Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants. It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets.

The Agali house is a beautiful stone hotel carved in the side of the mountain. The scenic views are unlike anything we’ve ever experienced in the states however be prepared to die when you walk 188 steps from the bottom room to the top. You will sweat

Excellent hotel, very nice location, very here helpful staff. Eleftheria and Miltos were very supportive of our needs. Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. It's not a luxury hotel but for the price, i found it good. Friendly staff. 24-hr reception. Wifi was working fine. Air-conditioned. I went to Dana Villas for my brother's wedding. It was an amazing location. The staff was so accommodating. The wind conditions in April is bad though, but the view is amazing and that definitely makes up for it. One of the best places to watch the sunset in Santorini in my opinion.

The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away on foot from the centre of shops and restaurants. Other than that, the hotel has got everything needed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice with a children pool area. View is great.

The location is a bit far away, it takes 15-20 minutes to reach the attraction/bus station. The bed board in the room suddenly fell down while sleeping. It felt very dangerous! Facilities and other aspects are very good! Breakfast is a buffet style with many choices!

The room was very nice and clean, with a large terrace outside, not far from the coast. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is very clean. There is a car to pick up guests to the city center regularly. I will choose this hotel again next time I travel.

The staff at both Panorama and their sister hotel, Astro Palace were incredibly accommodating and warm. The suites at Panorama was gorgeous, and the location was in the heart of the market on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was lovely too.
