These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost - which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! This is my husband and I’s first time visiting Greece, with Santorini being our first stop! Our travel agent highly suggested this resort and I’m so glad we came here - even our driver from the airport was speaking so highly of the resort

This was a lovely hotel to stay at even for a few nights while we visited Santorini. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and offered great suggestions on how to best explore the island

We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel! The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)

A room on the other side of the hotel would give a sea view from the other side perfect for sunrises. The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

The Breakfast was a nice assortment and eggs to order were included! The pools looked very nice but we did not use them during our short trip

The public buses were very easy to use and only took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel. My only concern for the rooms was that the beds were very firm so it’s all a matter of what you like!

The property is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Spa is great, got awesome massage after a long day of touring

The entire resort was well thought of - rooms have ample space and almost all have fantastic views, bathrooms are well appointed, pool area is just lovely, breakfast is decent and food and drink menu by the bar is limited but reasonable and good

Bathrooms are good - for some reason, Greece hotel rooms don’t have a shower curtain or a door, so be prepared to have a slightly wet floor but it’s cleaned daily. Pool is large enough for the size of the resort

Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. Rooms were very nice, excellent view and very clean

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel right on the hillside with a view of the caldera. Our junior suite was very nice and spacious. We were able to enjoy the unique sunsets of Santorini from our balcony

Their sister hotel is volcano view hotel which is right across the street and you can walk in there and see the views as well. The rooms are beautiful!! A 15 minute massage and breakfast was included with our stay

Everything about our Porto Fira Villa was fabulous!!! The unit itself was so comfortable in traditional Greek design…we stayed in the 3 level unit with hottub, day bed, dining table, sink and shower on the 3rd floor

There were many breakfast options to choose from (which was included) and it was brought right to our unit at our selected time

Tourist books on Santorini rave about the views from Oia (and it's lovely), but the view from the pool/lounging area (with fresh food and local drinks served all day) looking into the caldera along the white-washed, blue-domed coastline (with a 180-degree view) is the most spectacular that I have ever seen

We stayed for 5 nights with 2 sets of friends and we wanted for nothing. Eleni, Mongi, Robert and the entire team anticipated everything we needed yet we felt we were the only people here

It also feels really special that it's run by a family. Eleni and George and all of the people made us feel at home and the location is fantastic too. It's close to town but removed enough to not feel touristy

George and his staff offer impeccable service- it is truly delightful to be in their company. We were in the House of Portraits which is beautifully appointed with a stunning view just outside our door

This place is close (walking distance) to a beautiful winery with another fabulous view and excellent wine tasting/food). It’s not a crowded location like Oia, and we liked that

Front desk staff was very helpful and kind when we needed help with finding a cab even if we were somewhere else, we could call the hotel and they would send a taxi to pick us up (taxi not part of the hotel, therefore payed for that on our own)

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, cocktails were well prepared and the breakfasts were something I looked forward every morning. Great variety of foods, everything very fresh and beautifully displayed

It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets

Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants

It's an amazing hotel about 15 minutes walking from the city of Fira - that's the only downside of it, unless you've rented an ATV/quad or a car. Their rooms are very spacious. The pool is really good, with a nice view

Our stay at Milos Villas was the highlight to our vacation in Greece. The property is beautiful but the staff was the most outstanding aspect. They are very kind and accommodating

The front desk will happily assist with booking tours, arranging travel to the port, rapid test appointments and anything else you might need

It is very quiet when the door is closed, and the beautiful sea view is full of eyes when the door is opened. You can see the beautiful sunset in the room. The bus station and the cable car station are very close

The hotel room facilities are complete, and the front desk service attitude is very good, but the hotel does not provide battery cars to pick up guests to the bus station, and the service is a bit lacking

We are on a family vacation, and Atlantis Hotel gave us a great experience. The front desk staff of the hotel is highly qualified and capable, and they can always help you solve problems at the first time

The location of the hotel is very good, right at the entrance of Fira town, on a small hill. You can overlook the Aegean Sea, and the outdoor restaurant is also a viewing point

The location of the hotel is even better, and the seaside pedestrian street is right next to it, but the sound insulation is very good

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! We felt like family more than hotel guests here, and can't wait to come back and experience it all again! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge

We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

The service staff Peter is humorous and patient. He will explain the route to the hotel and the contact information in detail in advance. There is a small restaurant at the front desk, which can solve three meals a day

It is a bit far from the city center. In addition, on the first night, someone on the corner of the street played loud music and singing loudly, which made me unable to sleep until very late
