Consists of one 2-story building, complex of 2-storey cottages and two 2-storey blocks.

Beach: private sandy beach, 200 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds by the pool and on the beach – free of charge. Beach towels with a Deposit. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. The length of the beach 200 m.

Really enjoyed our visit to Stella village. The reception staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were small but very clean and possibly the comfiest bed I've slept on abroad. We travel as a family of three so prefer when the room has a separate area for child to sleep but that's just a preference. The facilities were great, particularly the waterpark. There was plenty of choice of food and all was nice but nothing was overly exciting to eat.

So I haven't been on holiday in about 15 years, the better half's sister got married there last year so we all went to celebrate there 1 year anniversary.
Needless to say I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and visit for my first time abroad in such a long time. Would love to come back for longer.

We recently had the pleasure of returning for our second stay, and it was every bit as delightful as we remembered! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart.
Again we could not fault the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty to choose from and if you would like a change they also have 4 onsite restaurants that are also included in your all inclusive package.
Our room was just as we remembered – spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. It offered the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The pool areas were a highlight once again. They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar.
Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back for a third time! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

A truly amazing resort with all-inclusive food, drinks, and entertainment. When it comes to all-inclusive, they do it exceptionally well. The food offers a lot of variety, with a themed buffet every day. If you stay for more than six nights, you have the option to dine at six different à la carte restaurants, all with fantastic food. Our favorite was the seafood restaurant. Drinks are served almost everywhere, with a great selection of cocktails. For entertainment, every night features different activities for kids and their parents to enjoy. The water is also such a fun and special addition to our experience
One small suggestion for improvement is the beach area. It’s a bit small, and there should be a nearby toilet that is maintained better. We found a lot of seaweed there, which made walking uncomfortable.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Our children enjoyed all aspects of this hotel, including the water park, kids club entertainment and facilities.
The Poseidon restaurant had a huge selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were lucky enough to dine at the Al La carte restaurants during our stay and the food was amazing. This hotel was the most memorable experience during our 5 week holiday and we will definitely be back!

Rooms were well kept, staff were broadly friendly. Good variety of restaurants and kids entertainment. Ideally better umbrellas by the pool, Thicker walls between rooms, less queues for the bars, separate kids/adult day time entertainment

Wonderful resort and the water park is really great! The stuff is really helpful and attentive ! The food is delicious and vary each day.

do not recommend staying at this hotel. Let’s start with the service: it is subpar. Although the hotel claims to be all-inclusive, the better restaurants require additional payment and reservations in advance, unlike other hotels in Crete like Crete Maris, where all restaurants are included.
The rooms are inconveniently located far from the dining areas, and tuktuks are never available. We requested towels and an extra blanket for our room, and while they said they’d provide them, they never did.
The food is the worst we’ve encountered. We’ve been here for a week, and there’s no variety; it’s the same every day with no changes. The food at the water park is particularly inedible. We’ve never stayed at a hotel in Greece that didn’t offer quality gyros or even basic tzatziki.
To make matters worse, our room had mold. When we asked to switch rooms, we were offered a smaller room for our family of five, so we were forced to stay in the moldy room all week.
Additionally, the children’s club activities require advance registration and have limited spots. You have to walk there to scan a barcode to register, and even then, you’re not guaranteed a spot. On one occasion, we arrived with our children only to be told there was no room for them to participate in the activities.
Overall, our experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

OMG this is the best hotel. All staff are very friendly and so helpful, location is great with lots to do around local area. The food and drink is great in the hotel with lots of options/restaurants available. We had a swim up room which is a game changer with kids. Water park great with slides to suit all ages.

Not a 5* at all. Hotel rooms were filthy. Housekeeping super inconsistent and never changed linen. Had holes in it. Would forget to replace towels and milk. Shower (only means of washing) would spurt scalding water every 20 seconds, it burnt our 3 year old. Food was super limited on choice and timings and of poor quality. Partner was given raw pork and super poorly for 2 nights (thankfully it wasn’t me as I am pregnant). Reception staff were unwilling to help. Only managed to get part of the holiday rectified after I cried to the manager. Had to eat out for lunch and dinner most days. If you needed to call reception they would take hours to answer the phone. Water park was incredibly loud, if you have sensory issues - you wont cope! The only snack bar was located there and the food was inadequate! I don’t understand other reviews stating it was good, I am in disbelief. This hotel is not worthy of 5 star rating and should not be as expensive as it is! Save your money, much better holidays for half the price elsewhere!
