The Agali house is a beautiful stone hotel carved in the side of the mountain. The scenic views are unlike anything we’ve ever experienced in the states however be prepared to die when you walk 188 steps from the bottom room to the top. You will sweat

Excellent hotel, very nice location, very here helpful staff. Eleftheria and Miltos were very supportive of our needs. Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. We stayed here for 5 nights while on our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with the stay. After touring around Santorini we felt we picked one of the nicest hotels on the island. The five stars are not enough for what it offers. Amazing rooms-villas on the cliff, Caldera. There is a pool that starts next to your bed and ends at a window with unrestricted views of the volcano. She was available for us for everything we needed during our entire stay and was so helpful and kind! The location is perfect, right in the middle of first and all it has to offer. The balcony views are second to none. We had a wonderful stay at Desiterra resort. We would like to come back someday and would highly recommend it. The resort is a bit isolated. The walk to Fira (closest hub) is uphill, 45 minutes and has many old abandoned buildings in the path. Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants. It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets.

We had a few drinks here, amazing view and reasonable price for the location. Standout service from the waitress and other staff as we were with a toddler - they brought him a small croissant, played with him and brought us some pencils and a book to use. A nice hotel with a 10 minutes walk from the main streets in Fira. The staff was really good and told us what you can do in Santorini. They helped us fix an ATV we could rent, fixed tickets to a boattrip... You can borrow pool and beach towels. The bed was really good. The only thing we didn't liked was the big noisy main street beside the hotel, which made relaxing by the pool difficult.

I went to Dana Villas for my brother's wedding. It was an amazing location. The staff was so accommodating. The wind conditions in April is bad though, but the view is amazing and that definitely makes up for it. One of the best places to watch the sunset in Santorini in my opinion.

The best sunset view you can get in Santorini is from Dana villa. The staff is too good. No complaints . I lost some weight because you have to climb up to reach the main road. But no complaints.
