Maybe not the same standard of other 5-star hotels on the island, but the location and the staff attentiveness raise the stakes higher

These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost - which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! We highly recommend Splendour Resort - it’s like being home and that’s what hubby and I needed after being away...

This is my husband and I’s first time visiting Greece, with Santorini being our first stop! Our travel agent highly suggested this resort and I’m so glad we came here - even our driver from the airport was speaking so highly of the resort

They were so kind and looked after us the minute we stepped foot on their premises, offered us a welcome drink and allowed us to be around the premises/pool prior to check-in (we were 5 hours early for check-in and it was beyond hot)

A room on the other side of the hotel would give a sea view from the other side perfect for sunrises. The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel! The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)

The public buses were very easy to use and only took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel. My only concern for the rooms was that the beds were very firm so it’s all a matter of what you like!

The Majestic Hotel was the prettiest hotel we stayed at in our time in Greece. The pool is sooo relaxing, breakfast was delicious, and all the staff at the restaurant and bar were the sweetest

Room was amazing with its own bath in the bedroom and sliding roof window above the bath. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting the Island. Much better than many of the other 5 Star hotels I have stayed in previously

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as you walk out onto the main street. The service in the hotel is very good. Although the swimming pool is not big, it looks beautiful (I didn't have time to enjoy it)

This hotel had the best hospitality! It's located very close to the bus terminal, so it's easy to get to anywhere on Santorini.

The room is a bit small, and we could only see a little bit of the sea view from the room, but right outside the hotel is a great location to watch the sunset, and it is also very close to the bus station

What was disappointing was that when we passed by, there were two foreign beauties taking pictures. My husband walked in front and took a look and walked away. I walked behind and took a look

It was clean, close to the station and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the water didn't drain properly, but the staff were very helpful and it was a great hotel.

The room that we booked was with big comfortable bed, there was everything you might need in the room. At the breakfast there was a big variety of tasty food and drinks to chose from

We see him every morning and he takes great pride in the hotel, staff and guests are taken care of. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and supplies restocked daily. The staff was wonderful -always smiled and greeted us

We also had a wonderful view of the sea from the bed and were able to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The breakfast was delicious and varied. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful

The entire resort was well thought of - rooms have ample space and almost all have fantastic views, bathrooms are well appointed, pool area is just lovely, breakfast is decent and food and drink menu by the bar is limited but reasonable and good

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel right on the hillside with a view of the caldera. Our junior suite was very nice and spacious. We were able to enjoy the unique sunsets of Santorini from our balcony

Bathrooms are good - for some reason, Greece hotel rooms don’t have a shower curtain or a door, so be prepared to have a slightly wet floor but it’s cleaned daily. Pool is large enough for the size of the resort

Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. Rooms were very nice, excellent view and very clean

The location of the pool with the super comfortable loungers was fantastic. On the day of departure we were able to use our room until 4 p. , which was very pleasant and relaxing for us

The owner is a gentleman, exceptional person and professional. All staff are polite and helpful. Especially nice, polite and hardworking were Panagiotis at the pool and Dimitris. All our staff greeted us with a smile

The grounds are magnificent as well as the big rooms even a coffee machine. The bathroom is well equipped and very modern. The restaurant is a first class venue could not folter anything

The pleasant experience started from our arrival, Ben greeted us, helped us with our luggage to our rooms, and on departure, he also brought us breakfast in the room! We were then served by the lovely receptionist Sarah who helped us with information and was very helpful! We have stayed in the villas which were spotless and the breakfast was spotless and it all contributed to we having a great time...

