In our room the phone in the room didn't work but only the bathroom phone, the toilet didn't lock, the toilet was sluggish without much flow, the ventilation wasn't particularly powerful which didn't help in the immediate elimination of odors. Lovely place. Great spa facility. Pool was closed off fir my 3 days there. Service at the Pool bar was sporadic. Ok if lots of people there but very kacking if only 1 or 2.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside.

The hotel room is small and the elevator is small. There are also door decorations. The service is generally okay, but they don't actively provide mineral water. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, the same every day. Compared to the city and price, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). Everything was quite nice. The only thing that could change, is the bathroom. Also, in the evening the water was cold and I couldn't shower. But, the overall experience was good and would definitely go again.
