To all Israelis: I booked a night at the hotel for the 25th of October, without the possibility of cancellation, and the money was paid....for understandable reasons in light of what is happening in Israel these days, I contacted the hotel and asked, in light of the situation, to cancel the reservation and give me the money...I immediately received an encouraging and supportive reply from the hotel...

Very charming and in a great location. We enjoyed the front patio and views. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was nice and accommodating. Felt like we were welcome guests.

Could do better for the price. Grounds and Building were very nice. The buffet breakfast was pretty disappointing. Beautiful dining hall but there were no dinners offered.

I needed a few days of rest and relaxation and this hotel was perfect. I had a lovely balcony to relax on and plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Still only five minutes from the larger town!

Not cheap but reasonable for nice rooms based on the area

this is a good place to stay close to some nice restaurants and the plus is they have a multiple sockets good for smart phones and laptops.

The hotel is located in the center of the town. It is very easy to reach the bus station, information, and the restaurants nearby. A grocery store is just next door. Speaking of service, the staff are very friendly and the room is clean and fantastic with the view the mountains.

Spacious room with mini fridge and balcony. Tiny bathroom. Not very close to the bus station. Several convenience stores and restaurants surround the hotel. During my stay, I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi and the reception was of no help in resolving the issue.

Town center hotel, very convenient

The price is cheap. The facilities are average. It's very convenient to eat.

It's a good location close to the bus stop at a good price! There's no inconvenience in seeing Meteora, and the staff in the lobby are very friendly! I had a good rest😁

I spent 1 very good night here. The hotel is very simple, but it has everything, in addition to doing everything to please its customers. As the city is small, there is not much to see that day, other than a tour of monasteries in one morning.

Hotel Kosta Famissi is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Meteora. The location is perfect—close to everything and ideal for exploring the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. Overall the hotel is fine. The rooms are slightly outdated but comfortable. The decorations at the entrance and in the restaurant can be considered kitch, but is a matter of taste. We stayed in a very clean room with a full view of the Meteora! The airconditioner worked perfectly and the mattress and pillows were most comfortable. The property is in a very good location. The views are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants and town centre minutes away. The room we stayed in was on level 4. The view was directly at Meteora. We stayed in this hotel for one night as a part of our tour to Meteora. Our room was fine, had a nicely renovated bathroom and a view on Meteora. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both good. Nothing to complain about!

This is a decent budget hotel. It was clean, the staff were nice, and they had a buffet available for supper and breakfast. The buffets were OK, with a good variety of stuff available. I originally thought the hotel was pretty good, as I could see the hanging monastery, but soon after I entered the room, I was hit by a flying insect, not a mosquito. I had checked in this hotel through my tours. Dinner was good and staff is helpful when I need something. It is nearby central town. Very decent and nice hotel to stay. It has nice views of mountains.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, breakfast had many choices. The best part was the large pool, since we were there during a heat wave. It's a one minute walk to the main street. From there, you can find lots of stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice.

Lenny and the rest of the staff were absolutely exceptional. The breakfast brunch was a beautiful variety of Greek and local food. The view from the hotel was exquisite the amenities around the hotel were wonderful and the atmosphere was top-notch. I would totally stay here again if I was in the Meteora area.

Heaven on Earth What can i say? Stayed there 4 years ago and loved it so much that i decided to return. First time was when Greece just opened after Covid. What a difference, no restrictions, it was more wonderful than before. My family said they would come back in a heartbeat. I live this place.

The window opens to a beautiful mountain view with a small garden. The breakfast yogurt with honey is delicious. There are many varieties, most of which are freshly made. The chirping of insects and birds is very rustic. The faucets and shower facilities in the bathroom are old and need to be updated.

We were delighted to arrive at this beautifully appointed hotel. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The views were awe inspiring and the garden/patio areas just so lovely. Also our room was very clean and comfortable

Ok but could be better. The hotel was nice and clean. But the air conditioning in our room and our friend’s room did not work and so it was a very uncomfortable night with not great sleep. Also there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room which could be an issue for some people. But the breakfast was good and staff was nice.

