Where to stay with pets in Fira

Most of the rooms are surrounding central courtyards that have pools and tables in the middle, it was very fun to wake up and walk out into these beautiful courtyards, that also had nice olive trees

Spent a week here with my leg in a cast. It is an accessible hotel (unlike many on Santorini) with slopes. Hotel kindly gave us a room by a pool and the restaurant and pool bar (ess formal restaurant)

Within walking distance of Fira and the bus station. The front desk staff were very gracious, even when we arrived earlier than our scheduled check in time

El Greco Resort was our favorite hotel on our Greece elopement! We didn't tell the hotel we were getting married, but they saw us in our wedding attire and left roses for us for our return! They went the extra mile and it will be memorable for us

Special thanks to the porters/bellboys, who went above and beyond to assist us – they were courteous, efficient, and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotless, and offers delicious food

I love this place but they did not have any wash clothes. It was wild as an American to stay at a hotel as nice as this with no wash clothes. The rooms were great and the service were amazing

Maybe not the same standard of other 5-star hotels on the island, but the location and the staff attentiveness raise the stakes higher

The location was perfect as it was in a very central location. The main shopping/eating area was within walking distance. The staff was able to help us set up many activities, rides, and recommend restaurants as well

These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost - which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! We highly recommend Splendour Resort - it’s like being home and that’s what hubby and I needed after being away...

This is my husband and I’s first time visiting Greece, with Santorini being our first stop! Our travel agent highly suggested this resort and I’m so glad we came here - even our driver from the airport was speaking so highly of the resort

They were so kind and looked after us the minute we stepped foot on their premises, offered us a welcome drink and allowed us to be around the premises/pool prior to check-in (we were 5 hours early for check-in and it was beyond hot)

We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel! The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)

A room on the other side of the hotel would give a sea view from the other side perfect for sunrises. The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

The public buses were very easy to use and only took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel. My only concern for the rooms was that the beds were very firm so it’s all a matter of what you like!

This was a lovely hotel to stay at even for a few nights while we visited Santorini. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and offered great suggestions on how to best explore the island

The Breakfast was a nice assortment and eggs to order were included! The pools looked very nice but we did not use them during our short trip

Great hotel in a good location. Staff and service was excellent. The room was really big with an excellent view. I would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub shower.

My fiancé and I stayed there for my birthday from October 16 to October 22, 2024. The service was very professional, and the room was very clean. We had a sea view with a hot tub on the caldera side

The hotel was great location for walking into Fira town. On arrival we got an upgrade to a room with private pool. All the staff were extremely helpful especially Maria who showed us the scenic route into town

The location doesn’t tell you it’s a 2 minute walk to the three bells which was a lovely surprise. I will definitely return to this hotel

The Fly Away Bar & Restaurant was the best. The staff there was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place; everything was excellent, from the room to the food

The pool bar drinks and snacks were very good. Breakfast changed daily and had a very good selection. Both outdoor and indoor seating available

The only negative is that is is downhill from the main area of Thera and it takes about 15 minutes to get there, uphill and not much shade

In addition there is only one small market nearby and it did not have many options for grab and go food/drinks. Overall worth the stay because of the pool and accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool area was excellent with plenty of shaded options and a well maintained and clean pool

The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast had wide variety and changed daily. Great views of the island from the pool area as well as access to small roads leading to the main area in town

My friend and I stayed at the Anatoli Hotel 3 nights this past week. We had such a wonderful experience

The only flaw is the excessive cost to use the Spa (40 € / hour per person), but Andrea offered us a free hour to try it. The bathroom is a bit small, like the shower

Of course the views from our unit are to die for (I’ll Never forget how extraordinary this particular unit was!!) We highly recommend! We want to give a special shout out to Melinda at the front desk that worked hard to get us a last minute booking for a catamaran, Demetrius for carrying our luggage and Sara for promptly responding to all of our requests which included a meal served in our unit, restaurant...

Staff were always friendly and helpful even with recommendations on where to visit

The pleasant experience started from our arrival, Ben greeted us, helped us with our luggage to our rooms, and on departure, he also brought us breakfast in the room! We were then served by the lovely receptionist Sarah who helped us with information and was very helpful! We have stayed in the villas which were spotless and the breakfast was spotless and it all contributed to we having a great time...

Great property. Super views. Lovely location, but beware the many steps to and from it to the drop off point. Very friendly staff. Some rough edges around room amenities. Expensive.

Absolutely incredible!! Wonderful super helpful and friendly staff, fabulous clean rooms and a gorgeous yummy breakfast served to your room every morning!! The view is spectacular!! Super close to fira main street yet it’s so peaceful and quiet

If you are young or in shape or both definitely stay here down the caldera! You will thank yourself when you are rewarded by the amazing view, the delicious breakfast and the amazing staff who will make your stay very pleasant!

