Where to stay with pets in Fira

Maybe not the same standard of other 5-star hotels on the island, but the location and the staff attentiveness raise the stakes higher

The location was perfect as it was in a very central location. The main shopping/eating area was within walking distance. The staff was able to help us set up many activities, rides, and recommend restaurants as well

These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost - which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! We highly recommend Splendour Resort - it’s like being home and that’s what hubby and I needed after being away...

This is my husband and I’s first time visiting Greece, with Santorini being our first stop! Our travel agent highly suggested this resort and I’m so glad we came here - even our driver from the airport was speaking so highly of the resort

They were so kind and looked after us the minute we stepped foot on their premises, offered us a welcome drink and allowed us to be around the premises/pool prior to check-in (we were 5 hours early for check-in and it was beyond hot)

The entire resort was well thought of - rooms have ample space and almost all have fantastic views, bathrooms are well appointed, pool area is just lovely, breakfast is decent and food and drink menu by the bar is limited but reasonable and good

Bathrooms are good - for some reason, Greece hotel rooms don’t have a shower curtain or a door, so be prepared to have a slightly wet floor but it’s cleaned daily. Pool is large enough for the size of the resort

Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. Rooms were very nice, excellent view and very clean

George the manager was professional and gracious. His staff was hard working and attending to any need. Best location and incredible caldera views. Restaurants and shops within walking distance

This unique, stylized hotel is beautiful, interesting, and luxurious! The rooms, the food, the amenities, and the pool are fantastic. Every detail is catered towards the guest! I feel like I'm in a movie

Could not ask for anything more in a room. Everything you need is there. The view: possibly the best view of your life. I challenge you to find a better view. Finally, the manager: this is what makes this place 5 stars

I have stayed at resorts all over the world and this may be the best hotel experience of my LIFE. The staff: so very nice and attentive. The rooms: unbelievable! You are staying in a museum

We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel! The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)

A room on the other side of the hotel would give a sea view from the other side perfect for sunrises. The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

The public buses were very easy to use and only took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel. My only concern for the rooms was that the beds were very firm so it’s all a matter of what you like!

This was a lovely hotel to stay at even for a few nights while we visited Santorini. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and offered great suggestions on how to best explore the island

The Breakfast was a nice assortment and eggs to order were included! The pools looked very nice but we did not use them during our short trip

Stayed for a week here and it was great. Breakfast delivered to your door every morning, room cleaned every day. Ideal location too, short walk into Fira. Everything is clean and tidy, pool is looked after daily

It is located at the town center. Easy access to the cable car, restaurant, and everything. You can see the sunrise in the morning from the hotel without crowded. The staff are so friendly and helpful

It's located in the heart of fira and everything is just 2-3 mins walking distance. So if you are thinking to stay in Fira book it now. It's a serene property with all major amenities and facilities that one looks for

The receptionist, Elvira, is extremely accommodating, helpful, and on point. She helped us book anything we needed like a driver to more distant destination or anything else which saved us a whole lot of trouble

Bathrooms are spacious, ac works well, the mini fridge works well for water bottles and leftovers, and the beds are so comfy after a long day. The staff is incredible as well

I spent a couple days here while on vacation with my cousins. I absolutely loved everything about Nautilus Dome. The villas are beautiful and comfortable. They are nice, friendly and very attentive to their guests

Rooms were large and had comfortable beds. The location is not walking distance to town but we had a car so that didn't matter to us. There was plenty of free hotel parking. The facilities were very clean

They tell you about the best places to eat on the island and helped us to rent a scooter. They also provided small packed breakfast because we had to leave very early on the day of our departure

We had a fantastic few days staying here. Rooms are clean (although I did have to ask again for some extra cleaning when I arrived but they were happy to oblige). Anastasia and the team are lovely and very helpful

They even drove me to the wedding venue up the road which was really kind. Rooms are basic but beautifully laid out and have everything you need. Breakfast is really varied and you have it delivered to the room

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from a supermarket and pharmacy for any supplies. Short walk to many restaurants, shopping, nightlife and spectacular views the volcano

Of course the views from our unit are to die for (I’ll Never forget how extraordinary this particular unit was!!) We highly recommend! We want to give a special shout out to Melinda at the front desk that worked hard to get us a last minute booking for a catamaran, Demetrius for carrying our luggage and Sara for promptly responding to all of our requests which included a meal served in our unit, restaurant...

The pleasant experience started from our arrival, Ben greeted us, helped us with our luggage to our rooms, and on departure, he also brought us breakfast in the room! We were then served by the lovely receptionist Sarah who helped us with information and was very helpful! We have stayed in the villas which were spotless and the breakfast was spotless and it all contributed to we having a great time...

A magical space in a privileged location. We enjoyed our dinner and it was more than excellent. We ate seafood dishes, enjoyed our wine with a breathtaking view

2) the hotel location was great. After we made two trips to the zoo (aka Oia) We were so glad we stayed here away from prying eyes. 3) we were in one of the better rooms that had an outdoor jacuzzi on the room patio

We just came back from four nights staying at Lilium hotel and had to write this review. We came here for our honeymoon and left very very happy. This hotel is amazing!! 1) the staff are soooo nice and polite

The details of the food and combinations were beyond amazing. Do not forget to eat the special desert mille-feuille! The service and courtesy are also features that impressed us

We had a beautiful view and our suite was very roomy. The front desk staff was very helpful. We used the free shuttle to Mykonos a few times.

They even packed us a breakfast box on the morning of our check out as we left really early. The location is a bit outside of Fira city centre so you need to walk 20 minutes to fira

Our stay at Milos Villas was the highlight to our vacation in Greece. The property is beautiful but the staff was the most outstanding aspect. They are very kind and accommodating

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! We felt like family more than hotel guests here, and can't wait to come back and experience it all again! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge

We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

They are super friendly!! There is a shuttle service from the hotel that brings you to the city which was very convenient! Good place to stay if you are planning to visit Santorini

We have had a very nice stay in Castello-Santorini. The room was nice, good airconditioning and a nice balcony with sea view. The swimming pool was also nice

There is a €15 shuttle from the airport to the hotel but I walked from the airport to the hotel using Google Maps. It took about 1 hour to walk with my small case using main roads only. It was like walking around Malta

The staff made the rooms spotless every day. The location of the Hotel is very good. The hotel is not cheap but its position is worth it

While it may not be the best choice for those who spend a lot of time in the rooms and need advanced facilities, my wife and I were fully satisfied and can surely recommend to anyone who mainly spends time sightseeing, hiking or sunbathing on the beaches and mainly needs a well-located place to stay

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance (bus station, main square, the Ipapantis walking street with a magnificent view of the caldera). Nice and quite big swimming pool

We had to book last minute when it turned out our original hotel didn't exist. Good location if you want to be near the downtown restaurants and shopping. Mattresses and pillows were a little firm but a nice price point

It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets

Close to the central bus station in Fira from where buses go to all other places on the island and also close to the sightseeing places but still not on a loud street. There was no socket close to the bed

I didn't stay at this hotel but the owner Louizos pick me up when I was hitch hiking on the street because I twisted my ankle, he stop and drove me to my destination even though it was out of his way

This place is one of the nicest places I stayed at, however the queen size bed was a bit hard to move from as it was far too comfortable! Defintely made the holiday in santorini! Didn't provide shampoo also, but provided hair conditioner? The curtains didn't block out the sun at all and we were woken up by the morning sun. Room is very nicely decorated but not practical
