Wonderful hotel everything we needed. Bar staff was especially lovely and cheerful. And also always arrive to provide wide range of drinks non alcoholic for me and good variety of alcoholic for my partner

It was the perfect way to end a fun-filled day at the park. The Disney shows made us feel like we were part of the story — everything was colorful, fun, and full of joy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations

The main restaurant has something for everyone, with a fantastic variety of options to suit all tastes. We also had the chance to dine at the Taverna, which was a delightful authentic Greek experience

The amenities were top-notch — especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the highlights of our trip was the Cuban show in the evening

The rest of the hotel is also beautiful, reflecting the same standard of upkeep. The Reception and main restaurant is a little dated in decor in comparison, but again, immaculately clean

The location is perfect, the beach is 5 meters away from a gorgeous small sandy beach with crystal clear water, the rooms are spacious and they clean and change towels every day! It is quite and relaxing atmosphere with the best breakfast that is from 8-11 so you can wake up early or just sleep more and go to enjoy the awesome pancakes on with sea views right next to you!

Good location right on the beach, pool ok but very cold water, the sea was warmer I think… Busstop just a step away on the mainstreet that takes you straight to Heraklion or if u like to Agios Nikolaus

George an Lavrendis are the best in the Hotel, they are so polite and have a good sense of humor. Hotel has a greatlocation, just by the perfect beach. Waterpark and Heraklion are also closed

There is a cove that is good for snorkelling about 3 minutes walk from the hotel where you can see many types of fish amongst the rocks. Heraklion is well worth a visit, only 20 minutes by bus

We also visited the natural history museum there which was good. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

The hotel is about 15 minutes by car from Heraklion. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Pharmacies, taverns, souvenir shops and grocery stores are all within walking distance and are nearby

We stayed here for a night and it was wonderful. The room was big enough and had a little terrace. The breakfast the next they was complete and super tasty. we had parking in the hotel and was super close to the beach.

Rooms were lovely, beds were comfy. The pool and facilities were always kept clean, Maria and Kostas were so friendly and made us all feel like family, they really went above and beyond! Would highly recommend!

In and Out, Ambrosia and Avra are great. There is a small supermarket on the ***** but to get more supplies for your room you’ll have to go to Kokkini Hani which is about a 20 minute walk away

We recently stayed at Golden Bay Apartments as a family of five. two adults, a teenager, a child, and a toddler and it was such a lovely experience that we’re already planning to return

Location-wise, it’s in a quieter area, but that’s part of its charm. There’s a small shop nearby for essentials, and a 15-minute walk takes you to Kokkini Hani, a livelier resort with more restaurants and shops

When we first arrived, we were placed in a room that wasn’t quite to our liking in terms of the outlook. However, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and kindly moved us to a different one

We felt so well looked after, and they were fantastic with our children. The breakfast was good , simple but satisfying, with something for everyone

Nice little hotel with good service. It is situated near busstop to Heraklion but I think a rentalcar is needed to go to better beaches and to discover the island. car rental from hotel was very uncomplicated and easy

My stay at Erato hotel/ The Evina Suites was excellent, with a beautiful room that was kept very clean, even our sandy shoes were cleaned! The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection and were delicious

There is a bus stop just outside the Hotel for travel to Heraklion and the beach is just a short walk away with many lunch locations available

Kokkini is an excellent compromise, very close to a large supermarket and several very characteristic restaurants, as well as a beautiful bar and several souvenir shops. 10 minutes from Heraklion Airport

Excellent room , nice village hotel

The splash park is really good, I’m not sure why it doesn’t open until 11am though. The bars are great and lovely sitting areas too. We went to afew of the entertainment nights. The Acrobats night was our favourite

It’s was you expect from an all inclusive holiday. Same with the drinks! I bought coke from the shop as there’s wasn’t the best! FYI I didn’t see nuggets once in my whole stay. The restaurant is absolutely crazy

There only ever seemed to be 10-15 out each time where there’s 100s of plates so I found myself asking for one or waiting for a restock. The hotel definitely needs more out available. Staff are friendly and polite

Pizza, Gyros and Burgers were delicious! The only annoying thing is when people jump in instead of queuing like everyone else but this isn’t the hotels fault. We stopped in a family room which was big and clean

It’s busy and LOUD and all the noise from the chairs is frustrating! They could do with putting pads on them to avoid all the squeaking. The thing that annoyed me the most was the BOWLS

You can’t get anymore water for free and will have to pay however, I took stainless steel bottles with me and was able to fill these up from different places throughout the day

The animation team was fantastic – plenty of activity programs during the day and great themed evening shows at their dedicated theater. There are many pools, all in excellent condition and very well maintained

The food in the hotel restaurant is probably the best all inclusive I’ve had in a long time. The pool with the pool bar is salt water but we ended up preferring this

A short taxi ride into a bigger town if you want something more lively or more shopping options. Isla was slightly disappointing for the al la carte food but we went back just for an afternoon drink and really enjoyed it

We even got to take the kids into the Jacuzzi for half an hour before our treatments began and we got it all to ourselves! Shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance

As a suggestion, it would be great if the meals included more traditional Greek dishes and authentic local food options – this would really enhance the overall experience

At the swim up pool there is water with fruit and a zingy lemon drink which is free 😊 we only went half board but the shops are 5 mins walk and you have a mini fridge in the room so we bought water, coke and lager and loads of layz 😂 The rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted this, we did as coming in and out of the water the floor got dirty