Very accommodating and comfortable room. Seems to cater to groups so if you don't like groups this is not best for you.

The Hotel had amazing views of Meteora. We were taken around the monastery’s by a private driver named Panos set up by the hotel. He had tremendous knowledge of the history and knew incredible places to eat. We absolutely loved it. Well worth the perfect visit!

A nice hotel, quiet, helpful staff, nice breakfast, However, the ******* map location is WRONG. It is a 30 minute uphill walk from central Kalabaka, not a 5 min walk. Take a taxi for about 5 Euros.

This place is the cutest little hotel at the foot of the mountains. Things started off really well when the receptionist welcomed us like we were old friends. She explained everything to us and even showed us our room and gave us options. Check in was smooth. Receptionist was very friendly, gave us recommendations and highlighted to us the monasteries in the area. There were space for car parking. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent.

Good hotel, very convenient location, near restaurants, mini markets and the trail to the monasteries. Room was nice, bed a little small for too adults (for our liking) but it was clean and the views were amazing. Whole place smelled super nice. Cleaning lady was very nice and recommend a place to eat that we liked a lot.

Very clean room and bathroom, spacious with a very nice view. The lady from the reception gave us a map with the attactions and showed us what you to visit, where to see the sunset. It was a very nice stay.

The Meteoris was a very good option for our visit to the Monasteries. Staff is very welcoming and offers maps and suggestions for the visit. Rooms are very clean and AC is great!

Property was great! The only issue I had was that the beds were quite firm, so my sleep wasn't great. But no other complaints!

A very good hotel, near to the meteore and the center of the town. The room are perfect and clean. The receptionnist is fantastic, the kindest person I've see in greece : he saved our trip thanks to his precious advices and contact !

We stayed at Hotel Kaikis for two nights. The staff were very friendly, and made us feel right at home. The room was clean and tidy. Good choices for breakfast. A short stroll from the town centre and restaurants. Air-conditioned for the hot Greek sun.

We stayed here overnight during our visit to Meteora (which by the way means suspended in the air or lofty in Greek). In any case, this is a lovely, charming hotel. Wonderful property. Room was large and very comfortable - best sleep I had in Greece. The owner was extraordinary- so kind and friendly. You can walk to the Main Street, restaurants etc. in about 10-15 min. I highly recommend Iridanos!!

Superb! It is a real gem! We were super impressed by Iridanos. The guesthouse is beautifully designed, very clean and conveniently located (close to the monasteries and also to the city center). We highly recommend this place, also because of the spectacular management and staff.

It costs £44 a night and served its purpose. We were able to host a small football tournament on our balcony - it was very big!

For the value, this hotel is superb. Really clean rooms, friendly staff and the breakfast had a great selection. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The room was a good size and had all the facilities you would need including a kettle, towels, glasses and soaps.

The most scenic hotel of our stay in Greece. Rooms are large, all have great views, balconies on the back have incredible ones. Beautiful building, town and scenery. Would stay there again tomorrow.

The hotel is very nice and locate 8-10 min walk from the center and traine station or 15 min walk to bus station. Reception helped me to book local tour right after I arrive the hotel, very helpful.

Stayed at this hotel while visiting the area. It's in a great location, on the main road of Kalambaka with wonderful views of the rocks. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and they offered a lovely breakfast.

I visited and stayed at this hotel as part of my Meteora thrones trip. The hotel is very well located in the town and served by friendly and welcoming staff. However my room was outdated and the bathroom was very dark and shower did not work properly. But I understand they are currently renovating/updating the rooms. Overall a good hotel for 1 night stay.

The air conditioning is not working good enough and it its realy hot. The receptionist try to gaslighting use telling use its working. In the day after there was other receptionsit and she was really nice and said sorry for her college behavior.

Very clean place, the staff was very friendly, they have even some little birds at the reception that you can admire and listen. You can include a breakfast for your stay and they will treat you with delicious and varied food. The surrounding is fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and gave us easy access to everything with parking.
