Great hotel with amazing caldera view! The service is great! The only thing they can improve on is they have AC in only in bedroom.

Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants. It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets.

Some things were ageing or not working in the (amazing) cave apartment itself - but nothing major, and to be fair we were staying there late in the year / out of season (after a hugely busy peak summer period) but for us, the minimal crowds made the whole Santorini experience all the better :) more importantly, the Villa staff and overall service - plus the amazing location/ views?!.... - more than...

I went to Dana Villas for my brother's wedding. It was an amazing location. The staff was so accommodating. The wind conditions in April is bad though, but the view is amazing and that definitely makes up for it. One of the best places to watch the sunset in Santorini in my opinion.

The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away on foot from the centre of shops and restaurants. Other than that, the hotel has got everything needed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice with a children pool area. View is great.

The location is a bit far away, it takes 15-20 minutes to reach the attraction/bus station. The bed board in the room suddenly fell down while sleeping. It felt very dangerous! Facilities and other aspects are very good! Breakfast is a buffet style with many choices!

Clean and tidy hotel, very warm welcome from Andrea, advice on where to go for dinner and where to see the most beautiful sunsets.Varied and abundant breakfast, to be consumed in the dining room, outdoors, or in your room take away.The only flaw is the excessive cost to use the Spa (40 € / hour per person), but Andrea offered us a free hour to try it.The bathroom is a bit small, like the shower.

It's not a luxury hotel but for the price, i found it good. Friendly staff. 24-hr reception. Wifi was working fine. Air-conditioned. Close to the central bus station in Fira from where buses go to all other places on the island and also close to the sightseeing places but still not on a loud street. There was no socket close to the bed. Overall, quite satisfied.

The room was very nice and clean, with a large terrace outside, not far from the coast. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is very clean. There is a car to pick up guests to the city center regularly. I will choose this hotel again next time I travel.

The five stars are not enough for what it offers. Amazing rooms-villas on the cliff, Caldera. There is a pool that starts next to your bed and ends at a window with unrestricted views of the volcano. We had a wonderful stay at Desiterra resort. We would like to come back someday and would highly recommend it. The resort is a bit isolated. The walk to Fira (closest hub) is uphill, 45 minutes and has many old abandoned buildings in the path. Cliff Side Suites have some of the best views in Santorini. They are located in a quieter area so the walkways don’t get as crowded as they do lower on the mountain. The beds are very comfortable and our suite was quite spacious. We had a shared balcony but never saw our neighbors. There is so much to do here; sharing a balcony shouldn’t be a concern. We had a few drinks here, amazing view and reasonable price for the location. Standout service from the waitress and other staff as we were with a toddler - they brought him a small croissant, played with him and brought us some pencils and a book to use.