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The property is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, all of which were very clean and well maintained

Some even leave there towels from the day before and the hotel do not clear them. The pool doesn’t have a shallow end and get quite deep, there is a smaller pool for children. So overall it’s good but not amazing

Just leaving Gouves and we’ve had a great time. The rooms were clean, spacious with plenty of space for clothes. Food was very good with traditional greek food alongside international family friendly meals

All drinks are served in cheap plastic cup, as there is only a pool bar, so don’t get excited if you’re looking for a fancy cocktail. The pool is good but it’s the usual not enough sun-beds

The cats are a turn off for me and the place has potential if a little more investment is made. The staff are very good throughout. I find it hard to believe this was graded 4 stars

Food is good with plenty of choice at all meal times. However if you sit outside you will be surrounded by cats scrounging for food and some darlings think it’s sweet to feed them

Recently renovated with some might not finished details. Very comfy and huge room( junior suit) Swimming pool could be a bit bigger, but fair enough for refreshing moments

The stuff is super friendly and happy to help you any time. Katerina ( reception) very helpful, going to organize and make your stay enjoyable and simply unforgettable

The hotel also offers a fabulous massage and reflexology service run by Stamatis - I indulged in a number of treatments during my stay and I highly recommend him and his assistant

Absolutely beautiful views and photo opportunities. 1 minute from the beach walking and the people are the most friendly out of anywhere I have ever been

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel So we will start with the positives first ▪️upon arrival at around 10:30pm we were greeted by a helpful man on reception who checked us in quickly and offered us food for us and our 3 children

To my surprise, the receptionist (an older woman, round figure, short dark wavy hair, glasses) suddenly “realized” we hadn’t paid some kind of “additional tax” of €85

The room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided every other day. ▪️The pool was clean and there was plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. They also allow inflatables which is great for the children

All our wishes were solved quickly at reception without any delays. All meals in the buffet were very tasty, service on front was helpful and caring. I can recommend massage in hotel spa

Good hotel We had a really lovely stay at the Diogenis Blue Palace 💙 The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. The manager, Ilyas, is extremely friendly, kind and always helpful — he makes everyone feel welcome

Very clean, the food is delicious, there is a lot of entertainment for both adults and children. One of the hotel workers, whose name is Ilias, treated us very well and did everything to make our vacation 100%

The rooms are simple, but have everything you need for a good night sleep, with A/C, TV, fridge and other equipment. The food was incredible, with plenty of options to suit every taste

We made a complaint to the reception regarding our glass toilet door making an aweful noise when opening and closing as it was getting caught on something 3 times we reported it and was told nothing wrong with it

i took a video to reception of the door and now small shards of glass. they soon took notice and repaired the fault. Booked a massage/ they changed the time to fit other ppl in so moved our appointment

The manager of the spa was so rude and continually smirked at us. Finally had our couples massage it was lovely and we left them a tip as it was their fault

They have a little shop next to the pool, where you can buy everything, that’s really comfortable. We really love the details here and they put a lot of effort in everything. The beach is right in front of the hotel

Entertainment was good, but the DJ by the pool during the day may have been a bit too loud and struggled to find the right songs for daytime djing, put me off my relaxation and had to put earphones in at times

I have booked hairdresser's appointment but I wasn't sure about the location so she offered to drop me off. Breakfast was always fresh, with plenty of choices. Rooms cleaned daily to the highest standard

Amirandes has an outstanding architecture and nice sea access. Katharina from reception did an outstanding job in sorting a view things out for us, super fast, nice and always customer first

The views are gorgeous, the entire complex is out of this world and having two beaches plus a huge pool on which you feel it is never too busy is amazing

Easily the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. We had our wedding at Amirandes and also stayed for a few nights. The whole wedding planning process was seamless thanks to their professional staff

The sides also have pergolas to partially shade the pool. The salt water is not heated but honestly it's ideal for swimming. The exterior architecture is among the best I've seen in hotels

Everything about this place is 5 stars. The a la carte dining options are incredible with 5 restaurants to choose from, all offering very different cuisine. The cocktails are made fresh and are excellent quality

From the first minute, we walked into the front doors we were cared for like none other. The staff was super friendly and very hospitable. The dining options were very good. We only booked a two nights stay

There is an outdoor gym for CrossFit style training and a well equipped indoor gym. The room was excellent - we had the premium swim up

Our deck was in the shade most of the day which may bother some people, but we were happy to use it as a break from the sun. And there are plenty of sun loungers available

Just got back from a fantastic 2 week holiday at Insula Alba. This Hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve been to in Europe. The Rooms are great and having a swim up pool at the bottom of your sun loungers is top notch

But most of all our pool barman MANOS He was not only great at making any cocktail we asked for but went above and beyond to make us feel special and it actually felt like he was a long time friend

Rooms are newly refurbished to a Greek standard. Staff are excellent and couldnt help us enough with our toddler. Food in the single restraunt we managed to book was very poor. Food in the main restraunt was better

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We have just spent a week here with the family. Our rooms were spotless, great size and with swim ups. The food was delicious and so much to choose from

They have espresso machines and sometimes you get coffee from the 'proper' machines, I don't understand the why and where of getting coffee from a espresso machine but sometimes it arrives

Sometimes you get coffee from a push button machine, also gross. Then at breakfast you can be served what I think is filter? Could be wrong but regardless, it's disgusting. So apart from the coffee, great hotel
