We spent nine nights at this hotel for our wedding week and booked four rooms. It's a perfect hotel particularly for a large group of people because there's so much communal space around the pools and bar area

Maybe not the same standard of other 5-star hotels on the island, but the location and the staff attentiveness raise the stakes higher

They were so kind and looked after us the minute we stepped foot on their premises, offered us a welcome drink and allowed us to be around the premises/pool prior to check-in (we were 5 hours early for check-in and it was beyond hot)

The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had both doubles and triples and both were equally spacious. They had such a fun pool area with a delicious breakfast and drinks

These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost - which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! We highly recommend Splendour Resort - it’s like being home and that’s what hubby and I needed after being away...

The Breakfast was a nice assortment and eggs to order were included! The pools looked very nice but we did not use them during our short trip

We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel! The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)

A room on the other side of the hotel would give a sea view from the other side perfect for sunrises. The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

The public buses were very easy to use and only took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel. My only concern for the rooms was that the beds were very firm so it’s all a matter of what you like!

The room is a bit small, and we could only see a little bit of the sea view from the room, but right outside the hotel is a great location to watch the sunset, and it is also very close to the bus station

It was clean, close to the station and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the water didn't drain properly, but the staff were very helpful and it was a great hotel.

The location of the pool with the super comfortable loungers was fantastic. On the day of departure we were able to use our room until 4 p. , which was very pleasant and relaxing for us

The entire resort was well thought of - rooms have ample space and almost all have fantastic views, bathrooms are well appointed, pool area is just lovely, breakfast is decent and food and drink menu by the bar is limited but reasonable and good

Amazing view. Big pool with wide area to sit around it. Walking distance to the heart of the city. Be careful, there are a lot of stairs to go up and down The breakfast could be better for the rate we paid per night.

Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. Rooms were very nice, excellent view and very clean

We also had a wonderful view of the sea from the bed and were able to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The breakfast was delicious and varied. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful

Rooms - I wouldn’t recommend the suites because there is only one AC unit serving the living area and bedroom - not ideal. But other room configurations are fine

Hard to find a comparison point for a five room luxury hotel created out of a mansion built in 1780 out on the caldera cliff in Firostefani, located literally on the best view of the caldera on the island, where each room is filled with real art and feels more like a home than a hotel

Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular

Front desk staff was very helpful and kind when we needed help with finding a cab even if we were somewhere else, we could call the hotel and they would send a taxi to pick us up (taxi not part of the hotel, therefore payed for that on our own)

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, cocktails were well prepared and the breakfasts were something I looked forward every morning. Great variety of foods, everything very fresh and beautifully displayed

We could go to all the busier places but have a peaceful place to retreat to. Enjoyed the fact that Lilium is an adults only hotel. It was sad leaving Santorini and our accommodations at the Lilium

We also enjoyed the fireworks some nearby establishments displayed at night. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and fully equipped. The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming

It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets

Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants

Great place the manager very helpful with any enquiries, the room spacious and clean, the pool was and as great views the same as the breakfast area. The location is within walking distance to the center of Fira.

Lovely staff very professional and helpful, rooms are cleaned everyday-honest staff we left many valuables every time we go out and nothing lost, comfortable bed and well presented, location is great!, very close to everything!(Fira is the best town to stay when in Santorini if your a foodie like me), can hire atv with them and free parking, breakfast daily

Nonetheless ,this place is highly recommended! We arrived very early 6am and we were given a temporary room to sleep and was transferred to our room once rested. Satisfied customers definitely!;)

They even packed us a breakfast box on the morning of our check out as we left really early. The location is a bit outside of Fira city centre so you need to walk 20 minutes to fira

You can then catch the public bus from fira to oia

It is very quiet when the door is closed, and the beautiful sea view is full of eyes when the door is opened. You can see the beautiful sunset in the room. The bus station and the cable car station are very close

The hotel room has an unbeatable view, especially the restaurant and terrace on the ground floor, where you can dine directly facing the crater sea, and you can also see the large buildings built along the cliff of FIRA town

We are on a family vacation, and Atlantis Hotel gave us a great experience. The front desk staff of the hotel is highly qualified and capable, and they can always help you solve problems at the first time

The hotel is located at the entrance of FIRA town, not far from the bus station, 15 minutes walk, but it is a bit tiring to climb the slope, and the road is a bit bumpy, but the transportation is convenient

The location of the hotel is even better, and the seaside pedestrian street is right next to it, but the sound insulation is very good

It is so beautiful to watch the sunset on the balcony in the evening. The hotel is also close to the bus station and has convenient transportation. The front desk guy is enthusiastic and enthusiastic

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! We felt like family more than hotel guests here, and can't wait to come back and experience it all again! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge

We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

They met our car and carried our bags to the hotel (which was not easy!). Breakfast is served outside by the pool overlooking the water. It was delicious! They also booked us on an amazing catamaran experience

The service staff Peter is humorous and patient. He will explain the route to the hotel and the contact information in detail in advance. There is a small restaurant at the front desk, which can solve three meals a day

The location is not too far from the ancient city, within walking distance, and the scenery is first-rate. Clean and comfortable, the facilities are just average, which is a pity. The service attitude is great
