I recently stayed at this hotel and while the facilities were nice and very clean, I unfortunately had a terrible experience with the customer service. We loved our stay in the Cave Villa at Amor! It was luxurious, private and so relaxing. We rented a car and, thanks to the resort's central location, we could get anywhere on the island (Oia, Fira, Kamari, etc.) in less than 15 minutes. Kleopatra was our concierge and such a great help! Very beautiful apartment. My family and I had a nice stay in Horizon Mills. The room was spacious and very modern with full of privacy. The staff was so friendly and polite. We enjoyed staying at the King Albus Villa. The communication with the hosts was excellent, fast and easy. They implemented good Covid measures to protect everyone’s health.
