We were a little concerned after reading reviews after we had already booked but we shouldn’t have! The location is absolutely amazing - right in the centre of fira and five minutes from the island’s main bus station. Well the checkin is tricky, and the service and checkout is just subpar. I would recommend this as for quick stay close to caldera and all food outlets and bus station Rooms are clean, and balcony is alright. A. C. does misbehave, didn't work an entire night.

We really enjoyed our three night stay here. The hotel is very central, a few minutes walk from the central bus station and the main front. Bathroom is extremely small and cramped, even for us Asians. Toilet door knob extremely difficult to open and close. Didn't provide shampoo also, but provided hair conditioner? We went there for breakfast on two mornings, the view was magnificent, the service was excellent and the food/drink was yummy! It does get busy and in the morning the good tables are reserved for hotel guests, so be prepared to wait during busy periods.

It was nice but I'd call it more like a luxury motel than a hotel because of the way its set up. Its pretty nice the beds are comfortable enough but you're usually just out and about so it's not a big deal.
