Conveniently located hotel. 10 min walk to the Plaka of Fira. Very nice pool with view of the sea. Staff is friendly and breakfast is wonderful. I have stayed here 3 times and they make it convenient to navigate to airport and port with pre arranged rides.

This hotel is amazing. It is located at the town center. Easy access to the cable car, restaurant, and everything. You can see the sunrise in the morning from the hotel without crowded. The pool is clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a lovely stay.

I loooove this hotel! Haroula is such a great person and far from being just the owner of the hotel, she ends up being your friend and helping you with anything you need. It was nice but I'd call it more like a luxury motel than a hotel because of the way its set up. Its pretty nice the beds are comfortable enough but you're usually just out and about so it's not a big deal.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! The view was gorgeous and we sat outside for hours. There was a little jacuzzi on the ledge and tons of seating area to eat breakfast and enjoy the view.

He made sure we were happy every step of the way and the personalized breakfast is a great touch. I'd recommend renting a car with the location but you can't beat the size of the units for the price. This is a great hotel for people who want to see the island, not only the tourist towns. It's in a residential area that allows you to see how the locals actually live and allows you to visit wonderful local restaurants that are not tourist traps. I'm not sure how to rate this stay. The hotel was gorgeous the pool was very nice. The breakfast was good but monitored. Meaning I was asked if it was my "second" cup. I received the impression they were very stingy. They even charged for use of a towel at the pool. They serve no food but a meager breakfast. If you want to eat lunch or dinner you have to go to the village about a half mile away.

This is a wonderful hotel but the best part is the staff. I cant say enough about how lovely the staff were, both at breakfast and Dinner. I cant compliment them enough. When I went to santorini this hotel was the best experience the staff was friendly and polite and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable ❤️ the rooms were spacious and clean very nicely decorated and there was free parking in front of the hotel.

Great location, beautiful rooms. Sadly the breakfast wasn't that good. Also the Wifi did not work for us.

The staff from the receptionists to the cleaning people to the servers and the bartender, all very nice and helpful. The rooms and the area was clean and the breakfast was awesome. It’s only 10-15 minutes away from the beach and all the restaurants and there even is a bus stop in front of the hotel! And you are only 15 mins away from the other bus stop in the town (kamari).

A very pleasant stay. Close to the beach and Kamari. We were going by foot. The pool is nice and the breakfast too. Clear rooms with silence. We had a good rest. Me and my sister stayed there for 3 weeks. We had a great vacation. I truly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff ready to help you with everything. The only thing that I would say it's a minus, is the fact that they don't offer a small laundry...

Really good price to quality ratio at Oia level. Room spacious and clean and a large terrace. Swimming pool big and deep. The restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices. Breakfast good as long as you order enough for your needs. Overall good service. Location perfect at the beginning of the promenade and a stone's throw from the caldera. The only disadvantages are a hard bed and poor sound insulation...

Our stay at Laokosti was perfect! The staff was absolutely incredible and we will definitely be returning because of how great they were. Everyone was SO nice and helpful. This hotel is amazing. The room was very cozy, almost like a studio apartment. It had everything you need. The back porch led to the swimming pool and a view to the mountains. The hotel is located at the beginning of the Main Street. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We went specifically to this area of Santorini to visit this restaurant which is positioned away from the caldera views. Our visit was initiated by positive reviews. The food was good. This is by far the best restaurant on the island of Oia, the food was delicious, the view was amazing, the price is so reasonable, we ate here twice in a row. The wait staff was awesome and very welcoming. They took our orders and came back with the drinks right away. The seafood pasta was amazing, It was fresh, light, and had plenty of seafood in it. Absolutely amazing, location was perfect for us as its a 10 walk to the beach. Exceptionality clean, breakfast was traditional Greek with cold meats, bread, fruit, yoghurt Room are clean with a small fridge and safe. Just back from lovely week in Greece. Absolutely impressed about hotel. Don't look at "stars". Yes, there is only three stars but you will feel so nice welcome, all staff so nice and helpful. We, actually, felt like we visiting family )) Rooms very clean, spacious, all have balconies and little fridge (that important in the warm weather!). Though my visit was short, I am so impressed with my time at Areti Hotel. Konstantinos was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating to me. My flight was delayed twice, and he was still there after midnight to show me to my room and offer suggestions the next morning. Areti is a nice, comfortable and well-situated hotel. Ten minutes to the beach, bus stop or Kamari center. Service is very polite and helpful (thanks, for ordering a delicious ice-coffee :)), rooms are cleaned each day (thanks Merry! :) ) and it is quite distinctive, that the entire stuff works very hard on keeping the place on a very good level. So close to the Beach and still away from the crowds. Really an amazing place! Has a fancy pool whith an included bar. And the room is clean and nice with a balcony. Konstantinos (he runs the place) is making our day with all his advices and tipps around the island. Just grab a moto and explore the fantastic island. Just a HUGE THANK YOU!!