We have access to the pool from 10 am to 10 pm, it is a small pool, but at this time of year (end October) it was empty and in the hot sun it felt nice. Overall very happy of our stay here, it was pleasant and calm

The location is perfect because you are close to restaurants, convenience stores/gift shops, and about a 11 minute walk to the bus station in Fira

Stayed here for a few nights during peak season. Chose the hotel for the location - not right in the centre of Fira but you can walk easily down to where the action is. Breathtaking views, super friendly staff

We were just two, it is cozy and small but since we weren’t spending much time inside it was perfect for us. Breakfast is included and diner is offered almost all day

It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets

Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants

Hotel is very cute and the staff are amazing. The location is really good with a great supermarket right across the street. The room layouts are all slightly different and some are bit cramped

WiFi is pretty spotty throughout the hotel. Nice pool area to relax in the sun

You really get a 5 stars service if you book here. We are in our honeymoon and we stayed for two nights in the hotel, it was the most comfortable hotel among Santorini’s hotels

Stunning panoramic views steps from my door, a full & tasty breakfast served to my room every morning, pleasant staff & owner & a central position that couldn't be bettered - step straight onto the main street, yet not noisy

Shown to our suite , over looking the caldera , stunning view, lovely clean room, room service everyday proving toiletries etc. Celebrating my partners birthday on our second day was given cake , wine and fruit

Though as Santorini is on a mountainous landscape and many streets are cobbled, a certain level of fitness ( & good footwear) are required to fully enjoy this magical place

The entire resort was well thought of - rooms have ample space and almost all have fantastic views, bathrooms are well appointed, pool area is just lovely, breakfast is decent and food and drink menu by the bar is limited but reasonable and good

Bathrooms are good - for some reason, Greece hotel rooms don’t have a shower curtain or a door, so be prepared to have a slightly wet floor but it’s cleaned daily. Pool is large enough for the size of the resort

Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. Rooms were very nice, excellent view and very clean

Amazing staff and service! The help and hospitality of the staff made our stay even better!! The buffet breakfast by the pool made a great start to our day! The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Central Fira and the location is super calm and relaxed

The hotel may be 3 stars but the service was 5 stars. Food was amazing, service was impeccable and location super convenient! We will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone

They even packed us a breakfast box on the morning of our check out as we left really early. The location is a bit outside of Fira city centre so you need to walk 20 minutes to fira

Our stay at Milos Villas was the highlight to our vacation in Greece. The property is beautiful but the staff was the most outstanding aspect. They are very kind and accommodating

I cannot recommend this enough to anyone that decides to spend their honeymoon, or simply to stay here for vacation. We travel a lot, but the experience we had here is unique. I will definitely visit again soon!

Perfect central location whilst still quiet and private. Local bus station is only a very short distance away with buses traveling all around the island at very little cost

Room was amazing with its own bath in the bedroom and sliding roof window above the bath. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting the Island. Much better than many of the other 5 Star hotels I have stayed in previously

It’s such a nice hotel to stay and here u can easily enjoy beautiful sunrise at the balcony. Besides, it’s a great location not too far from the airport and center of Thira.

The walk to Fira (closest hub) is uphill, 45 minutes and has many old abandoned buildings in the path

The owner had a villa on site and can occasionally be seen walking around with his dog. The villas had pretty much all amenities you might expect. The only negative was some out dated paint in our shower floor

Where do I start?… We booked through Expedia, we had an excellent experience from booking in upon arrival to check out. The service from ALL members of staff was amazing, and nothing was too much for anyone

The resort also does a free transfer taxi service from and to airport if you book via their website. There is also a small tourist tax you will have to pay at end of stay which we assumed was included

This resort is ideal for a relaxing getaway where you reside mostly in the resort and less ideal if your goal is to mainly explore/travel around Santorini. The staff all had a positive, attentive attitude

But it’s a standard tourist hotel tax so not surprised. Breakfast has good variety, the portion sizes were very big and you get an option of fresh orange juice or fresh filter coffee for drinks

A Dream Vacation at Villa Bordeaux!! Our stay at Villa Bordeaux was simply unforgettable. The location of the villa is perfect, with a breathtaking view of the caldera and the sunset, which was a highlight every evening

Unbelievably great breakfast/coffee that is brought to you every morning at the time you choose, you are treated like a queen/king, and Stacy (runs the hotel) is amazing

Giota was the shining star of our stay and was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to check out! We were picked up at the ferry by pre-arranged taxi and brought straight to the hotel, where we were greeted by Giota with ice cold lemonade

George the manager was professional and gracious. His staff was hard working and attending to any need. Best location and incredible caldera views. Restaurants and shops within walking distance

I have stayed at resorts all over the world and this may be the best hotel experience of my LIFE. The staff: so very nice and attentive. The rooms: unbelievable! You are staying in a museum

Some suites, like ours, are located several dozens steps down, so the walk back up to town can be a bit tiring - but it's a small price to pay for the amazing views and privacy!

Excellent sunset views and quiet location away from the town. The breakfasts by the outdoor pool bar overlooking the Caldera were breathtaking

Santorini is famous to be known as one of the most romantic destinations in the world. The cliff towns, the church, the blue domes, the sunset and the perfect island location make it a great spot to get engaged

Superbe ! We spent a wonderful time there. Very well situated, very very nice people at the desk and the view !!! The only thing is you have to be fit as there are stairs everywhere ! I highly recommend this place

Breakfast was good, a normal buffet but they had some rotating pastries that were surprisingly good. The pool was serviceable with a good view. There was also a jacuzzi outside but not heated