Everything about our Porto Fira Villa was fabulous!!! The unit itself was so comfortable in traditional Greek design…we stayed in the 3 level unit with hottub, day bed, dining table, sink and shower on the 3rd floor

We liked the infinity pool the best - it's amazing as it looks in the photos of the hotels! Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so relaxing

Tourist books on Santorini rave about the views from Oia (and it's lovely), but the view from the pool/lounging area (with fresh food and local drinks served all day) looking into the caldera along the white-washed, blue-domed coastline (with a 180-degree view) is the most spectacular that I have ever seen

We stayed for 5 nights with 2 sets of friends and we wanted for nothing. Eleni, Mongi, Robert and the entire team anticipated everything we needed yet we felt we were the only people here

It also feels really special that it's run by a family. Eleni and George and all of the people made us feel at home and the location is fantastic too. It's close to town but removed enough to not feel touristy

I love boutique luxury hotels and this is my new favorite. I travel often and finding a bespoke experience such as what is offered here is a rarity

George and his staff offer impeccable service- it is truly delightful to be in their company. We were in the House of Portraits which is beautifully appointed with a stunning view just outside our door

Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular

I recently traveled to Greece with my 23 year old daughter. We stayed at the Lilium and loved the place. The view of the Caldera from the hotel is phenomenal

This hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel. Based on the service and amenities, it is a solid 3. But, the view is absolutely beautiful

Lovely staff very professional and helpful, rooms are cleaned everyday-honest staff we left many valuables every time we go out and nothing lost, comfortable bed and well presented, location is great!, very close to everything!(Fira is the best town to stay when in Santorini if your a foodie like me), can hire atv with them and free parking, breakfast daily

Nonetheless ,this place is highly recommended! We arrived very early 6am and we were given a temporary room to sleep and was transferred to our room once rested. Satisfied customers definitely!;)

It's an amazing hotel about 15 minutes walking from the city of Fira - that's the only downside of it, unless you've rented an ATV/quad or a car. Their rooms are very spacious. The pool is really good, with a nice view

We felt like home ! Swiming pool and breakfast so nice. A special mentioned to Gabriel who speak french and welcomed us to Milos Villas Hotel (a very good guide also with good tips, THE BEST ONE!)

Our stay at Milos Villas was the highlight to our vacation in Greece. The property is beautiful but the staff was the most outstanding aspect. They are very kind and accommodating

It is very quiet when the door is closed, and the beautiful sea view is full of eyes when the door is opened. You can see the beautiful sunset in the room. The bus station and the cable car station are very close

We are on a family vacation, and Atlantis Hotel gave us a great experience. The front desk staff of the hotel is highly qualified and capable, and they can always help you solve problems at the first time

Each room can see the beautiful Aegean Sea, and the sea view of Room 17 is particularly outstanding! The breakfast is rich, and the service staff is warm and thoughtful

The location of the hotel is very good, right at the entrance of Fira town, on a small hill. You can overlook the Aegean Sea, and the outdoor restaurant is also a viewing point

The room has a beautiful sea view and you can watch the sunset. The room feels larger than the marked area and is sufficient. It is very close to the Fira bus station.

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! We felt like family more than hotel guests here, and can't wait to come back and experience it all again! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge

We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

That alone was worth the stay - but the villa was huge, the one we stayed at had the spa tub outside overlooking the town and sea and the one inside was perfect

Breakfast was served on the roof deck of the villa and there was so much food that was very good. Staff is excellent and so helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're going to Santorini

The rooms are so perfectly decorated, the beds are comfy the A/C is amazing and the fully stocked mini bar isn’t too bad either! We didn’t think we would use the pool but ended up using it each day

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, quiet, quaint and in a great location! The breakfast included was plentiful and the service of the staff was fantastic (by the second day they had already remembered our coffee order)

The restaurant food was also fantastic, best food we had! If you struggle with mobility this would not be good for you, no reflection on the hotel, just a practical point worth mentioning, probably best to stay in a beach resort and go to the town for a day trip

The service staff Peter is humorous and patient. He will explain the route to the hotel and the contact information in detail in advance. There is a small restaurant at the front desk, which can solve three meals a day

It is a bit far from the city center. In addition, on the first night, someone on the corner of the street played loud music and singing loudly, which made me unable to sleep until very late

The location is not too far from the ancient city, within walking distance, and the scenery is first-rate. Clean and comfortable, the facilities are just average, which is a pity. The service attitude is great

Stayed for a week here and it was great. Breakfast delivered to your door every morning, room cleaned every day. Ideal location too, short walk into Fira. Everything is clean and tidy, pool is looked after daily

The cleaning staff also cleaned our rooms while we were out and did such a good job with fresh towels and empty trash cans. I would definitely come here again
