. Other than that, the buffet food was amazing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, we had a great experience and would come back if we chose to!

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I had a sea view room and the morning sunrise was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

This hotel has been ideal. It is relatively well located with a couple of beach areas within a 10/15 minute walk. The local main beach is very narrow and I think it's a charge of €10 per couple of sun beds. But, it's a nice atmosphere, plenty of eateries and shops. We arrived quite late, but received such wonderful hospitality. Our room was clean and well maintained, the staff were endlessly helpful and kind to us. The town of Agia Pelagia is very nice, beautiful beach, good selection of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the hotel. It is also a good place to use as a base to explore around Crete by car.

Wow, I can’t rate this hotel high enough! I don’t know if 10 stars could justify how could this place was. Although I was travelling alone, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating, the boys recommended me places to see and go to. I was in the Aquarius Hotel 10 days. It was my 3 th. stay in Kreta. This time was the most wonderfull. The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The staff is very helpfull. Very quiet location on a hill. Hotels in direct sight but still ok. Sometimes you can hear the music or when guests are being brought to the hotel bunker by bus or a quad tour is starting. Cleaning lady very nice, we didn't see anyone else. It is cleaned 3 times a week. If we come back to Crete, gladly again here!

Wonderful apartments with magnificent sea views and only a ten minute walk from the beach. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel anywhere, but the apartments are so comfortable, you might not want to leave.

Not luxury. Its a nice hotel.. Nothing special.. I certainly would not call it "luxury" as its name says. Having to constantly pay for drinks around the pool and bar is a hassle and a faff.. a luxury hotel would give you a tab.. room was clean, staff friendly

Very nice and helpful staff. They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight. It allowed me to take full advantage of the last day. I loved the apartment. It felt like a home away from home.

Agia Pelagia is a super little resort. Plenty of amazing food and drink, lovely beach, enough activities. Belvedere Village is perfect - lovely room, lovely staff, great location, great pool, felt safe. Professional. It was all easy going and happy and that made us have a lovely lovely holiday (parents to Sia who just turned 4!) thank you so much and we hope to come again!

We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away. It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the main beach and tavernas. The apartments are a generous size, fully equipped and comfortable-met our needs completely. Very nice quiet place. Everything nearby and only a few minutes walk to the center or the beach. The rooms are very charming. They could use an upgrade, but it's really just fine. Slept well and a very clean room. Towels and room cleaned regularly. Breakfast is pleasant by the staff. We really enjoyed it here.
